1. apparently fixed. can someone test this on a person who has idled and logged out?
 2. Saving the creature ID's means that murry can look to see where creatures go if they mysteriously disappear, that's why the feature was implemented way back when
 3. creatures don't just disappear. i trust it would be too much to see if you saved all your creature ID's using the textbox at the bottom as it suggests for security?
 4. Normally the inner page will update the outer and change the size of the page respectively, a good example is the creature page that is noticibly too small until the creatures load and it gets bigger As with all bugs, reload, clear cache, wait a bit and see if it works If its still like it, it's possibly a browser issue
 5. I was considering having someone deal with these issues and the forum section day to day runnings. If someone is interested in running the forum as sieg did (as fenrir) please send me a pm Since the clc are running trials would it not be better to hand issues over to them and such? Punishment can be dealt with them and a method to warn people against bad traders can be upheld and devised by the person who runs the forum

 7. please remember to check all pinned threads before posting in forums - http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/3212-ongoing-bugs/
 8.
What are infraction points?
each user have a warning level whereby they are warned officially via moderators. If you haven't been warned then you have 0 points. When you reach a higher level you are likely to face punishment such as being banned for a period of time, or having the posts moderated for a period of time. if someone wishs to inquire about their warning level, they can ask a moderator.
 9.
Sounds good enough... I suppose its a bi product of seigheart's Leash thread. Though I dont see any harm in values being higher than the ones mentioned. So for instance, If a person forgets to mention increase in the value of stored heat in a crit by chance, I think he shouldnt be banned for it >>
i can't really think of a situation where someone would be displeased if a creature had more heat, but that's why i think that he said that they should mention that it might change, just so that everyone is happy in case they have some plan whereby they only want X heat.
 10. As a note, Seigheart did initially reply to this, but his reply was deleted due to multiple swearwords. i hope he shall reply later. As for Fang, Say what you want lol, too many times a bad con has attempted to be covered up, iv given up caring if people were attempting to "con someone for the greater good" You run the risk is it being uncovered early. Im sure you wanted to help, and do a good deed/fun/whatever but i dislike people conning others, its just against my morals. As for your request to "ask you first" no, its morally wrong to try and conn someone into buying something that it isn't, you can't reason it one way or another. As i said, what respect i had for you is now gone, and seeing your reasons, im even more sure of that. Just because someone wronged you, does not mean you should wrong them. Its petty.
 11.
Okay, found my source: From announcement 2203: "Each of these items have 200 uses after which the item is returned to the slave, who can do with it as they want." Not sure if that means it recharges, but if so, using the leash effectively gives Seig something to sell.
yes, if it resets to the owner it will return with 0 uses, so Seigheart will get it back with 200 possible uses again... i wonder why fang purposely posted a screenshot showing 170 uses then spent used all the uses up... its just wrong...
 12.
If that last use is used, Seigheart gets the leash back, right?
do they return to their owner? i was unsure what happened when they are depleted.
 13.
I am rather confused with the findings of both Chewett and Fire's.
My image is the item as it currently stands FS is the item Fang is claiming to sell, note the time is the same as the first post, he is merely highlighting the uses that Fang is claiming to be selling the item as.
 14. And for this action, you lost the last of any respect i had for you. People are bidding for 1 use of the item. Then it will either be entirely useless or reset. Don't buy it, it's a con. I hope you are happy with yourself Fang.
 15. And if you are running vista+ you will likely have to open notepad as an admin. If your system breaks its entirely Miq's fault and he will pay for all damages also doing that removes all the benefits MD gets from CF... which is SEO and caching of static reasources... really you _should_ use Cloudflare to help MagicDuel

 18.
yes i'm having issues with CloudFare, and from what i've seen (on the mood panel and on chat) many people is having issues. 1. The CloudFare system seems to be not working correctly, it "marks" the MD server as unavailable when it is not the case.. 2. When i'm editing a legit mdscript i sometimes have to type challenge words.. because CloudFare flags my submit as a attacker?! 3. One of the CloudFare annouced "features" is : speed you site.. LOL i just wonder how by adding a (non cached) layer will Ever speed a one server site!? maybe i'm too old school..or maybe i just don't like when some work is done and things get worst for the players.. anyway.. please close this.
Read how Cloudflare works, it does cache the site... css and images can easily be cached, not to mention the static main page plus any other pages that can be cached...
 19.
I explained all of that to him Chew. In chat
yet you left incorrect and worrying information on the forum when you knew others would likely see the error and be worried by your scaremongering... its just... bad...
 20.
So MD thinks I have a virus on my computer but my antivirus doesn't? That's a new one...
Your computer is fine
Most of the people with viruses on their pcs have an antivirus software. Don't sleep by that side Just request access.
true, but thats not what cloudflare is doing, read the actual page BFH... Something in his papers triggered the alert and to cloudflare it looks like a bot... the only way that cloudflare could know/think you have a virus on your computer was that if it was sending out data to a cloudflare network that looked like virus data. AKA exactly whats its saying, it thinks your forum submission is a virus sending back data or attacking MagicDuel
 21. yeah it seems resolved now... no clue what it was, cloudflare was doing some funky stuff
 22. forum is on a completely different server not managed by murry, forum breaks, its forums fault
 23. odd... its giving me tons of cloudflare "this page is down" errors, which appear annnoyingly in alertboxes as it attempts to load chat... yrth confirmed it for me that its loading slowly... PS: and if you didn't realise my posts above were multiple, but forum helpfully merges them lol
 24. Works very slowly until a repeated attack of:
<magicduel.com> Error: SyntaxError Err description: undefined Err number: undefined Err message: at index 0: expected expression, got '<' Ajax response: <!DOCTYPE HTML> <html lang="en-US"> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <title>Website is currently unreachable</title> <link rel="stylesheet" media="screen" href="/cdn-cgi/cache-err/error.css" /> <script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/nexp/v=1/obcheck.min.js"></script> </head> <body> <table width="100%" height="100%" cellpadding="30"> <tr> <td align="center" valign="center"> <img src="/cdn-cgi/cache-err/exclamation.png" /> <h1>This website is offline</h1> <p>No cached version is available</p> <table align="center" width="800"> <tr> <td colspan="3"> <h2>What's wrong?</h2> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <h3>The most likely causes:</h3> <ul> <li>The server is down for maintenance</li> <li>There may be a network problem</li> <li>The site may be experiencing excessive load</li> </ul> </td> <td width="4%"> </td> <td align="center" valign="middle"> <div id="bigCallsToAction"> <span class="bigCallsToAction-item"> <a href="#" onclick="removeOB_CF542();window.location.reload();return false;" class="callToAction callToAction-big">Retry for a live version of the site<span></span></a> </span> </div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="3"> <h2>What's CloudFlare?</h2> <p>This website uses CloudFlare in order to help keep it online when the server is down by serving cached copies of pages when they are unavailable.
