My humble opinion is that no creatures should be untradeable.
There is already an Untradeable creature, the Morph Creature (once it Morphs) This definitely has to be made Untradeable from the sound of it, it's not like the TS.
2.
... At the top of this page there is also a box to add new premium and rare creatures to your deck by inputting a CTC. Feel free to test out the new additions and add your premium and rare creatures by using the built in CTC checker. PS. Post any additional ideas for improvement or bugs which pop up here.
!!NOOB WARNING!! In case people forget, when entering CTC's into clickables, only use the code from CTC to MDC. Do NOT copy the whole code Cutler already had it set up to accept the code in this format
3. Skie Anderson loaned me his brand new BloodPact so I could save the image (mine was in the wrong format) I sent it back in a couple minutes, then because he had been so kind I gave him 5 credits.
4.
I thought up an idea which whilst taking a while the first time you play, would then result in no spoilers. My idea is to enter CTC-MDC's of creatures you have, to unlock the card and previous levels of the creature, the MD code allows for you to determine the ID of the owner, which you can match against the person entering the game, to ensure that the player actually has those creatures, and isnt just using someone else's CTC's. You then wouldnt have an issue with anyone seeing stats of creatures they dont have, and so removes the issue of spoilers. Just takes a while when you go to start playing the first time.
I was actually wondering for a little while, amidst all the other things going on, how this was going to be kept spoiler free, and I think Grido has hit the nail right on the head with this idea. As was said, keep the basic creatures (Barren Soul, Hollow Warrior, Grasan, Grasan II, Aramor, Aramour Warrior, Elemental Egg, Elemental, and Heretic Archer) available, sort of like a "Starter Pack", but use CTC checks to "Expand the Deck". Also, to avoid people avoiding putting their CTC's in so they can get easy wins, add a counter for the number of different cards in the deck, and make it so that the counter resets back to 0:0 every 5 new cards until the deck has 30 cards, but if possible make it so that a players score is recorded and reviewable by them, perhaps in the format "O:O (## cards)", each time their score gets reset (if they played any games at that interval size). That way people who are new won't feel cheated by loosing their score, or compelled to avoid putting their CTC's in to wrack up massive Win:Loss ratio (although I suspect the computer is actually easier to beat the more diverse the cards are >.>)
5. Thankyou Ailith. I was going to ask your assistance with that once I had identified which events I would not be able to attend myself, it is good (and amusing) to hear you head me off at the pass
6. [Links to FoF3 events at the bottom] Towards the start of this year I was admitted into the Legend speakers Alliance, and shortly after I was offered and accepted the leadership. At current, there are only 4 legend speakers, of which Fyrd Argentus and I are the only active ones. I have a strong desire to see this alliance find its purpose and cement its place within the realm, however to do this I need a group of highly dedicated people able to get online for at least 2 days a week. To this end, during Ailith's "Festival of Fun III" I will be watching certain events to find candidates for the Alliance. Ailith has requested I stress that this is in no way related to her organization of the event, and that the Legend Speakers are not directly affiliated with this event at all. I will NOT be making invitations immediately, this will just get my attention and I will then do more research into whether you would be a good candidate. Anyone who has an interest in becoming a Speaker should seriously consider participating in day 80, 82, and 85's events, as well as MD-oke on day 81. I will be focusing on characters already past a hundred days, however I will be considering players of all ages and MP levels. The Legend Speakers are performers, teachers, and also hunters of tales and information. We are like the Archivists in that we track down any information we can and share most of it freely, however we are unlike them in that while they focus on facts we focus on things like Folklore and stories. If an Archivist and a Legend speaker found a previously undiscovered village, the Archivist would be interested in things like the records of the village, population, and construction methods, while the speakers would want to know about the stories they tell their children on stormy nights to get them to sleep. The Stories of the Legend speakers do not have to be true, however they must have at least one point. They must both entertain and teach; even if the audience does not see the lesson it must be there. Those are the main points that I will be looking for in a characters behavior. I wish anyone interested in becoming a Speaker the best of luck with their preparations, and above all to remember to have fun. 8. Let me know if there are any creatures you need the data on, I have the data for More than 75 creatures and that is growing weekly.
9. Chewett says:
And im taking backups of the site every month so we have copies should the worst happen.
