I'm a Golemian at heart, and as long as Alyon will continue to support my Adventure, im a Fraternity member as well regardless of whether I'm alive or dead.
If Pip is an Easterner at heart, I consider him a valid candidate for the role of Tribunal King under any circumstances.
What we are physically has it's limits. What we are internally is limitless.

On the one hand, taking combat away for 2 days/month forces people do do something else, even if that is nothing at all. It makes people try to find another activity. If there was something captivating enough happening in MD, players might focus towards it in those 2 days. This already exists deep within the wish-shop. I'd dare say too deep, but that's not for me to decide. Lore-wise, if my memory serves me right, DoT was meant to be dedicated to realm-wide Night, which never happened. Again, it's been a long time so take it with a pinch of salt or correct me. So it serves a purpose in lore, mechanics and gameplay direction.
TL;DR: it's 2 days / month, the benefit of removing it (for grinders) doesn't outweigh  the potential game-wide benefits for everyone else if something productive is done with it.

Today i come to you with a simple question. If you had to use any combination of the known principles to create a revival process, how and where would you do it?

All participants will be given some sort of reward for their participation, but age as well as reasoning and level of work put in will all be factored in when assigning rewards.

For any and all new/young participants who lack one we will be rewarding an Angien for your hard work and dedication.

If you already have an Angien or do not want one, you can pick between an Unholy Pope, a Tormented Soul, or Silver.
 
Thats all without sponsorship of any kind. If sponsors do appear we will update the rewards accordingly. This quest has no end date of any kind, so ponder at will.

When you are ready to submit your answer however, please find either Pipstickz or Mallos and pick a location to conduct your ceremony at, then RP it there.

That is why I voted "yes" because it is useful "sometimes" and that "sometimes"  is very useful.
There are numerous complaints along the years about unfairness toward the little ones and how they can't chat because they are bullied (attacked on sight).
Well ... that (little ppl smack down) is still a valid reason even if most of us got immune to attacks.
So, comparing the constraint of 1-2 DoT per month vs the tranquility provided by the immunity ... I'd say that disbanding the DoT should not even be put under discussion.

Sooooooooo? I fail to see your point as Majority of the MD kingships were handme downs with support from a certain percentage of citizens... you never seemed to have had any issues with those? Just this one because you want to claim kingship out of the blue? Also you fail to take into account the part 'certain population of citizens of the east do recognise him as king'. Jeez Pip. Make your claim stronger. If you want to fight for the Kingship, lay out a concrete plan, explain each and every citizen what you want to do with the land once you become the king, get their support and vote and Work your way politically. Sunfire is atleast trying. All you seem to be doing at the moment is create a propaganda as to why he should not be king where you should be talking about why YOU SHOULD BE king. What you have posted in the forum sounds like a bunch of BS and that would never give you my support. At the moment, all you sound like is a bunch of empty threats and empty claims, like a bag of lays. 10% chips. 90% Gas.

A certain population of citizens of the east do recognise him as king. And it was a hand me down from the previous king. Whom a lot of people recognised as king as well. I think that's enough magic for me. Piggyback or not.

If I'm not mistaken, there used to be a few kings and citizens of somelands that would charge to use pass papers. So if pass papers for a land are only able to be grabbed by a citizen of that land or the king/queen and even now the tool guardians then they would have paid to go through the land using pass papers. But if a none citizen enters without the papers then certain scenes would need to have a payment to advance. 
I think it would also be slightly unfair if a king were to make every scene have a payment. But I like the idea as said above with the scene before the shared tools being locked and one has to pay something you can harvest with one of these tools. 
 

Sure, if implemented a certain way, things like you suggest could possibly happen. If implemented another way, they won't.
Aside from that, Kings have in the past been given authority to affect AP cost on their gates (Ann. 1949, 1950) and the AP cost of all scenes in the Tribunal were raised under similar but separate authority (Ann, 1884)
So, while this isn't exactly your extreme example, it comes close and it's already happened historically.

Or ... do block access to main roads which lead to shared items and ask for items produced by those shared items. That would be fun. I can't wait to ask for a polished diamond for you to enter LotE

And ... if I am not mistaken, this sounds like closing up some parts of MD when I proposed smth dynamic just to bring ppl closer Mur said that he would not close parts of MD. Anyway, if he has smth to say ... he'll say it.

If this is not sarcasm or a joke then you just have a poor character, all this effort and time is wasted on you and you should feel bad.

If you remember, I have sent some Christmas Cards in 2017 as well. Anyone could have gotten one if they asked for and provided an address where to ship it.
Nava asked for one as well. I said sure and put them on the list. I sent the card together with the rest. And surprise surprise! The card returned because "Invalid address".
Really? And I mean REALLY? It's not about money or time. It's a simple thing called Common Sense. I don't know what they tried to achieve. I have sent cards to people I disliked in the game in the past and everything went well. But NEVER have I gotten a card back because of issues with address.
So as much as I hate to say this, I will start being more picky with people I will send cards from now on. It seems that some have not a single shred of common sense in them.

There is a wiki for them to read about it if they want to learn. There is a free market to buy if you want to use /own some. Or they can ask themselves if they need it.
If I don't know Chinese, do you think that it would be fair for me to I ask them all to change their writings to English so that I can understand ? No. I'll have to learn Chinese myself.
In other words ... let them work themselves, let them learn at their own pace, tell them only when asked. DON'T DUMP EVERYTHING ON THEM or they'll lose all interest in finding themselves about MD.
