good luck ive been trying

Looks like a possible role items/WP reward interface that could create items without having to talk to the Item Crafters guild? Or less than WP with various inventory items instead? Or other resources like heat/fenths etc, maybe even certain stat prerequisites? Thought of an example = 30 wood sticks + woodcutting skill and 20 fenths (or grasan fat of some kind,etc) for a sticky base + 5 finness or so? and maybe some steel components, to put it together to make a wood cutting axe.

I don't think it would hurt if a few select people got to be mp6 for a while with or without the adept count. Could be a nice change and help spur some activity. I didn't read the other mp6 thread but I think a big change could be cutting the adept count in half maybe? If we could hold 2 protectors currently it'd be more like 4 then (well maybe at 10 adepts it would be a more stable 4 or 5 protectors? Would need people to switch over correctly and not one protector with 25 adepts and the other 3 with 5).

Agree with Z, at first I was about to post then was like "wait I think this is for requests nvm" but the offer is rather tempting. Though I'd say no I don't currently want to be mp6 for a few character related reasons, mostly things like balance and need/vs want.

For me this reminds me of a situation that comes around sometimes where the artist and scientist come together on the point of appreciating a flower in all its beauty but have conflicting viewpoints. Creativity seems to peak at a point in people specialized at what they are doing. For example (different example than the above) an artist might make a painting of a flower or other things and receive compliments by his friends on how good the painting is and how creative he must be. But the artist may see it as an everyday thing between his fellow artists, making similar paintings yearly. To include my above example, a scientist friend can come by and show him a new side to anything.

Unaffiliated I think is the general Atheist/Agnostic/"I don't have a religion" type of people. "This forum poll misses out Folk Religionists which make up 5.9% (African traditional religions, Chinese folk religions, Native American religions and Australian aboriginal religions), not sure why Mallos?" It's because I seemed to not have enough poll choices to list all the options, so I picked between that and Judaism (considering it's its own thing and lumping folk religions with another option didn't seem great either, perhaps for this poll it's considerable in "other religions").

It's rather contradictory to say you believe in all of them :P

Which do you align with? I've been meaning to ask this for a while, never seemed appropriate until now with the new ungod rename. I'd prefer any arguments to void themselves from this topic and we can hopefully stick to statements or none at all. Refrain from commenting unless you feel the need, this is mainly a poll. Personally I don't find it offensive, being an atheist raised in a mostly catholic family. I'm sure there are some people who might not like it but mostly it seems fine.

Would I be alone if I was to say I could or might pick "fights" without the whole reputation stuff to go with it? Perhaps it would be irrelevant to me who wins/has a bigger influence or reputation and I'm just demonstrating to myself or a friend a concept. Sure one could try and say "then you just think you're better or that you won" and I'd disagree. One or many could think less of you but in the end, that's all it is, their thoughts. So this was just my thought. Would it have bad repercussions? You tell me, it depends how you see it all.

MD, as a game, is about as old as youtube. I think the forum may have came before youtube :P (someone else might be able to confirm?)

Guardianarmy always seemed straightforward to me while I was using it, cast on people and they will fight/defend with a random rit of yours. I don't know if it's intended to be random but I've never been inclined to think it wasn't and never had a problem with it (made it a bit more fun). As far as attacker vs defender goes, removing the possibility for a person with it cast on him to use the caster's rituals in an attack would probably be more convenient for the attacker but would limit the use of the spell to a large degree. As in, If you cast on someone else you don't know if they will be attacked or not, and others can simply choose not to. The extra use of say, a weaker player, using your army to fight I think is a good reason to justify having that feature in the spell. And besides, convenient or not to the attacker, not all spells are made to be "convenient" anyways.

I like to play games where there is some aspect of it that I can get better at (usually gets limited to pvp but not always).

I think it's a good idea in theory. What about relations between the creature and MB/NML as to why it is where it is?
