Thanks Fang, I will see when I can have a look into this.

The combined text + video bit is helpful, but we still need to come up with some way to hold the textual information and make it easy to search/find/implement into MD. That was the main aim of this. Not to mention the announcements are something we are planning to keep in that format, (but we could change where they are shown, etc)

Have they tried turning on desktop mode on their browser? MD isnt well supported on mobile, I assume this is the device they want to play on?

Do you have any issues with what you have done given people think your main has benefitted?

Doing this is an exceptionally intensive process, it takes about 5 minutes per person to resolve these due to the need to cross check allts and similar data. Therefore I will not be guarenteeing this will happen again. The majority of people who were complaining of alts were because they were using the puffin browser. As announced before please do not use this as it works as a proxy uses a very small pool of IP's. I have removed all puffin IP's from our system at this time but will not be doing this again. --------- Im currently looking into a couple instances of alt abuse so for now no IP's will be purged from the system yet. Since it is christmas I will look into fixing the issue one final time once I have resolved the alt issue.

You misunderstand the question: If people break your rules you will use the management tools you have applied for, once you have them, to ban them from all GG tools if they break your rules?

Can you make it open to read by anyone because Im potentially going to hand this to someone to deal with.
