1. How many times are people jailed with 100% irrefutable proof? Looking back at the case with the drach lair, we don't even know which of the people sent there left and which stayed inside, all we have is their word. People were punished anyways. In any case, dst, you used No one to store some items and then sold them off, taking the profit for yourself. You may have No one's permission and all, but how many people are allowed to do such things? Just trying to say; you have a special privilege, perhaps you should use it with a little grace.
2. Read this for more information.
3. Yaaaaay for Handy!!!
4. Then in the least there should be a line of text explaining that not all players listed are active, for simple clarity.
5. Well if they won't even release someone when they should be released, what does that tell you about how they'll do things in the future? It takes all of five seconds to cast a spell, does it not? Not to mention that the council consists of more than one person, so at least one of them should be able to do this while they're busy planning their stuff or whatever. In any case, I've said what I think and if they want to punish me for it, Chewett, then that's their choice, but it would be one made in quite poor taste, in my opinion. PS: Thanks for changing the title, Chew
6. The Online Users list on the login page isn't showing the right people. For example, right now it says "Users online right now: 72 (44 idle):", but it lists many idle people (including Pipstickz, who I idled a while ago), instead of the active people, as I assume it's supposed to (and also used to do). I counted the people in the list and there was 72 at that time. I've been seeing idle people on the list for a while now, but I wasn't sure if they had recently become active or what, until I saw me on there.

[2010-11-29 00:04:03 - Stage 10]
Manda: GG Drach will be confiscated due to this being the second offence relating to this matter. Will have 2 weeks in Jail.
Two weeks from Nov. 29 was Dec. 13, that was five days ago; and judging from his mood panel posts, he's still in jail. Am I missing something?
8. The AP requirement was changed because the King of the Tribunal chose to make it so. You can go in if you want to, but I doubt there'll be much for you to see when you get there. And just so you know, leaving doesn't take as much as going in.
9. Out of curiosity, (let's pretend that they had separate roles n' stuff >>) Pipstickz is a citizen of Necrovion, could MRPip rebel against GG? Or could they both be rebels in different lands? The announcement wasn't so clear about such details, and I know; better safe than sorry stuff, just wondering.
10. Mine in green Not perfectly drawn, but you get the point.
11. It could be put in the right side bar, or there could be an option to not have it if it was put elsewhere.
12. There's more than a couple axes in real life.
13. Unless you've got a slow computer/internet connection, and opening the daily progress can take...a while X.x

15. Cancelled Square means one, unbroken, etc. I split it up into many small parts. For closing, I'd have to agree with Rendril's answer, but I suck at circles in Paint.

17. Happy birthday ...I'm watching you...
18. There is no principle that is more significant than the others, as I understand it. They are all interconnected, yet separate. Sorry if I'm being cryptic, hard to explain ideas in my head sometimes X.x
19.
Rebels cannot get excommunicated but need to obey land official rules
The item "<land> Scepter of Excommunication" tosses a citizen in jail, while the item "<land> Writ of Revocation" removes citizenship. The ability to remove citizenship may be intentional, or it may not; that is why Jester posted it in the bugs section. It can be undone if it is unintentional.
20. Firs, this isn't about punishing people, this is about fixing the mistakes they have made. That's what they are; mistakes. If anyone wants to get angry with these people for making mistakes, then what does it say about them? Besides, Mur was one person doing everything. Now there's the council, and they can do the work of at least a couple Murs.
21. Update: I am now a member of the Necrovion Sentinels and will be asking Jester's permission for this as soon as possible. To be clear, I will be going back to the Seal of Six, but right now I have other business. I hope this does not affect my application. Update on the update; Got Jester's permission, he's cool with it.
22.
I dont like: - too much random picking - too much dissapointment if you are unlucky. if you keep spending and you dont win anything month after month you will be very upset - creates the feeling md is only for those thay pay - people will pay just when tombola runs so they get tickets, otherwise why to miss it when credits can wait anyway.
As a non-paying player (try saying that ten times fast X.x), I have no problem with you rewarding those who support MD through Tombola, because if I had the means, I'd also be buying credits, even if Tombola wasn't running. To resolve your third point, you could have a small chance of winning from free credits could be added To resolve the fourth, you could make credits bought outside of tombola count as tickets To resolve the first (and the second, a little), you could make previous winners less likely to win (or unable), as this gives people who haven't won better chances As for the second, there's really no way to get rid of that as long as it's random; if you don't win the lottery do you quit RL? Just sayin'. As for your options, I would prefer either option 1 or 2, because 3 is just more expensive MDShop with slightly better things, and Tombola should be "Oh, wow!" not "Oh, neat". In my opinion anyways.
23. Pipstickz, 789 active days, Tribunal (Seal of Six), Supporter tag I believe you should pick me because: A) I am already a citizen of the Tribunal B) I check the forums every day, multiple times per day C) I have a few standing grudges, but I have no problem paying people what they're owed D) I'm a vet and well known by the community E) To be quite frank, Ailith isn't active any more, and I'd enjoy having something to do rather than waiting for something that may not happen Mur: selected
24.
Exchanging WishPoints between you. WP should be rewarded only for good reasons.
"Good reasons" really depends on who's deciding. Personally I feel that yrthilian's reasons aren't always satisfactory, but it's up to the community as a whole, or if they decide to step in; the council.
You can have multiple accounts, to try out story, to experince new ways of play etc ..., however if you are detected that you are using them just to help one of your main accounts , all of them including the main will get banned.
I've never seen Nimisha or the Libs out and about and actually playing the game, so using them to bypass the WP limit seems to be infringing upon this rule. Of course, I rarely see yrth himself out and about, so I'm not sure. Anyone seen them?
You are free to do anything in the game that is tehnicaly allowed. If you consider that you discovered some sort of exploit or a bug, report it to a moderator.
It is not technically allowed for yrth to give a WP to the same person twice without giving 25 to others first, yet he's done it using alts. As a note on the two WPs he awarded himself (to make items for Inno's player PL, I believe); When Alyon used three accounts to make three different items for his main, how happy was the community? The differences with this case are: A) Yrth awarded himself a WP, meaning he didn't put in the effort of solving the broken pattern puzzle. B) Yrth gave the items away (as far as I know) C) Yrth didn't have to collect raw materials (again, as far as I know) D) Yrth made the items himself rather than going through Udgard (though this point isn't that relevant to the event at hand, because Udgard can't make gems n' stuff) If I've missed something, please point it out
Any repeated complain from multiple unique users will get some kind of unwanted action on you, try not to offend people, or to cause a mess in general
So, it's up to us (unless the Council steps in). What do you all think?
