  1. well in situation like that, solution is simple we wipe the account out if does such ugly things to us. It is possible indeed, that they do this then spread their wealth to others, destabilizing the realm, but thats possible anyhow in many ways, i don't think "fixing" this by preventing such use of credits is a reasonable price to pay for things that might happen just very very rare. In entire md history we where forced to deal with such situations only twice if i remember right, thats better than anything else i heard of
  2. the skills have a huge tolerance, they can be fine even 10 times more. The shop has much more items now than initially, some of them are pointless to lock the others as you don;t need them all at once. Other items offer to little advantage over what you can get anyhow really easy.. rustgold is too easy to get indeed, i move it a bit deeper i think everything should have a upper usability limit, for example, it matters if you have 1 heat slot or 4, but its same thing if you have 10 or 20 i think. Same for cartography, it matters , untill you have enough and they the higher numbers matter only to pass ap locked areas, but not for general gameplay. keep sharing your thoughts, i will adjust things as needed ..if needed. If my decision to change the shop as i did is too bad, it can be fixed back and you can consider this as a limited time shop promotion

  4. not too soon, as i have other plans for now, but yes this could happen in the future. I am not sure in what for this will happen, but i shall see when i will work on it. I'll think of a way, maybe a separate page..the sidebar is too narrow for fancy stuff like this...although is much wider now and it could work..i shall see thanks for the suggestion

I would like some feedback on some things i want to add or change in the shop, to know if they are ok to be added to the shop, how deep, how many, etc. Please understand that my account is messed up with all sort of tests and changes and i might not accurately know what some items do or how they really influence you , thats why i need your feedback on this. stock changes are already in effect (id9) Bronze Avatar - removed for now, the interface no longer supports this (id20) Raw energy - loads 1500 heat, i want to change this to 1 heat stone (id21) Overcharged energy - gives 2500 heat, changed stock from 10 to 50, planning to make it give 4400 heat (max the erolin can hold active at one time right now), or load all heat orbs. (id30) Mechanical Movement Aid - change stock from 4 to 20 , planning to increase ap boost from 50 to 500 (id33) Goblet of energy - change stock from 2 to 5 additional heat slots (id25) Sack of Gold (gives value points) - change to give more vp but also 1 silver. (id24) Map Activity Overview - not sure what it does now after flash change, but i am thinking to make it show the online playerlist that is now scrolling under the map (id48) Map location of online players - does this work? (id54 - mp2) Mass Heal Creatures - heals 16 crits now - i plan to make it heal 40 (id53 - mp2) Illusion points - increased from 10 to 20 (id36) Sacred Goblet of Energy - gives heat slots, increased stock from 2 to 6 (id91) +50% AP Boost - increased stoc from 12 to 20 (id95) Token Removal Gel - increased stock from 20 to 50 (id8) Great Concoction of True Self - increased stock from 8 to 16 (id1) Vitality Elixir I - increased stock from 4 to 16 (id31) Gold Bottle of Learning - increasess skills by 3 permanent , stoc increased from 1 to 20 (id32) Bottle of Alchemic Gold - gives 800 max vitality pernament, increased stoc from 1 to 10 Regeneration Ritual of Youth , Regeneration Ritual of Vengeance - regenerates 8/16 crits and gives a modest boost, i want to make this percentage boost not fixed, for example instead of 60 attack, to give you plus 60% attack, its temporary aftrall increase tokens stock - changed to 20 I want to put enchanted stones in shop, i am waiting for suggestions, what would be ok (not to powerful but not to little) to have in shop? An other things i am planning to change, is the number of shop items you can see at one time. Right now the "slots" where designed to match 1 stoc items more, but over the years i added more and more items with multiple stoc, so i will increase the shop slots of items you can pick from , by at least 1 slot. (opinions?) Let me know what you think thanks

  8. gifting to mp3 accounts no, its abusable due to alts, or at least thats what i think now. Having such thing "for later use" sounds really good, i will try to remember it for when i will work some more on the shop. For now i wish to go on with other things first, maybe the shop later. There are shop items in the features section that no longer make sense, and those have priority. The shop holds items prepared many years ago, and while the shop is our only financial survival way (except what i put in constantly), its updated very rarely. I don't want to focus too much on the shop, otherwise i risk making too many paid features. Since they are all priced the same, you should consider some of them as a donation better I will try to fix many things as much as i can, but there are so many, md is so big...

  11. yw. ability to disable heat orb animation might come in later, but i am not sure. In a way, i want them to be like that, to require a minimum skill to catch and use, but i am not very happy about their resource cost, so i might allow orbs animation to stop because of that, depends how much work it involves to keep two erolin device types updated.
  12. setting chat font size is now an option in settings, default as you see it now is 10, but i saw it look ok with values of 11 or 12, larger size if needed are also supported but not sure if they will fit so nice for long messages in chat hope it helps

Please be sure you press ctrl+f5 a couple of times later today so you clear the old files and load the new ones The acxess to restricted areas will be fixed , a25 team is still fixing scenes all across the realm. I will send them correct keys for all the wp enabled locations later today, after that they may need a bit to correct or set access where needed. Working with flash things is harder and harder, and i have to digg up old notes and decompile confusing code to extract such info. If somehow it happens that we will end up not implementing things you paid credits or wishpoints to access, i will give back those wp or credits, it just takes some time to get all things done
  16. By decreasing the value of coins through increasing their number comes as a direct result of a single thing: i want to give coins as part of shop payments. By giving only one coin to the first/smallest amount paid in the shop it means i must give two+bonus coins to double amount paid, and so on. By giving 1 silver for the lowest payment option, you end up with several coins for those that use the highest payment amount option, and even more for those using subscription as they get a significant bonus. Its a chain reaction caused by a single change, to give coins along with credit purchase. I used lowest possible numbers starting at 1 coin. Without this coins seemed more of a achievement than a monetary value, and i didn't feel it was right. The other trading commodities are for barter, not for pay, and inflation is a very real thing, but deflation is too and its equally bad by blocking smaller market actions. I cant give a random gold coin to someone for helping me out when testing, if that coin is toooo valuable..and i cant use other resources instead because i am not getting resources in a fair way i just get them when experimenting with tools so i dont know of their real value, coin is a more accurate measure

  20. @Syrian i think the empty space around the playerlist makes it look as if its broken, especially if you start looking at it by thinking its disjointed. With just 10 online players it looks much better, but with 1, it looks bad indeed. I can't replace that space with something else, what i could do is to add more traces of long gone but in that scene corpses (this might alter gameplay), or add a button to size the central window to one of the 5 or six layouts it uses depending on resolution (but that might make it much harder to arrange things based on resolution) Now that i explained it has nothing to do with page being "anchored", does it make more sense, or you still find it horrible? MD used to have fixed shape so many years, now it looks different based on resolution... i see how this might confuse people
