  1. Good day. As you may now, the MDA basement is flooded due to certain past events. In order to avoid lasting damage and to regain access to the you-know-what, I think it is high time we did something about it. To put it simply, we need to remove the water that has gathered down there and dry up the place somewhat to avoid mold setting in. But before we get started we'll need a plan. To begin with, I don't remember the size of the basement (it's been a while...). Was it a smaller cellar or does it cover the -1st floor of the whole building? Knowing this will determine the method we can use and/or the amount of effort needed. As for getting rid of the water, using buckets should work fine as long as we have enough people and spend enough time on it. We should be able to dry up the water remaining on the floor in small puddles by strategically placed heat stones or expending large amounts of heat in some other way. Does anyone have a problem/concern with this plan or a better idea? Let me know in the comments below. Also let me know if I can count on your participation. Thank you for your attention on this matter!
  2. I believe it is intentional: https://magicduel.com/page/Announcement/view/6459
  3. My bad, I was under the impression that the details page is public.
  4. Oh but what if I want to keep mine a secret? 🧐
  5. Also, can we get a refresh button on the right hand menu? There used to be one. Right now the only way to refresh it is through the bottom menu which is a lot of clicks. It needs refreshing because of all the tool timers.
  6. Another one: Allow us to re-view the forge's result page of the items we previously created. Right now you can only view it directly after creation unless you take a screenshot.
  7. A small thing but can we get a copy button for creature CTCs like we already have for ITCs?
  8. Such conduct would be unbecoming of a member of GotR.
  9. I think people underestimate how much damage a single dedicated depleter can do. I could drain the entire realm by myself within a week, save for the 800 wiiya spot. After that keeping it at 0 is easy. There needs to be a counter.
  10. Not sure if this is QoL but it has been bothering me... When you use the invisibility spell your alliance badge still shows up next to your name. With the low population we have it's very easy to guess who it is. Can we hide it?
  11. I'm opening this topic so that we can collect feedback / thoughts on the new trap tools. What we noticed so far: 1.) It causes problems with memory stones, a resource which is next to impossible to gather without depleting all of it, especially now with the skill revamp. Is this intended? 2.) Apparently it also triggers when you collect fenths at the altar.
  12. Just to add something to this. Like Ledah mentioned combat stats don't really mean much because everything has a hard counter. Not only that, but the differences between various characters are so great that maintaining armor would feel like a waste of time (no amount of boost a set of armor can realistically give me would overcome hundreds, thousands of percentages worth of difference in stats). So in order to make them more useful, would it be possible to create pieces that have a non-combat focus (or at least not strictly attack/defense)? Like something that increases briskness, making it easier to gather heat, or maybe some scout garb that has an AP reduction for movement. Armor that reduces heat scars (or increases, for masochists)? A wizard cloak that boosts power and maybe grants some extra casts? Just throwing some ideas out there...
  13. Hello again. Just wanted to give a brief explanation behind my sudden disappearance a few years(?) ago. It's really not my style to leave just like that but under the circumstances I felt like I had to so ehh. Anyway. It was a difficult period in my life and I felt like I'm spending too much time on the game, but at the same time couldn't bring myself to leave in a meaningful way. Something always happened that dragged me back in. Either some event or becoming the leader of GotR. I realized I couldn't be one of those leaders who just holds the title and chills out, it needs to be done properly buuut at the same time I wanted to reduce my activities. Eventually everything in the realm felt like being forced to fit into a mold that fits less and less (even though all of my "commitments" were self-imposed). So eventually I just snapped and left all MD related communication channels, even blocked most people on discord save for a selected few to prevent getting dragged back in. Felt easier than having difficult conversations, though I realize it's a rather stupid way to handle things. Anyway. Just wanted to get that out of the way. Easier than explaining to people one by one. Some other things: Sunfire took over GotR, WAS IT A COUP???? No, it's for the best. I didn't have the mental fortitude to run it properly, nor do I have it now. Things probably worked out how they were always meant to lol. Will you return now? Hard to say. Some of the new updates are tempting, and I think I'm about to lose my job so I'll definitely have more time on my hands... But at the very least I'll check in eventually. One more thing. Fang says he can't figure out his forum login thing... Any chance someone could help with that? lol... Or what's the best way to go about this?
  14. Item 12 – Tainted Angien - 700 plushies
  15. Let's get this party started I guess. Item 12 – Tainted Angien - 600 plushies
  16. More updates: When you reach 100 shards for the crit in question, the recycle option still doesn't show up. But you can now use the shard storage option, after which the text correctly shows that you have 1100 shards embedded. But you can only get 100 out of the shard storage with recycling, after which it remains with the initial 1000.
  17. Then, I'll take the colored winderwild next
  18. Then I'll take a 10 gold note, if it's still available
  19. I thought everybody knows this 🤔
  20. Update: Fyrd gave me another bird I can sac, and after I used that to acquire some shards, the menu appeared: However, I still can't seem to recycle the shards embedded in the creature itself.
  21. Fyrd gave me a winderwild with 1000 shards embedded, but after transfer it is missing the shard menu: Crit IDs: 883013, 883025. As you can see, it shows that it has shards embedded, but the shard menu is missing. I did not spend a gold coin to keep their levels, so maybe that caused the problem, but I can't be sure.
  22. Hi Fyrd, I'd like one of the winderwilds then Thank you.
  23. I'll take the memery stone first for sure, it sounds glorious
  24. So, the hot winderwild wings I have promised... Here is what we are gonna use: Namely: - 6-7 wings (I used 5 for this one because mine are fairly large - just means there will be some leftover sauce) - a pinch of salt & black pepper (salt is not on this pic because I forgot) - 4 tablespoons of honey - about half a cup of Sriracha hot sauce from the uhh... EAST (that is about 1,1 milliliters in my estimation) - 4 tablespoons of soy sauce - 4 teaspoons of sesame seed oil - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (can be rice vinegar or something else but this is what I prefer) - some olive oil (we will need about 2 tablespoons in our frying pan) We start with preparing the wings like so: Cut them in half like that... I fed the tips to the knators because they aren't the best for this recipe. Next up, mince the garlic: Now mix it together in a bowl with the ingredients listed above, and give it a good stir: Next up, put your wings in a bowl or some kind of food container and add about half of the sauce we have just prepared: Cover it with a lid and put it in your fridge for 1 hour... You can leave it overnight but 1 hour should be enough. Once that is done, add the olive oil to your frying pan and start frying the wings on medium / medium-high heat. We will do this for about 15 minutes. Make sure to turn the wings every 2-3 minutes, and use a lid in-between or else your stove will look like mine. Here how we start: I prefer to start with the skinny side down but it's not that important. After a while some of the wings may start to get seared, but don't be afraid, this is actually good for you: ...obviously you don't want it completely carbonated. If you feel like you are going too fast, you can turn down the heat a bit. After the 15 minutes is up, add the other half of the sauce to the wings. This will give it a nice glaze. You can turn up the heat here as long as you don't go overboard. Continue to fry it until the glaze is nice and thick: I used less wings here so we have some more left over but we can use that as a dip for our fries or whatever. Here is how it should look like by the end, more or less: Get them out on a plate: ...then eat it. You can use any side dish but sometimes I just prefer to eat them like this. Enjoy!