In the topic: Calling All Archivists! If the hosts don't have a backup (which I doubt will be the case) check him
10. I intentionally didn't refers you, DarkPriestess, as you didn't really say a clear statement. Thankyou for clarifying though. Just to be aware, yes, I did know what the AL used to be like. I also joined way back during the Shade Balance, around the same time as you. But I didn't really become active until very early last year. The ability to influence the AL was one of the things I saw as the magic of MD. In the last events, I personally didn't like that the last story was being posted after events to keep people from interfering until the time was right, but that was Muratus' decision. What I meant in my last post when I mentioned that was that the events of the story had already been carried out, and that things were already set up to finish the story when Muratus was ready. I was looking forward to the changes to the AL, as it was a return to the AL I loved when I began MD. The way it was influenced might have been very different, but it was a start. And just to be clear (I thought I was) I don't want just any old story to go up. That's why I was so emphatic that that was not what the AL was, even if it was an option, and that such a thing as what I had (sarcastically) suggested should never be in the AL if it was not true to events. What you suggested at the end was what this changed seemed to be about to introduce. Sure Muratus would have had to go through piles of drivel at the start, while people treated the "Open AL" idea as a joke, but once people got used to it and some rewards started to appear I genuinely believed that people would start taking it seriously. Maybe I just have to much faith in humanity sometimes, but that's what I was hoping for...
11. I am sad to hear that news Muratus, I was looking forward to hearing the conclusion of those events. I was not happy to hear your comment, Chewett. Had you forgotten already the comments in the Newslog saying the AL would be posted well after events had occurred to avoid people interfering before it was time for them to influence events? The fact that some people aren't as around anymore doesn't change the fact that they DID things. Should we remove every reference to Khalazdad now that he is gone? Oh no, can't have the Savelites any more! Savelfuser left the game, have to remove everything he ever did to influence it! The AL is about things that have happened, it is the history of the realm, not the future, even if it does give clues and lessons. One of the things that people have been saying for a long time that they felt would revitalize the realm was the resumption of the AL. It gives clues and makes people think. It helps people shape their role and shows "Hey, I can shape this world. The things I do here MATTER." And even if the AL was what it is NOT, even if the AL was just a STORY about the players, not what they DID, how hard would it be to finish this story? Liberty has left, Lifeline is (according to you, I don't know him so can't say) farming alts to train, and you don't see Handy Pockets (even though she is on Every Day). Simple: Liberty dies in the attack that was about to happen, the shades separate Handy from Lifeline, Handy goes on to do whatever she does at the gate while Lifeline heads off to become stronger to protect his friends after letting Liberty die. It has nothing to do with what happened, and therefor doesn't belong in the AL, but it damn well completes the story and frees up the AL for the next lesson. Or did you miss the part where Muratus said he was going to start the story in a new way, a more interactive and different way? New start means new beginning. It's a damn synonym. It WOULD have been different. NOW, it won't be ANYTHING, because you didn't like the idea of what it WAS. I look forward to the massive negative rep I will almost definitely get for this, I damn well needed this rant.
12. Row 2, column 32
13. I recall in the AL plenty of mention of a Library deep inside the Drachorn Lair. Is this an actual Scene? I have yet to uncover any evidence of it, but I have fairly... limited access to such things.
14. I posted in the Mood Panel when this came up, If you press [enter] or [return] on your keyboard once you make a selection, it picks it But since Mur apparently fixed it, shall we close this topic now?
15. Looking Forward to it
16. And there is a reason for that, apophys, but it is related to Game mechanics. Have fun identifying why, but remember that game mechanics is something you are supposed to learn about by reading the battle logs, not by asking, so DON'T TELL PEOPLE HOW
17. Just so you are clear, zorrowashere, this isn't the only way to heal your creatures. If you go to your creature page, below each creature is a button you can press. The lower the creatures % of health, the more orange the bar appears. If you click that button, it gives the creature a % of your personal VE as well as takes an AP. You can increase the % that it takes from your life if you get more adepts, but it is by far simpler to just raise your personal VE so the % goes further. There are several other ways to heal your creatures, but half the fun of this game is discovering how things work If you get stuck with something like this, in the right interface panel (where your VE, AP, and VP and everything else are) there is a button marked [Live Help]. General, it is faster to use that than creating a forum topic like this ~Kyphis the Bard
18.
6 silver for number 2.
8 Silver for Box #2!
19.
Bid? I thought I was just voting. Fine, 2 Silver. I'm curious about what is in that basket. Clanking bottles always pique my interest.
I bid 4 silver for Box number 2
20. This is only in combat, but I have noticed for a long time (almost the whole time I have been playing) That if I dedicate anything above 0% to a fight and I am the attacker, if I loose all my VE is removed, even the VE I hadn't dedicated. I had assumed this was normal? (If I am the defender, only the amount taken during combat is taken, with no penalty for loosing an attack since I didn't initiate)
21.
... and infinite coin and rare items, it should help reduce hoarding.

@Kyphis:you should not set a limit to coins. Coins are gained mainly from MD Shop. And it would not be fair to limit them.
Nuff Said. (But glad to hear you like the idea, and I agree with the idea of buying additional Raw Item slots in the WP shop)
