  1. Hi, I noticed that Molima lv 3 has a very unusual ability named "drain darkness". Tried fighting with it and here's what happened: lashtal's Putrefied Molima [...] has forgotten its ability, skipping turn. I guess "drain darkness" should be replaced with "lifesteal"? Thank you.
  2. Ok, judging time is over, time to draw the conclusions! Despite the low number of entries (3) I was very happy with the submissions I received, because they all matched perfectly what I was looking for. For this reason I'm going to share them publicly (see attached pdf); I hope you will enjoy this small, yet new bestiary as much as I did. Submission n°0 is mine, it was not an entry to rate but an example for the judges of what I had in mind. The judges (3) were unaware of the authors and were asked to rate the submissions considering: the choice and originality of materials/ingredients (0 to 3 pts) the accuracy of the procedure/recipe (0 to 3 points) the quality of the artwork (0 to 4 points) Here are the judges verdicts: Sub n° Author Judge 1 - Zleiphneir Judge 2 - Junior Judge 3 - Neno Veliki TOTAL 0 lashtal x x x 1 Aeoshattr 7 4 9 20 2 dst 7 8 7 22 3 Eara Meraia 5 4 8 17 And here are the rewards! 1st place: dst - headless skeleton + tormented soul 2nd place: Aeoshattr - tormented soul 3rd place: Eara Meraia - tormented soul Congratulations to all! note: partial scores can be provided upon request. countless faces for a headless skeleton.pdf
  3. MD is extremely slow for me, does it work for you?

  4. I just realized I have 16 aged grasans on my alt laylah. Since I don't have time to play that character anymore I thought better to set them free. Enjoy! PM BUG

    Suppress outgoing message works again.
  6. The only resource I gather regularly is bones... Around 70 / week.

    PM BUG

I encountered the same issue, "suppress message" doesn't seem to work either.

    Molima bug

It does produce spores. Not a bug.
  9. If I understood correctly which creature you're referring to, then Loreroot seems to me the best option. The building place could be at the Wasp Totem, close to the water. As for the resources, I'd suggest something like: 50 water, 1 grasan ferment, 1 skull. Abilities: a still water creature could be quite versatile, so perhaps intoxicate or heal random (1st lev), intoxicate or regenerate random (2nd lev), intoxicate or regenerate multi-target (3rd lev), same for level 4 + freeze?
  10. While I understand if you wish to preserve the value and the rarity of drachorns, I really don't get this freedom/slavery concept. Creatures in MD are not like pets, they are more like memories, virtual forms filled with our own will and bound to our spirit. Recruiting places are where merging with such a creature's form/memory is easier. So what you're calling liberation, sounds to me like oblivion.. You seem to be aiming at concentrating their memories into one person, while the others - the unworthy - should forget about them. Do I make sense? Regarding fighting/grinding/forcing drachorns into countless battles: would you consider turning drachorns into totems a better option?
  11. I had the same issue as blackrider but now it's fixed.

    Molima bug

Thanks for the clarification, I'll keep track then. Edit: since it's probably not a bug this could be closed or moved. Thank you.
  14. We'll flip a coin. If it's tail we pretend n°=11, if it's head we all die.
  15. Ladies and gentlemen, here's a new quest for all of you. It's a chance to obtain a headless skeleton, but most of all a chance to unleash the dark side of your creativity. You have to create/design a new undead / build-able creature. So, first of all you need to put down a list of the ingredients you're going to use. You can use only items or resources already existing in MD. That said, all categories can be used: resources, common items, personal items, default items… everything, but already implemented. You can use these lists as official reference on what's on the market right now: Items, Resources. Second, once you have the ingredients and all the needed quantities, you have to detail all the steps of the procedure (the recipe, if you wish) to obtain such a creature. Third, your creation needs a name and an image; therefore you have to draw the result of your experiments and name it. The drawing must follow these rules: 1 drawing per submission, hand-made, original (not copied), black/white, MD noted on one corner - NO player name, NO player ID. Submissions are to be sent to me via forum PM, not posted on the forums. I will act as a filter and forward your submissions to 3 judges (unaware of the authors). All participants will receive either an unholy priest or a tormented soul. Main rewards will depend on the n° of participants: if n° < 10: best submission gets a headless skeleton; if n° > 10: best submission can pick either a WP or a headless skeleton, second best submission gets the remaining one. if n° > 20: … surprise! Deadline: 31 May at midnight. If you wish to judge this quest, please send me a forum PM.

    Molima bug

Hi, just noticed my Molima (lv1) consumes bones but doesn't create any resource. Not urgent but I thought I should report this.

Hi, just noticed a fatal error message appears when clicking on the Role Tags button.

  19. Creature scaffold? In tissue engineering scaffolds are materials/structures designed to cause desirable cellular interactions and contribute to the formation of new functional tissues.
  20. ... and sold! Aethon won the auction! Congratulations!!
  21. Rumors about this tea recipe circulated a long time ago, but only within a restricted circle of people.. Ancient explorers and mountaineers considered it the only way to resist the harsh temperatures of mount Kelle'tha. Back then cows, milk and butter were largely unknown, so grasans's fat was the key ingredient to assure protection against freeze. Anti-freeze tea Ingredients and materials for a party of 3 people: 3 units of mineral water; 3 units of tea leaves; 1 to 3 units of aromatic leaves (not strictly necessary, but essential if you dislike the smell of grasans); 3 units of grasan's fat (important: fat has to be collected from a grasan with anti-freeze token); 2 to 3 heat stones (yeah, it's a lot but melting grasan's fat require high dedication); 3 tea cups; 1 big teapot; 1 long stick to stir the infuse (a branch or a bone would do the trick); 1 cutting tool for the fat (a dagger is better than a saw, a saw is better than an axe). Preparation: Spread the tea leaves on the bottom of the teapot. Add mineral water and wait a few minutes. Separately, cut the fat into small dices. Use the first heat stone to heat the teapot and bring the infuse to boiling point. Add the fat dices progressively, stirring the infuse continuously. If the mixture ceases to boil, use another heat stone (it should keep boiling). Optional: once all the fat has been added, pour the aromatic leaves (don't stop stirring). Once all ingredients are placed, use one last heat stone to increase the temperature and keep stirring to obtain an homogeneous (sort of...) mixture. Pour the anti-freeze tea into the tea cups. Anti-freeze tea should be consumed very hot. Can be served with cookies, but don't expect your breathe to improve. Watch out for pimped grasans: they love the stench of their peers and may come to you for a french kiss.
