I think Fang being invited to Fusioneers had a lot to do with driving people to cause the chaos.

If Falronn went away in step 1 and then you bring him back in step 2 he's likely to go away again, and you probably went too because you brought him back, which is what happened in step 4.

Last night lots of chaotic things happened changing the leadership structure of the Fusioneers. Here's a basic rundown of what happened in chronological order: Fang and Falronn are no longer members of Fusioneers Achshan reinvites Falronn back into Fusioneers, Falronn accepts While Falronn is a fusioneer for a short amount of time he sends an invite to Panthea Ackshan and Falronn are no longer members of Fusioneers Panthea accepts the invitation to Fusioneers Panthea sends and invitation to Ivorak without conferring with Change or mysel I cancel Panthea's invitation I pray heat to *Syrian* and surpass Panthea's heat I kick Panthea because she invited Ivorak without conferring with Change or myself (many fusioneers have been invited without warning, but after the events Fusioneers was in a sort of emergency state) With that said, I am going to confer with Change about what to do with her new ally ASAP and get our act together. We are probably not going to recruit any new members until everything is sorted out.

May the new leader of the Fusioneers have a nice first day off and lead the Alliance to prosperity and greatness.

I remember reading something MD related about "possibly giving non combat allies more stats, but then fighters would just join those allies for the stats". Perhaps ally memebrs may freely attack people in fighting-oriented allies (GotR, GG, KoB, NC?) and honor system would be used to attack resource guilds and other noncombat allies (Woodcutters, Dowsers, Fusioneers)

If the wild creatures are implemented at mp3 it might be wise to implement them at mp4, but less of them. There aren't always mp4 around to fight either, and joining an ally isn't something a fresh mp4 would usually want to or be able to do.

That's just a universal term for player.

Ackshan, that is probably working as intended. If you trade a creature with 1250/1250 and it is sent back to being at a level with 750 max vitality then it will keep the 1250 vit and have 1250/750 vit.
