So you think you have found a bug, awesome! lets get that reported and our engineers can look into fixing it for you. What do I need to do to report a bug? To fix a bug we need a concise description of what the bug is and why you think it is a bug. Sometimes its obvious (such as something looking wrong) but other times the bug might not be clear to us. If you notice a bug taking a screenshot (or multiple) can help us understand the issue so feel free to upload as many screenshots as you can. Sometimes a bug might disappear a second time to make sure you take a screenshot as soon as you notice something odd! The full details of what we would like you to report Here is a rough form detailing what information we would like in your report. You can use this as a template for your bug, feel free to copy it and modify it! But I'm not sure I can provide all that information! If you don't know all this information, leave it blank, we might not need it but if so we might ask you some more information, Sorry about that! Is the bug abusable? If you think the bug might be abusable (ways to get coins for free or something) then you should contact myself directly with the bug. Do not post it on the forum! But I'm not sure its a bug If you are not sure there is a bug, feel free to ask around first, it might be a secret feature! However if multiple people are not sure it might be easier to post it up and ask. Searching the How Do I forum also might answer your question! Any other questions? Ah I understand what you mean now, that value is not fixed and stored in the log?

Thank you for your replies as this greatly helps us resolve these issues. That would be ideal please, this forum should only be for issues relating to the new interface. Surely reloading any page clears the "error" as you are no longer on the page? Ah I believed that you would have taken an image of the bug, my mistake. I'm not sure what you mean here, can you clarify? I appreciate that, so you don't remember where on the interface the error was?

When you say "post battle amount", do you mean the gain/loss from the battle? Current after the battle or current before the battle? Ah so you are saying it shows the value after the battle, and over time that value will change but the log will not? So you think it should be changed in some way?

Are you saying you are currently using firefox and that is the issue you have observed Please post the screenshot you have taken of the bug Is there a problem this has caused, what do you need from us to resolve this issue? Has this stopped you redeeming the rewards or is this stopping you giving our wishpoints? Which menu is the "WP Menu", can you clarify please as there are a few that come to mind Could you highlight where this message is on the interface please

If you want to help out with GWI please speak to Mur. He is improving it now and this project is officially paused/stopped. Sorry for everyone's time they spent on it.

@Muratus del Mur This sounds like a bug (or at least a big change) and it would be good if you could investigate/fix it.

Sorry is there a bug here? Could you clarify what you mean as I'm not entirely sure what issue you are describing.

Try viewing the avatar shop now please. Please note, if you do not properly save your avatar to your vault before buying a new one I will end up spending a chunk of time trying to find these again. Don't buy avatars if you don't think you have properly saved your current one. Ask if you need help doing it or getting one back.

Thanks for reporting this, I did investigate it and found that our MySQL server was updated last night in line with best practices. Sorry for the interruption but we need to take things down now and then for updates! As a note: A restart of the MySQL server will "log people out" and therefore MD will suddenly be deserted!

I know of a potential fix, but I need to find exactly the right place to put it and the combat code is pretty damn complex. I might try it at the weekend (or break combat entirely).

Its a known that it is possible to create a race condition where heads will either disappear from both combatants, or be doubled up with both "winning" them. In the past we have had 50k heads become "doubled" drastically changing the heads contest.
