1. There's a difference between the game and its people <3 Bye.
2. Don't forget heat voting which, if the trend of revival through it holds true, will lower the possible cases where 20 gold is an acceptable payment by far.
3. What Lightsage is saying has little to do with items. He is saying that once Eon has 400k, he will destroy all available heads and then sit at a hill while nobody can get enough score to challenge him because nobody's trying.

*Lightsage*: But just not going to put in much effort. *Lightsage*: It's not fun or anything, unfortunatly. Lone Wolf - Is this what you call a BHC? 4 participants.. hardly. And with that, BHC has become just as pointless as HC at MP5.
5. Probably someone who sees this "challenge" as a bigger disrespect to quest makers who actually put effort and planning into their events and quests. Just a guess.
6. Age and experience do not matter. I may be open to creature trading, depending on what you're after. PM me or post here, whichever suits you.
7. It's not about whether or not you'll be punished, because you are the authority. I assumed you'd be the first to realize this, but apparently you're not. The Council's only going to step in if you do something incredibly stupid, or they're feeling incredibly nit-picky. Using the fact that they have not stepped in yet is no excuse for your actions. If you're going to enforce a rule, you'd better be sure that people know about it before you do, and it seems to me you just threw your rules together sloppily and called it a day. Leaving rules open to interpretation is unacceptable, if the consequence is disqualification. I stand by my statement that ignnus did not break any rules, because your rules have so many obvious logical loopholes.
8. There are consequences to using your responsibility in this fashion too, Eon. Ignnus clearly did not plan to stay in the Fields of Fear, so even if you were waiting there for him, you might not have attacked him before he left. Shadowseeker's screenshot corroborates this, as it is not a screenshot of ignnus actually in the Fields of Fear, but one of him having left the Fields of Fear. Furthermore, your rules do not specifically warn that being present in a location will result in disqualification, it only states that the battle between BHC competitors will not take place in those locations, which it clearly did not:
In this BHC fighters will battle all throughout the realm, excluding locations like path keeper, Fields of Fear, Inside the GG mountain, and any other area that isn't normally accessible.
A non-native English speaker might not understand your implied meaning, because it can be interpreted in different ways. Finally, another competitor could have potentially attacked him, if for example, SS took Lone Wolf's leash into the Fields of Fear and used it to bring him there. Though, the rule only states that players must be able to attack you, not just other competitors, so SS himself could have attacked ignnus, making the Fields of Fear a legal place to be.
9. 3 silver for the flowers. 2 gold for the sand.
10.
No, but it's like Skilldamage. People complain all the time about how Eon uses his Skilldamage to hurt people's stats. But others come back and say, he earned it. Let him use it.
It is not like skilldamage. Skilldamage can be counteracted if you put a little effort in, whereas if you sat there ghosted, people trying to take heads from you would need to wait for it to run out and hope that they could attack before you cast it again. I will also remind you that ghost is not available during HC. Should it be available there too? Or just BHC, because that's the only one exploitable to you?
11. If that were implemented, what's to stop someone from just grabbing the candy box with their alt and getting 50 from it, Falronn? It's a stretch to say that's alt abuse, and it wouldn't even have to be alts, I'm sure there are plenty of people who would be willing to hold 50 candy if they were paid, for example.
12.
Nope, but it prevents them from using their abilities. I just wanted to point out the biased nature of your "contest".
Yoshi won the first BHC because he couldn't be attacked, guess what happened in the next one? Mur decided to make all BHC competitors able to attack each other. Was that biased against Yoshi, or other MP3s? This is the same thing, Eon is simply reacting to events that he witnessed before they take place within BHC, rather than after they're used to win. As for limited casts, Seig, you have an item that grants ghost, do you not? I don't know how many uses it's got, but it would certainly give an edge over other competitors who only had the WPShop spell to work with. How would you call that fair?
13. What of the Tribunal, GG, Necrovion and the Labyrinth? All are accessible to everybody, but have high AP costs.
14.
