there is no reason for this, and i wouldnt ask for it, a shared tool is a better solution overall, the fusioneers is no longer around and its been shown that its no longer a necessity, so why not make the tools more public?  even alliances like the woodcutters that are dedicated to a role involving certain tools, do so with shared tools and not private ones. making shared versions is a much more elegant solution than creating recallers for the private tools. 

im all for public solidifiers, there isnt too much reason not to have them as every other tool has a shared version, if someone really wants heat stones and cant get access to a shared tool, they can come to me or blackshade as they can now, so that wont be a problem, as for the market being flooded with heatstones, there is already more supply than there is demand, there is essentially no market for them in the first place. 

@Mallos: you're being catastrophic. 
There are more than 3 re-usable revival tools, there are consumable ones and where we used to have Molquert now we have Caretakers' revival quest.
Of those 33 people, only 5-6 are still dead and most of them are inactive.

To clarify things a bit.
Death Patrols murder anyone they see in Necrovion, no distinctions.
Since I started patrolling, I murdered 33 people.
Among these, only one was caused by a Nomad bringing in someone else (Syrian using bringing on No one).

Miq these tools over the past have went from public with the Fusioneers to very personal nowadays and I do not support the shift backwards they should stay personal. But a guild would be possible with only 1 tool and all it needs is a land and some activity. The only lands I think need a guild like this are either Golemus or Necrovion.
Tags on the other hand and roles related to such items would be fine to make public.

So why did you ban Nadrolski?
The whole reason of making these "rules and procedures" were to stop random banning. Why make a statement of your rules and then go ahead and ban someone (that isn't even doing anything related to the pub) for no reason other than "cause why not"?

Make heat stones and do stuff other than kill all people (because that will somehow magically fix all the problems MD has, apparently).

Had a bit of trouble exiting Necrovion as planned on the 24th and I couldn't postpone the event for later in the night as I ended up feeling quite unwell. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you very kindly Lin, Mag, Sunny, Z!
I must come with further "bad news". I will be unable to host on the 12th of September, as I have academic matters that I must attend to and are likely to eat up my whole day. If anyone would be interested in hosting, please contact me and I'll do my best to provide materials and suggestions (maybe scripts, if necessary).

You can along with your wish to redo the guild also ask it to be relocated to a more friendly land.  
 

Due to technical difficulties Aeoshattr couldn't host the event on 24th August. In his stead Sunfire, MaGoHi, Zleiphneir and I held a storytelling event at Path of Loneliness  and and each of us told story about the Sun. Here are the stories that were told:

I actually tried to write less in hopes that people would understand it. I wasn't accusing anyone of anything, as you seem to have understood, based on the tone (and out-of-the-blue assumption). The 3 people I mentioned as active or involved:
1. No One - offers candy or candy boxes in the mood panel. I don't know what the terms are, but he's doing something about the tools that doesn't involve banning around like some mentally impaired duck.
2. Eara - organised the NC tours to give people access to NC tools and resources. Doesn't involve banning, but is related to the tools and their distribution.
3. nadrolski - ban-happy, but you can't argue that he's not doing anything. He is doing something, even if some of us find it outrageous. 
I didn't say what you should be doing or why you aren't doing anything. But @Nimrodel you clearly aren't doing anything, and you're actually in charge of 2 of the 11 total available Guardian posts. I'm not saying you should go around and ban people, but look at Eara, or if you prefer someone from your own land look at No One. There are things to do and Mur said in his first post that this should be treated as a main role.

I saw a few did this, and just in time I saw another one does it again. Maybe it's time to ask the authority.
Is *Sunfire* allowed to carry three (3) Pickaxe?
