1.
now a new feature is going to be spoiled by people sticking their nose in places they should not. The fact that this guild was just dumped in a land and no organisation was put in plave make this a very messy idea the fact that even some memeber of that new guild are posiable filled with player alts is also another matter. ... See now things are going to be made worse over a new feature that has just been released without organising some sort of proper setup. I really think this could have been done in a much better way. ...
Remember "Raising the shield against Cryxus"? The Caretakers had been formed in a similar way to this, except only one member was chosen. Phantasm had around a month before the events with Cryxus happened, if I remember correctly. Even though he had a structure, he had nothing going on, yet still people supported him, and he got the Caretakers back from Cryxus after it was taken over. The Woodcutters haven't even all met each other, and yet there are already demands for it to have a structure? It's unbelievable to see these things coming from two of the people who are supposed to be leaders! Do we not learn anything from the past? Or do we just ignore the things we'd rather not remember, even if they're important?
2. That Other Guy's idea, but with Zleip's suggestion instead of the sanctuary thing would be ideal for me personally, but if the briskness isn't enough then perhaps have a heat storage item that can be filled by members of one guild only and passed around (with a timer on it that returns it to the leader after so long).
3. The bug itself is quite bothersome, in any case. It happened while I was attacking Phoenix (because he had attacked me a moment before), and made about 100 heads disappear >>
4. There are ways to increase your active AP over the maximum, temporarily. Experiment, and you'll probably figure them out.
5. Yes, you can be punished for using a bug without reporting it. If you're worried about something similar happening to you, just ask around if something unusual happens.
6. Manda was punished for taking draches and giving them away, not going into the areas themselves.
7.
this is just my idea for the solution, not necessarily better... but thats why I want to discuss this with all of you so we can all develop a good system or upgrade the current one for the -next generation- ?
Not that I've been reading your whole posts, because I really don't have the patience at this time, but to me it looks like you're just repeating arguments (such as "MP5 is scary for newbs" and "SG doesn't work without staff"), which makes it quite difficult to discuss, does it not? Simply pointing it out. Now, as for my opinion on the matter, yes, SG would benefit from some moderation of some sort, for certain people if need be, but it doesn't need permanent staff, because TOTAL protection generally makes the newbs soft and weak. An attack without permission here or there doesn't really hurt in the long run, it's the people who persist in breaking the rules that are the problem. And no, I don't believe complete restructuring, as you've tried, is the best course of action. You've got to ease people into things. Sticking with the example of the SG, when SS took it over, he kept the same general concept (attack with permission only), but made small changes to the rules. In my experience, people don't enjoy radical change, and often oppose it.
8. Boundaries...boundries?

9.
Also, when someone appears to be idle, I check the online list on the log in page and they do not appear to be logged in.
This is intentional, I believe. Notice that it seperates idle people: "Users online right now (x+y idle)"

That wish does smaller tags underneath the location name, such as the one at the Park that says "Sparring Grounds", I believe. But in my post, I am talking about Grido's editing privileges (or rather, restrictions), not the ones that anybody has.

