I love MD because of the people.  Simple really.  If not for this game I would not have met my husband (lol..yep true enough..for those that don't know, i'll let you ponder that one)...and so many others I can not list them.  I have grown because of MD.  In game and out, I have learned so much about culture and life.  In game MD allowed me to explore my mind.  In OOC I have learned what life is like beyond my own borders.

You're right: first paragraph is pure spam and I lost precious time reading it (actually all your thread is pure spam and I have lost enough time reading/replying hence why this is my last reply to it).
Second one is funny: you ask for "help" by accusing people without having any proof and you expect answers. You DO NOT deserve answers so good luck in getting them.
 
 

Rophs, you have done nothing less than disgrace the guild.  I am truly saddened to watch this unfold.  However I made my choice, but encourage you to read what lash recently posted.  Sadly your very actions are the exact reason I left GG.  It is not the land that is polluted, but its people.

ivorak, very interesting what comes out when you put a spotlight on someone.....(i hope he has an explenation?)

i want to make a more general clarification for other people that might work with me in the future.. there are people that have the common sense to do things in a way where no explenations are needed and no rules presented or "contracts signed" ...and those that need clarifications in extreme detail on what is ok and what is not ok to do, or find loopholes in the given rules and use those.
It is one thing to behave like that as a player (fine by me), and an absolutely totally different thing to behave like that with me or chew or in any official developing group or presence (not fine). It would be too offtopic to continue to explain here why, but if its something you don;t understand how come, then you probably fall in the category of people that have the potential to step wrong in such a cooperation, so better avoid.

I wish to work just with people that have common sense and respect and that don;t need a detailed set of rules to know what is ok and what is not ok to do when given tools for admin purposes.

When I joined Necrovion there were two alliances in this land. The Necrovian Sentinels and The Tainted Warriors. The Sentinels were disbanded by a player during Jester's reign for much the same reasons TW are disbanded now. I never asked for the Sentinels to be returned. This alliance was the result of a covenant between humans and shades. It's destruction and subsequent lack of reactions from the shades was a symbol this covenant no longer exists. The only thing that remains is that humans are allowed to live in Necrovion. I feel the Sentinels should remain dead until such time a new covenant is made. (which seems unlikely to happen anytime soon) Of course there is a practical reason too. An alliance with that many seats is impossible to protect. And since alliance taking has become such a popular and in many cases easy to do hobby, why bother.   In August 2011 after Jester left Necrovion and joined SoS in the east, Tainted Warriors were  disbanded by a player who acted as Mur's cats-paw. A few days later the land was closed and we were left with nothing. But it didn't mean the end of Necrovian society. Quite the contrary in fact. Some time later the alliance was given back to us because of a wish rewarded in an unexpected way (ann. 2034). Over the past years it was taken from us twice more because of misplaced trust and treason. Twice we got it back by use of illusions. With Peace gone this is not an option now. But is that such a bad thing? We don't think so.    The Necrovian social and political structure we built is not defined by its alliance. In reality an alliance is a tool with a few useful features and a badge (of pride). Nothing more. I challenge anyone to prove me otherwise. Four years ago we made the foundation for this Necrovion without an alliance. Having none now doesn't affect us beyond the loss of a few gadgets. Necrovian society, or whatever colorful name one might prefer for us, still exists. Having no alliance doesn't change that.

Oh,  I would suggest have people PM you with their stories, and grab a few judges (or post the storys annonymously for Voting) to determine winners and such.   (EDIT, the Annony-mouse submissions prevents risk of claims of nepotism, and lets us judge more fairly)

The idea of mystery or spoilers will naturally be explored more over time and since the population has remained pretty much the same those spoilers or mysteries will be no longer be that to the majority of the population. There will always be those not widely known. But what was once spoilers may become well known facts.
 
Some of the difference between now and then is researching concepts (be it combat, spell docs, principles, out side the current known principles, and etc.), in the old days their were several people/groups of people, expanding upon what was known and thus created more mysteries or concepts that would be spoilerish. 
 
In all honesty, there is no way to go back to the old ways or days... there is only to move forward and expand upon what is here. Creating mysteries, spoilers, and activity.
