By your logic, I could argue to reset your account to make thing less easy for you.
You might assume that GGG is against the rules, from my statement, but I didn't say that, did I?
  2.
Some players are indeed way overpowered, but they did not use the GGG to get to that state. They used tokens, especially on creatureboost creatures. Protest this, please.
(most) Tokens are already capped in what they can do for you. Besides, tokens and creatureboost are bonuses that are gotten through supporting the game with the MDShop. How does GGG help the game? The answer is that it doesn't. It only makes it easier, which is the same thing spoilers do. Spoilers are against the rules, are they not?

  4.
Pip and redneck I clearly remember seeing the two of GGG quite happily gaining the benefits from the training ground. I think it quite hypocritical of the two of you to start chanting for its closure.
Have you ever fought me? Or even read any of my posts in this topic? I've stated many times that yes, I have used GGG, but I've never had the patience to use it much. I used it much more with MRPip than I did with Pipstickz. MRPip rarely comes out anymore. And this is all ignoring the fact that your statement about me would only apply if I had used the GGG to actually get stronger in a way I didn't/couldn't get outside of it. As Chewett has said, 1000 stats is low, and how many of my stats are at or above 1000? None. Do I have a bunch of VE? No, I only have about 40k, most of which was gotten from story mode and heads contest.
  5. a) No, I am not a gorilla. b) No, GGG damage to MD is not small. c) There hasn't been stat caps before, and new MP5s have still made it along quite fine. Not to mention that having stat caps would reduce peoples' will to fight even more. How many people would fight if there wasn't some king of reward for doing so? If you don't get stats from fighting, what do you get?
  6.
Sparrhawk. I am not accusing you of planning anything in secret. I am simply saying that it was never brought to my attention before being made public. You say that Knator Commander was not respected, yet it seems ok for that trend to continue? Announcing any guild, governmental or otherwise while using the name of a land gives the impression that it is official or endorsed.
So ask for it to be renamed.
On a final note about guilds. Only Mur can setup a guild. We can setup a group in the hopes that it will be recognised as a guild in time. But ultimately that power rests with Mur. So anyone declaring guilds could result in Mur's wrath.
So, you're saying using words like "guild" and "alliance" in certain context makes Mur angry? Besides, Princ never requested, or expected, the Rangers to be an official alliance/guild, as you can see in the first post.
I make my views very clear to them and they let me know too. Suddenly announcing guilds is not transparency is it? And it is disrespectful to the king.
Do you really think Princ would do this to disrespect you? Nobody meant to disrespect you, I'm sure. Hey, I could be wrong, but what's the point of putting together a plan for a bunch of groups intended to support something, just to insult somebody? Especially somebody with power over you.
One of the issues that has plagued Loreroot is this sense that people can do as they please with no consideration for the impact it may have on their fellow citizens, MD in general and Mur even.
Yes, that's generally how the world goes. Some people seem to care, some people seem not to care. Loreroot is not the only place with such problems. They may be more noticeable, just because Loreroot citizens all personally involve themselves in all of the problems that they have, generally. (Disclaimer: I may be wrong about stuff, this is just based on observations I've made, or thoughts I've thunk.)

