Due to poor planning* my cake collapsed when removed from the baking dish. Aside from that it went pretty well. Photos soon.

The cake consists of, from bottom to top:
A 100% Vegan chocolate cake (hahaha, it may seem pointeless considering the other segments of cake, but it is seriously the most delicious thing I have ever tasted)
Homemade Honeycomb (softcrack)
Blackforest Cheesecake
Homemade Jam (mixed berries, mostly raspberry)
Cherries, to write out "9"
Cherry Sauce thickened to be a Jelly Glaze.
 
To accompany, my wife also made a 6 layer jelly (she actually made quite a few, one dish for everyone and the giant one to be hacked apart with the cake)
 
Between the five of us we consumed all but the last pieces in 30 minutes :P
 
Poor planning: I was using the pan my wife uses for cakes, instead of the dish that I normally use. I neglected to plan for getting the cake out of the dish after assembly, as my dish does not have any issues no matter the cake size. My wife just laughed at me when my mistake was realized. It was still delicious though.

I have two GC left, I'll trade both of them for 35 silver.
edit: or you can give me the Traveller's Sandals that MoC stole from me :D

I suppose you're right. I just don't feel like just because we have alcohol, sex, and death we should add theft and drugs. Honestly, I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I have nothing against adding ways to steal or have a black market. It would be pretty neat, but there might be a line somewhere that we shouldn't cross. Maybe just keep things light-hearted, I don't know...

Well, i have good news for the fighters out there that want a bit more stats and don't like waiting

After much discussion, planning, etc etc, We, the secret organization known only as l'Ombra Famiglia, have decided to open up what i call The Stat Shop.

We will be collecting creatures to age and sell, purely for the goal of saccing said crits.

This months chosen creature is the Remains. Each Remains will be sold with 6 age so that it may be trained and sacced immediately after trading and leveling, which, shouldn't take an experienced fighter more than an hour tops, and that's assuming they're only attacking me for said hour.

As things stand, we will be selling each bundle of Remains once a week, so every 7 days, we will sell 41 Remains to those that decide to buy.

You can buy in bundle, or buy separately, it matters not

Remains sell for the following. As you can see, buying in bulk saves you coin.

2 Silver for 10

3 Silver for 20

4 Silver for 40

We will only be aging each chosen creature to double the age needed to get it to its second level.

Above i have also included a poll to see what other creatures you might like to see aged and sold next month. We will only be aging and selling common creatures.

We will not, however, be selling Angiens, and that's sheerly out of respect to my land, its people, and their wishes.

Edit2: Someone asked what the coin will be used for. As i can not explain a good 95% of what it will be used for, being secret projects and all, i will explain the one thing i can. Every month, one lucky MP3/4/5 will have an avatar bought for them, by me, as a small gift back to the Community that fuels this Stat Shop so. The only requirement, is that the lucky chosen must have no avatar to begin with. The choosing may or may not be random, and this reward of 1 free bought avy may also be used as a quest reward. When i say buy, i mean pay the artist to draw it. Once Drawn/in the Avatar Shop, it is your responsibility to obtain it.

I like the fact that although they only promised the top 3 would be granted (they did that), they decided to do a lot more. This combines both listening to the community and giving out rewards based upon whatever the council had as criteria.

It's nothing we should come to expect, but it is a really nice touch. While I think we are doing very nice on the quest front currently and council/other people in admin positions are trying to hold events to bring activity to MD, we should strive to make more things happen- also in the simple direction. I might decide to add things like smaller riddles, crossword puzzles etc on a seperate page again, with small reward, if time permits in a month. And I hope to see others do so too.

I play a ton of league of legends, it's what I spend most of my time doing, by far. Which is... kind of depressing, I guess. If anyone wants to play with me, I'd be happy to add them. My main is lucidflash, even though I play on EU and have an NA smurf.

Back in middle school, all we did was play go, but I'm a bit rusty. As for console games, I'm a huge fan of Shooters/RPGs and a mixture thereof. Bioshock, the mass effect trilogy, even games like Dead Space and Dishonored appeal to me. I have a Wii, 360, and Ps3, and I tend to play a variety of genres, but mostly shooters.

My friends all enjoy tabletop. Our local hobby shop always has something going, whether it be Settlers of Catan or Heroclix. While I haven't played much of it lately, I've collected and played Magic: The Gathering for over 8 years.

Also, I live with someone that DMs quite frequently, so I tend to get roped into his campaigns for D&D. Basically I play everything. >>
