All in all you are just telling every single TK that you dont trust them... thats incredibly poor form, i wouldnt be surprised if they arnt planning takeovers after you saying this so publicly. You are not an alliance Fang, no matter how much you want to hoard the power you are not. Have you ever heard the saying "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"? What it essentially means is that if someone breaks your trust once then its not your fault, but if they do it again it is. You apparently have trusted the TK's enough to be in the alliance, but not enough to do anything important? thats very poor... show some trust, let them actually do their job and see what happens. If someone does something bad then they will likely get punished and things can be fixed... are other spells case sensative? If they arnt that would make sense, however if they are case sensative them technically it shouldnt have cast locate when you type the wrongly cased words anyway.

[/quote] That was not my understanding at all... and having spoken to Seigheart previously he agrees. He spent time to encourage quests, also gave out wishpoints for good forum posts and other things. He worked to get a land representative that would work with the land and himself to encourage quests to be created and sponsership to be given. Perhaps its something that Seigheart or Fang didn't detail this and pass it on, but TK's are not just a reward delivery system from what i have seen them do.

Dont do it again lol, No one is stupid, people just do foolish things... All you need to remember is that the only time you should be editing your posts is if you have a very important reason to edit it, or minor misc spelling mistakes that dont change the main content of the post. To be honest this thread is kinda a confusing lost cause... If you are editing your post to add masses of information in, you are definately doing something wrong. The only time i can see is if you are editing the first post of a quest thread, and then if you do it you should bump it stating you have edited the first post. Otherwise people wont see the changes you made, then others will come along later and not be able to understand the threads as its not in order.

Which is a massive issue when the forum only presents you with "new" posts and cannot tell you that someone has replied to you way at the start of the topic...

The issue is that because you have entirely changed the post now following posts based on it makes no sense. Its hard to have a coherent discussion if everyone keeps changing posts. I was considering removing the editing ability of posters after X time period, its quite a common occurance on many forums.

editing your posts is stupid because then it completely messes up replies...

As i said, it was and still is a private ongoing discussion with various important people... The whole topic is actually based on something i am pretty sure you have misread... something which has not even reached a point of publicly asking for help... We are not looking for any coders currently lol