That "deal", that was made now, is the same deal that I was prepared to negotiate on the very start, but it seems that the problem was the Pip's expectation for someone to run around his tail and manifest the will to please him.
You offered it to me, I said I would consider it. Then you asked me whether I had loyalty to Marind Bell, and I said quite honestly that I did not. I still do not. You asked how I planned to make a deal without loyalty to Marind Bell, so I quite reasonably assumed you had no more intention of negotiating. The only thing from that conversation that was intended as offensive was "Enjoy your two 20 seat alliances, one of which is a guild", the rest were answers to your questions and nothing more. That was on the 27th of April, after which I heard relatively little until after I posted the forum status regarding the Shrine on 3rd of May. The deal was reached 7th of May, then you contacted me. *All dates based on my time zone. Edit: Doesn't matter now, anyways.
15. Quite frankly, I have no clue, as what they told me contradicts what they said in Ann. 2221, but I believe they meant for these new rules to contain something regarding it.
16. Rhaegar has every right to be angry, that's not why I mentioned him. What has happened between us personally has no bearing on what I've said about him. My words mean exactly what they say, and that is this: Rhaegar has not helped the negotiations at all, and has, in fact, hampered them. I get no enjoyment from stating this, and I had hoped to gloss over it by writing it in such a way that it lead into something more positive, but I'll be selfish before I'm as petty as you'd like to think I am. I've been on both sides of the forum witch-hunt and I am not about to take a run at somebody just because I think it'll be funny.
17.
maybe because he steals alliances, laughs at the people, and then makes them beg for it back? Then acts all high and mighty like he did them a favor for taking the alliance
Has anyone begged? I am certain that nobody from Marind Bell did. From CoE, all I wanted was a good solution, same thing I wanted from KoB. What did I get instead? Accusations, hatred, threats, etc. I expect anger, yes, but I also expect cooperation, and I admire the people of Marind Bell so much more because they gave it. Also, it has been said to me, by Marind Bell citizens, that taking KoB was actually a good thing for it. It's not my business to say who, as people can be judgmental about such things and there are enough arguments already. So, bring on the flood of disagreements then, let's have a good old fashioned flame war in a topic that's meant to be happy, just because someone doesn't like me.
18. I read what Lib said, though. The quote was from an email they sent to me after I reported just such a thing.
19.
Currently storing creatures is not an abuse, but we do thank you for reporting this to us, and we will be watching them closely, if you see any of these creatures being sold or traded, then please do warn us. Thank you MD Council
The Council seems to think otherwise.

21. Emerald Arcanix and I have worked out a deal regarding the return of the Knights of the Bell, wherein I will remain in the alliance offering my assistance where I can. I would ask that any concerned parties regarding this action speak with me by tomorrow, as I will be inviting Clock back into the alliance then. I would like to, at this time, note that Rhaegar has been less than facilitating in these negotiations and were it not for the willingness to cooperate, in spite of the situation, that I have seen and heard from all other Marind Bell citizens, especially Emerald, this deal would likely not have happened at all. I congratulate Marind Bell in its capacity to deal with this, and hope for a better future.
22. Legally, MagicDuel owns your drawings, so they have no right to comply with a request for their removal. If this seems unfair to you, then you should have read the contract you entered when you submitted your artwork. Unless the Council or Mur decides to do something totally unprecedented by removing all of your drawings from the game (the issue of removing avatars has been dealt with before in case you're curious, see Ann. 1453, two credits were given for each one removed) because you asked. Demanding your avatars be removed is something like demanding sex on the first date, you messed up in regards to the community. Nonetheless, I will be making some inquiries and doing some small tasks to attempt to assist you. No promises.
23. Mur asked for this to be posted while he was giving the rewards to those that were not in the top 10 in the Dominion Journey.
24. I doubt I'm correct but I s'pose it's best to be sure: You don't happen to have clickables in the Tribunal? Or is it for sure a bug?
25. ATTN Marind Bell citizens: I will return KoB if Angien's Shrine is re-opened to the public. Ball's in your court.
