And it was just a suggestion, if you realy dont want to , dont do it, idea is to feel good about it. The probability that someone in lets say filipine will spend thousands of dollars to come to your door to beat you to death is much more remote than a truck running over you inside your home. The address you give yourself, its not public, you can pick only people from far far away places and that you know in game for a long time. But again, its your choice and if you dont feel good about it, then simply dont do it, its much better you dont than to have nightmares after you did. My address is public for 10 years and i placed myself into lots of troubles but so far i never got to use the flamethrower i keep next to my door. only trouble i had was from people i already knew, in same town and country...

you never know. Even if address is something that can be found out quite easy if you want to, i don;t want anyone to get in trouble or receive any requests to ban anyone later. I already receive phonecalls from paranoid parents that think MD is affecting their kid education or so and want me to prevent them from playing, so, ask permission if you are not legaly allowed to do it .... If other reasons prevent you from sharing cards, i realy wish to find a way to help. Long range cards could cost a lot its true, but local post is quite cheap even for a kid. If you have money to buy a cola you can do that too, if you dont have money to buy a cola, you could send a handwritten piece of simple paper, if you get my point....

i have comissioned a cube puzzle to someone based on shadowseekers device. This will save me some time while it will still come out as i wish it to be. The work is in progress and looks good so far. Storymode rewards will change to percentage rewards , but i have a dark thought to change profiles entirely , by removing attack, defence, and other skills and implement a much simpler and more intuitive way. Dont get scared yet. Once all the things come into place for these changes to happen i will do them realy fast. I will try to do these changes without reseting anything dont wory. It will probably be an automated fix when you login, converting your current profile to the new one. I am not sure what to do about storymode, one option is to move ALL players to mp3 without resetting their stats at all, letting them get overpowered ... this might go well with skill caps on mp levels, an other change i am planning.

To avoid unnecessary wishes.. AL will resume and when it will happen i will be the one writing it, or at least the one putting the main ideas for each 'page'. It makes me sick to see the competition of "who gets in the AL". I cant trust anyone to objectively write it because the pressure from those that consider to be in AL as the absolute achievement is enormous. Consider the AL as the adventure orientated newslog. Who gets on the AL? about 1% of the people that should, because you all should be there, but that will cause a huge mess and AL will turn into a pointless rant. AL follows a single path out of all that happens in MD, one path that i personaly consider at the time of writing that its important and brings chnages or underlines the "wireframe" behind md concept. I will make sure to change my messenger and be totaly invisible next time i continue AL, to avoid favors or nice story presentations. The AL picks you and picks its stories, you dont get to "make" something for the al, its not a screen play and you are not actors. Innermagic is the concept that drives md but also the concept that will be last visible. One day i plan to retire "Mur" and actualy play MD as one of its characters. As i see it now, its impossible to keep same name and still avoid getting involved in everything, so i will find a way later. Innermagic was supposed to be made by schools, not by a single person or by something implemented automaticaly in game. It might never happen. Stop waiting for things, take what already is. Factions, magic, all things that are "pending" wont get here faster if you wait for them. In fact as you know me and as i know myself, they might never come. I know for sure MD will evolve constantly one way or an other, and i have a good aim with its direction, regardless of the tools and way i use to reach that aim. MD is what you see now, not what you wait to see for later. And now i stop before going really offtopic. --- And there is more.. What you talk about lib i could call the identity of MD, that has to suffer indeed. Restoring MD identity is something i have as a priority but wont happen in the way you expect it to. One step is to make everything more automated and fix things that are now not fully working..

I have a question is there such a thing as a medical condition that prevents someone from reading more than two lines of text? I am asking that because someone that i was suppoed to explain an important thing , that concerned him a lot, told me after a lot of explaining that he is not reading because he cant read more than two lines of text because he gets dizzy ... and i flipped out . Except feeling like to kill someone, i also felt a bit bad thinking that he might actualy have a medical condition or something, i cant believe someone can be so lazy and such an ass to behave like that if there is no real reason to it.. so anyone knows anything about such a thing? What i did not mention very clearly there is that trying to trap someone into offending you or discriminate you is also a serious thing. I have nothing against man that love man untill one comes next to me wearing a dress and tries to kiss me, well then i explode. If you want to be respected by others , learn to respect the others too. This is like that, woman want to be equal with man, fine, then don;t expect man to open the door for you or to carry the groceries or pay for your closes, THEN you are equal. I live in a country where such discrimination is common, but in MD i learned that judging anyone by apparences is not only irrelevant but also a huge barrier against realy understanding that person. Its not about how smart or how cute or how well integrated the person is, its about the "character" of that person, something that MD tries to show and to analize. If you bring in MD your personal frustrations, likes and dislikes, everything will go down without a chance to go up. Even if you are by nature a person that judges others by race, sex, other, at least try in MD to respect everyone and please don;t mix RL with MD discriminations, ...maybe you will realise that you have A LOT to learn if you do that. I myself learned how idiot i was when i judged people by their preferences or ethnicity, and i still realise how difficult it is to change what others think, like my family or you MD players. If RULES are needed to force you to keep MD clean of that, then so be it. I assure you i will enforce these rules untill md is clean.

