So, we moved to a different domain, slightly different forum software due to its licence and changed options. Now let the bug reports flow.
I am sure there are still issues with it, so if you encounter any please post it, so me or @Chewett can work to fix them.
 
The new forum has several advantages over the old one, and i am hoping to finally be able to make it bring new players in MD. The old forum had a traffic restriction, and possibly the google rankings where severely affected by it.
Also, as a future plan, i intend to connect the forum much better with the game itself, and i already have a list of ideas i want to implement.
..but first lets make it work as it is

Yep that was me that cast that spell

It was nothing to do with the whole DST V Fenir thing here
It was what my third casting of that spell and i did it because i was
curious as to how far back the log can go.

Nothing was intended by my casting of the spell
Bu i will also point out all one had to do is look at the triggers
and they would have known it was me who cast the spell
and not make an assumption.

I have nothing agents ether one of you. So this argument in game
and on the forums is not my issue. Yes i will be watching to see what
happens and to see the outcome as this is an interesting clash of minds
and personalities.

I was MP6 for a short time but the time and effort to maintain mp6 was far to much and there for i stoped trying.
 
Without knowing what the "new MP6" is to become regards it place in MD i could not say for sure.
 
To me MP6 is not like the other levels. MP6 is more a state of mind rather that a stat of status/rank.
MP6 i suppose could be akin to the old TPC days someone whom wants to puch their role to a more realised state.
Hmm i have a though regards mp6 but i am unable to formalise it into something more coherent.
 
That said it would be very dependant on what MP6 is to become and how it fits within MD

is this really that most updated post within the order.
I guess i can now start looking at research again. But i do not have access to all forum section as AK stoped using the form before granting my access after it was agreed that i could have access that is.
But anyways i am going to revisit the old notes and see if i can find my old archive. If not i will push forward and create new notes with a new prerspective

its been two years indeed, my past two years where like a marathon, and was NOT work related, in fact, i consider working such a bliss now, like vacation :))
 
I am trying to keep a presence, i am not ignoring MD if that is how it looks like... when i will "return" i will focus on development, but as a player...idk.. "not soon".

You are a little young to know this, But in the past certain ideas and concepts were "sold" to Mur and he could confirm, deny or point you in another direction. This is normalyl when researching into MD lore. Some parts of MD lore has indeed a correct answer.

The GG weapons i now believe it is a resonance generator.
Thinking on the weapon its design shape and how the room looks for it.
 
even though the weapon does not have an apparent way of targiting
it does not mean you cant target with it. I think it interacts on a frequency of each land
or object. this means it could target anywhere and posable anytime.
 
The only think at this point is what are the frequancy of each land/item/place/material
shade??
 
water is a great conductor of wave :D and great for displaying a frequance being produced
and so is salt/sand.
 
i will keep looking into this idea but this is what i beleve is to be my next stage of understanding in MD.

I like the concept of this and what it brought with it.
it created a community event to make it happen and many enjoyed the spark of life it brought with it.
 
For many i would guess clickables are no use they cant or make crappy quests.
clickables are of very high importance to thoes that bother to make good quests and use the community to help create
 
it is the modifications that make MD grow and become more of what players invest in.

Make your own role:

So I got inspired by this topic from Mur:

Not to write mean things about him, but by some posts people made in the topic. It's being said that he favours certain people and giving them presents (abilities and special features for their role). So how fits my quest in this?
Lets imagine that Mur PM'd you saying that he thinks your character is great and needs a bigger purpose in MD. So basically you can define your role and get the abilities you always wanted. If you think this sounds way to easy, then you're probably right. So this comes with an extra challenge. You're not only supposed to write down the role you want with its features, but also why Mur should choose your role. Because he could always say that it won't fit in MD or something else.

What you need to do:
1. Write in this topic that you're going to participate.
2. Write a short description of your character.
3. Write the role you want, this does not include the powers. Only what your character will be, and how he will be seen by others.
4. Write the powers, special features or both that you want your character to have.
5. Write down why Mur should choose this, and why this fits in MD (It's important that you write it, as you would send it to Mur himself).
6. When you're done with step 2, 3, 4 and 5 you need to PM me it ingame or via forum.

Rules:
1. Don't write one sentence answers to those steps. It needs to be as detailled as possible.

Judging:
It will be judged in how detailed you've written it, and if it can actually fit within MD. And how well you've written why Mur must choose your idea.

Deadline:
Don't have one yet, I was thinking about 2 months. I will define one when I know how many people are participating.

Rewards:
One WishPoint for the winner, WP won't be given out if there are too few players (Too few is around 3 or so).
One Angien for the winner.

I don't have any other rewards, so sponsors are always welcome. :)

Q: Why should I write my opinion as if it were written towards Mur?
A: I want you to write to Mur, to see what kind of tactic you'll use to convince someone like him.

Crafters Guild Disbanded
The Crafters Guild has been disbanded. This is after an email we received from Phantom Orchid asking us to disband it since apparently it has been below the required number of members for some months. In discussion with Udgard, the Guild leader, we decided that it better suits the Crafters not to be tied to a land since Yrthillian, the other realm's crafter would not join the Loreroot based Guild. Their roles remain unaffected and this disbandment fits with the global plans of slowly moving more general crafting to the people."
 
 
So the council sees fit to throw me into the blame for the disbanding of the crafter.
I want it known i am not at fault here. Yes i have the crafting ablity but i was never suppose to be in the guild
nor was i ever actualy invited. remember crafter was non LR before it moved. I was never suppose to be part of it
i have the ablity because it is part of the role i play not because of a guild,

i am not useing this to go and bad moth the council. i just wanted to state the info as far as i am concerned is incorect

I already know this. This topic is not for what is working what is not
it is about dicovery and looking at new options and creating new ideas
the mechanic are NOT important.

People are too quick to point out what is not working
instead of working to make something work.

Not much difference.
You probably noticed the voting for citizens system already, it's in Tempest Fort for us. Grido and Al (mostly) are working on some kind of government, i got the drachorn master role, otherwise we're just hanging around and waiting for new people... Like all the others :))