I had a decent list, but then my computer froze and I lost it. But since Kyphis is doing it, I'll just let him...do his thing >>
  8. You need to enter the characters at the bottom of the creature's page to see the trade value.
  9.
Can the powers of kings be changed to impose jail terms on those so called neutral offenders to cease their illegal actions?
Yes, let's allow the kings to ban people over disagreements; while we're at it, let's allow people to steal artwork for avatars, and have zero punishment for silence spell. (All of it is sarcasm, if you can't tell.) In other words, the kings were given their banning ability to deal with problems within their own lands and alliances. They are free to use them as they want to, but the minute that the general public stops liking what the kings are doing, then the kings get overthrown. Like it or not, GGG offenders are part of the general public. Or, if you're suggesting that kings get the ability to ban ANYBODY, regardless of citizenship, then why don't you just take a step back and think about it?
  10.
just for the Gorillas anti-GGGs whatsoever who initiatively and tirelessly destroy every non-damaging defenseless rituals at the GGG you hate GGG because it is only used for stat grinding. the way i see it, you (together with your protest [s]bananas[/s] banners) are the one taking advantage of that "grinding" by doing headstrong attacks against people who you already know that are set with non-retaliating rituals I'm sorry, is there any other way to attack people in GGG? Other than following the "rules", of course., then bragging and bragging that GGG is useless. GGG stat grinding may take loads of months before you get what a trainee wants, and [s]ANTI-GGG ATTACKERS[/s] Regular fighters WON'T TAKE THEM EVEN HALF A MINUTE TO GAIN STATS, IT'S INSTANT! Which is exactly what's supposed to happen when you fight - but wait, all you do in GGG is get non-damaging wins. I wonder why you don't get instant stats... and may i ask if anyone from the GGG has already beat you repeatedly? we, the GGG trainees, are generally weak Is it not the point of GGG to become strong?, and we know that we can't get a piece of you (because you are the battle pioneers/superiors). don't we (anti-Gorillas) have a choice on where we can train ourselvesYes, you do, but don't expect zero opposition.? GoE, SG, everywhere, we can fight/train almost everywhere. a small community [s]re-builded[/s] Took over an MR left-over training ground after the MRs abandoned it as a group, and some find it good (not the best) to train at, because it can help on their creature taming, and sometimes to their personal stat profile. correct, GGG isn't supported by Mur himself, but the people who train their supports it, and we are still counted as part of the community. do the GGG trainees ever stopped from training/grinding outside GGG? nah. but the Gorillas protested in an unorderly manner. if you hate GGG "grinders", you shouldn't grind on our trainees too if it were grinding, people would be sitting there all day doing nothing but attacking. Besides, it's not the grinders that are under fire, it's the idea of the GGG itself. we aren't the one taking advantage of grinding, BUT YOU.
Italics=my edits.
  11. Bump. Perhaps it's just an error due to a long night?
  12. It is quite possible to lead your alliance from outside of it, Princ. All you need is a voice.
  13. Hey back
  14.
My reasoning is this, If GGG is hurting MD so much and is so Boring, Then surely it will not take very much effort at all to move people from GGG. The irony is that 99% of you who are against GGG have used it to gain stats or Wins for your angiens and have everyone forgotten the time when the burst burned achievement came out? how many of you where there then!
To the first statement: Less and less people are showing up at GGG, when I walk by it, which isn't very often, but I still do check it occasionally. To the second: I have used GGG, yes. Have I used it much? No. I used it more with MRPip than I did with Pipstickz, and does anybody see MRPip walking around? If they do, then they must be hallucinating. Anything I got from GGG, I could have got quicker with the help of a friend, or on my own. Most of the time that I spent in GGG was spent using the chat box. I got at the most, 20 wins for my angiens at GGG, and I still don't have burst burner, but I was there when it was released, and I remember seeing Akasha get to 100 first (I think...). No one has never liked GGG, as far as I know, and Burns is the same, again, as far as I know. Where is the 99% you speak of? Do you have a list?
IF THERE ARE MR'S THAT HAVE REALIZED THAT THE DOJO IS NOW A PROBLEM AT LEAST CHANGE THE DOCUMENTS SO THEY SAY THAT IDLERS ARE NO LONGER PROTECTED IN THE GGG. Its a start and one of the reasons the DOJO did not stay the most powerful location.
The MRs quit supporting GGG as an alliance a long time ago. It's a personal choice if they continued to do so.
  15. I agree with Firs in that he stands up for himself and what he thinks is best for his land and himself, and I agree with Rhaegar in that he fights for what he thinks is best for his alliance, and himself. While the king may have power, it's quite possible to have a civil war, is it not? The king's power is not unlimited.
Berating the king publicly and threatening him is also inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour. It can’t and won’t be tolerated. If it was, everyone would be doing it.
Regarding this, not many people speak out against the kings because the kings don't do much publicly. Nobody has anything to be angry at you for, except maybe the fact that you don't do much publicly. So yeah.
  16. Death Ring got a WP (#431 if you'd like to look it up in the log room) for making a video of MD. I think it's safe to assume that Mur doesn't mind if you use his artwork within, or to support, his game, and that if it were the big deal that everybody's making it seem like, then Mur would most likely make an announcement or something. Video
  17. [darksky] Dark Sky If owner has x principle it increases[...]by the value of this principle, otherwise it increases[...]double the value of the principle but lowers[...]by same (changed description to prevent spoilers, only changes are "x" and "[...]") So, to me, it looks like it says: If you have x principle, then you get something increased, but if you don't have x principle, then you get something increase by the value of x principle and something decreased by the same value. If you don't have the principle, wouldn't that make it 0? And if it's 0, then isn't that whole last part redundant? Or am I just understanding it wrong?
  18. *patpat* Good Granny, you listened to me
  19.
a) no, it shall be based on skills, active days dont say anything at all
You misunderstand me - I meant that perhaps it should only affect things on certain days.
  20. This isn't a bug, though :/ It's MD sharing with socialist.org (...I think), and Aysun is wondering why. >>
  21.
B) surely that should be your own fault? since the system should be based on strategy and learning.
I was talking specifically about (some of the) GGG-farmers >>
  22. Because it's lying!

  23. I'm sure Mur has his reasons for making the MP levels the way they are. This idea is horrible, in my opinion.
  24. Each stat should have a certain weight to it. For example, tradesense has nothing to do with fighting, so it would mean nothing toward this. Otherwise, I think this is a good idea, except for a few things: a) There are already a limited number of people to fight; perhaps it should only be active on certain days? b) What if you have high stats, but don't know how to fight very well, or don't have certain creatures? c) What if you have high stats, but use 0% slider? d) What about scaling for different MP levels? Strong in MP3 is very different from strong in MP5.
  25.
Some say stats have become useless, but in truth they are only another method of fighting. If your stats are high enough, you can defeat tokens (Sparrhawk is a perfect example of someone who can beat tokens with his stats)- and at least the GGG gives newer mp5's a chance to do that without spending so much money on the game.
Sparr has a GG loaded with tokens, and a bunch of rusties to boost it.