i know the errors, wha ti try to do is to see when it will give table full for everybody, but for now server crashed and i dont know at what limit, something is clearly wrong to make it clear, i am intentionatly causing these errors to test it, they will be gone when its done, what is wrong is with it crashing at around 220 which is way to low

Its a bit dificult since sketches look weird with inverted colors... but if i find something that goes on black i will put it. Also you can change color , size and style of tshirts or any other item directly from there...see how it looks on black. Other light colors go well too.

Yeah MD is officialy a LLC, since 6 Nov this year. ..should i announce it? ..some papers are still in work, but yeah its official. regarding the terms, some of the things you wrote there sound good and i will change them, some will remain the same. I am sorry to say but such terms are only created in the advantage of the one asking you to agree to them. Like i said, with or without it, i wont change the way i handle issues or players. Even with such terms, the reality is that anyone will do what they want, both me and the players. Its also a reality that for me MD is a personal thing an i will never bind my own hands in it, or bow in front any loonatic with pretentions. If i want to take my toys and leave one day , i will do so. If i want to remove a player from md i will do so , with or without terms, explanations and such, and thats the truth. I am so arrogant right now, because this is what happens in any place with such terms you just dont have the opportunity to ask the dude pulling the strings there about it, like you do with me, you just sign/agree to it and move on. you say after you fought the aramors you did not enoucnter these problems? and to reformulate one of the above questions, did you ever loged in live help, km, or other low id accounts by mistake (due to the bug)? can you syncronize when this started to happen with an exact date or with a change annoucned in the newslog? Anyone else got this?

[/quote] As you know i am always explaining such actions, and most of the time public. In fact a lot of people that did something never got baned or deleted. However, i reserve my right to remove accounts "just because i want so". Not disclosing reasons is often an excuse not to tell the involved person that he/she is under pending investigation for fraud payments, or that i received complains or official requests concerning that person and its simply better to get rid of that account asap than to follow all legal consequences of protecting it. Also in case of code issues, if for example an account gets deleted, i do not want to be responsable for that and then feel legaly obligated to restore that account. I have enough moral responsability to do what i can do best to make things right. The purpose of such a terms and conditions, in case you have not read others by now, is to act as a final legal barrier between all loonatics that might want to attack MD or me in legal ways or by using any publicly declared rules or such contracts. If i end up in a nut house with internet access and i start deleting accounts randomly, i will be covered by such a contract Such a disclaimer is saying in other words that its my rule or no accounts, and basicaly this is already so and i have no problem admitting that. [/quote] In recent argues most of you know about, i heard word such as "the work i do for the game". Just imagine...just try to imagine..if a 2 year old player at some point flips out and considers all his influences and things he ever wrote for md that they are legaly his and he wants to sue me (actualy the company now), how much trouble will be to clean up after him and make sure all his "things" are entirely deleted from allover. Without such a disclaimer, you could actualy sue MD for displaying YOUR intelectual property just because YOU posted it in your papers which are public. Once you place any content on MD server, the right to use that content belongs to MD. This doesnt mean at all that its no longer yours. Once I buy an artowrk ar literary work from you, or you donate it freely, that piece of work is MD property. If the current text means something else thatn that then i will have it reformulated. I do not wish to rob anyone of his work, but i also do not wish bad intended people to use this as a way to get revenge, and out of thousands of players some might do and once thy do they affect the entire community not just me. So that you understand. This "contract" (because legaly its a contract) does not change anything from how md was and will be run from now on. It only puts the legal base for my inevitable dictatorship . The legal aspect of MD has to keep up with the evolution of MD. For example MD was run as a private person by me untill now, now its a company (MagicDuel Aventure LLC) ..is there any difference? of course not, not from your point of view. From a legal point of view there is a difference however. People (new ppl) will see it as something more serious and official and not just a madman working behind his screens and a bunch of enthusiast ppl helping out.
