The survey was split into two parts, freeform text input questions and a standard 1-5 Likert scale. The questions were as follows: What would you change about the event and why (+5 plushies) What do you think worked well about the event and why (+5 plushies) What other ideas could you suggest to make next year's celebration even better? (+5 plushies) What other events would you want run during the birthday? (+5 plushies) Any other comments about the event (+5 plushies) The Likert scale questions asked you to rate the importance of the following aspects of birthday quests/events. Participants were given 10 plushies for filling these in: Combat events Hunt/race events Story writing Story telling/remembrance Ceremony/Role Play/Medal ceremony Group activities (like mist collection) Plushies and prizes Souvenir creatures and items Forum contests Hangman and other games This year we had 28 responses and all those who responded have been rewarded plushies.

If you have some ideas how to fix the issues on a more global scale that we could implement, that would be ideal.

Thanks Fyrd, can you make sure that we keep different issues on different places please. Otherwise its impossible to track these things.

These are all bad suggestions because the first is to try and fix a problem with the tutorial/game. We should fix it rather than patching it. I'm not sure what the second is for, give mask doesn't play music? We need to make sure givemask doesn't break accounts (illusions still do at times) The third, again we are trying to give something personal to fix a wider issue, we should fix the issue. I appreciate the ideas Fyrd, and it could be a short term "fix", but its a really bad idea to just patch over issues and I disagree with these patches as it just wastes time overall IMO.

As a more general thing, I'm not sure of a good way to do these threads without people focussing on what gifts they can give themselves. Its hard to remove personal greed from these things. If anyone has ideas about it, give it over. Maybe you say you can only suggest items you don't have?

As a note that requires manually "fixing" those people pulled from "bad" scenes so I would discourage this being added.

This is finished for this year, although it might be around next year

I have heard that Fang has stated that he "refuses to return to MD" so I will take over finishing off this quest. Fang has not told me of anyone else who participated publicly on the day so I will assume Fyrd is the only entry. Many thanks Fyrd and I will give you 20 plushies for your work

Once you are back can you let me know and we can do some testing. I'm not sure why it would randomly break unless Mur changed something.