Just gonna take a wild guess or two; You can't edit the text within the windows that pop up such as shops or attack interface You can't edit what the arrows say after hovering over them for a second; "Tranquil Plains - (1Ap)" You can't edit the poems that appear when you enter a new location You can't edit location names You can't edit information that shows up when you click on someone's name such as VP and Vit etc. Just some guesses, not official in any way >>
12.
as you said, you ran there because you saw an mp3 had mistakenly pasted the item. most friendly people would clear it, but you had to steal it... sadly it seems to be your nature, similar to asking for granos's crits.
a) If you'd like to read the announcements, and perhaps make a few assumptions, then you will discover that the account in question is an alt, not some newb MP3 who just got their first item. I know you're not discussing this fact, but on the off chance that you have come to a different conclusion, I thought I would attempt to enlighten you. b) Two seperate actions do not show the complete nature of a person. For one, it's quite reasonable to ASK for Granos' creatures, though perhaps he should've been a bit more private about it. Secondly, if I am reading apophys' post correctly, he seems to have believed that the code was posted intentionally, and then learned later that it was not.
13. In any case, after almost an hour (if not that or more) of arguing, I convinced Alyon to remove his alt from the MR Fraternity without resorting to having it kicked. PS:
At this point, even if it bothers me, keeping alts online to get items when i give them out is not a crime since it is me that is giving the items and not you taking them.
Udgard did not give those items free. I believe that says enough.
14. Perhaps allow you to browse the whole gallery, but only possibly purchase the eight at a time? Personally, I like seeing the art, even though I'm quite sure I'll stick with my avatar(s)
15. As I've said, many times, for quite a while now, heads is a joke at MP5. It all really started with MP2, and then the maze solution was general knowledge so people started farming heads from aramors, and now that pretty much everybody's won at MP5, there's really no purpose to having the contest run (for MP5), other than to give out free stats and credits, because that's all it's become.
16. I believe that it's presently at the level of "Half"...though either halfway to full or halfway to empty would largely depend on whether you were filling the glass or emptying it, I think. PS: You can interpret this post however you'd like, literal or as some big metaphor for life, whatever...I'm not picky.
17.
If someone has an interesting offer they are free to PM me.
18. It's RIDICULOUS that people expect newbs to be sheltered and protected. Yeah, the vets might seem "greedy" when it comes to the fighting system. Know why? Because some of them don't have much to do, while the fighting system is always there, and there have been a shortage of new MP5, because the MP4 are afraid of the vets, and they spread that message, and the newbs see the vets telling people to come to MP5, and the whole situation is cyclical and all based on IGNORANT, UNGROUNDED FEAR. I'm tired of this BS being spread around by all of the MP4s who don't want to advance. You don't even know what MP5 is like, all you know is what the others tell you! Sorry, Zleip, for ranting in your topic, but I think it's something that needed to be said...or, if it isn't, then it's something I wanted to say. "...and remember, the head contest is UNFAIR "
19. What's to stop someone from writing some neat stories, joining your alliance, getting WP codes, and then leaving without making a quest? What I suggest is that if you do end up getting WP codes, either from a sponsor, or from Mur himself, that you only give them to people who have made a few quests already, and have convinced people to give them codes all on their own, so then you get people who are really dedicated, not just someone trying to bum some WP codes. Sidenote: Kyphis, the best way to have a role or position "made", as you state it, is to do that role. Do you think Khalazdad became king of Necrovion by just sitting and waiting for Mur, or someone else to notice? Of course, the position of Master Archivist already exists, there's just nobody who's doing that at the moment. If you want it, be brave and take it, and if the community doesn't like it, they'll tell you.
20. I like to use this, as it takes you directly to the login page, no matter if you're playing at the time, or have just logged out, or whatever (at least in my experience)
21.
I'm getting the same "Idle mode activated" sign frequently for no apparent reason too
Different problem; Zleip clicks "go idle" but still appears to be active, while I believe you get the "multiple interfaces active" window.
22. There are two types of abilities; indirect and direct. Indirect is based on power, and has some unique setback (ie. Steallife has a cap, martyrism damages self, etc.), while Direct abilities (attack-based) all have a common setback. Mur made Weaken Defense attack-based for a reason, don't you think?
23. Since personally, I've been at both ends (around -30 or -40 rep, if I remember correct, and now what I have currently), I can say one thing with near-certainty; Rep is almost as meaningless as a rock's opinion on politics. Almost. It does show what the community thinks of you, because if somebody sees -rep on a post that they don't think belongs, they may try to correct it.
24.
And I did something similar, but I didn't get a burst beforehand and I released some heat before fighting (not all of it) both the first and the second guard, and got around 750-800k exp... Note that I had around 300-400 heat, when fighting them, while you had at least 1k...
Bursts give 2k heat. Fighting also gives heat, so the first Lore guard would add a bit to that.
25. It's not very hard to give somebody EXP. It is quite well worth noting that the Loreroot Guards give quite a bit of it as well. If this were a bug, there would be multiple users complaining about it, or it would be recurring. Really, what I think happened here is that you either went idle or just closed the browser without logging out and somebody decided to give you lots of EXP, and unless you know who this was and have proof of it, then there's nothing to do about it. As an EXAMPLE: If I remember correctly, nadrolski has over 200k VE. All it takes is the right rit on your defense, and he could give you all of that. I'm not saying he would do this, it's only an example.
