Umm, you read my post wrong. 1 gold and 3,000 lyrics was bid on the Santa. 1 gold straight up was bid for one of the BPs. If you reject the Santa bid, I would offer 2 gold plus 1 silver for two BP's. Tell us what tokens they have, and I might go higher.

Right, the fact that SOMEBODY has a favorite color red is not a game fact. There must be a linkage to be considered a game fact. MUR is the person who's favorite color is red. Or, the person whose favorite color is red also grows tomatos. Similarly the fact that Asterdai is a player, is not considered a game fact in this variant of the rules (could be different other episodes).

For the BP I offer 1 gold coin. For the Santa, I offer 1 gold coin plus 3,000 words of poetry/lyrics/prose written on subjects of your choice. (Quality upheld only by my reputation - Santa to be delivered upon receipt of the initially requested works, though you may reserve some word counts for a later time. The output is then yours to use as you please.)

Okay, here's the deal on PM's. Nobody has any way to prove that they were read or not. So, sending a lone PM to try to force a trade is a very dicey proposition. The recipient might read it and pretend that they have not. Of course, they could not legally use that fact then, and could be called to the mat for cheating if they used it without "logging" a way they legally got it. My advice on PM's - only use them when you can tell somebody IN CHAT that they have a PM coming from you [u]right now[/u]. Then they are binding and can't be ignored. You can also PM somebody with a request to negotiate a voluntary trade, or meet at a certain spot etc.

The following ideas might be true, but there is no evidence that they are. They are presented for your amusement - reader beware. Please add your own to this growing list. 1. There are only six real players in this game, and two are on vacation. 6. This entire realm is actually an experimental project of the University of Romania's Psychology Department. 7. Understanding of the rules is carefully monitored. When average comprehension reaches a certain index level, the rules are changed. 8. See your ID number? There really are that many people who have joined MD prior to you, and they almost all are getting updates on your mistakes and screw-ups. Only those who remain active in the game do NOT get these updates. 9. Mur is really Elvis. 10. The game is NOT run out of Romainia, it is run by space aliens studying earth culture. 11. The game is actually an attempt by islamic extremeists to undermine western productivity by drawing off the creative thinkers from the western work force. 12. You're missing all the really good stuff - the party keeps shifting away from wherever it is you are logged on. 13. Some of the existing wishes are a lot more lame/wasteful/temporary than this one. Zeroing your xp is already a wish, and given the debate over Febuary and company, it ought to be more contentious than this. Boosting your VE is another even more ridiculous one... Eternal balance would change my game play, let me offer other public rituals etc., let me be more at ease at public gatherings away from sanctuaries, and burning a wish point vs. finding 650 victories is at least worth considering. Moving from 750 to 650 has been a lot of work, and I've had to do it twice now. [Edit note: I did understand Shadow's points below. I am PRO this idea, and am countering the idea that this would be a waste of a wp - it is definitly better than existing ones I discuss. Sorry if I did not make this clear.]

These auras should be capped at 20% just like lifestealers. I enter battle with 6 creatures on zero slider and they are all dead before the tokens stop scrolling. Ridiculous.

Now I'm really getting confused. Is the bp archer still available? If yes..... Bid 10 credits for #1) pimped grasan with all the tokens plus the bloodpact (and anything else you want to throw in). If not, 5 credits for #1 pimp plus whatever.

I still think you should give 1 free "kill" to the score so that simply carrying the torch unopposed would score. Suddenly all the mp3's in Marind's Bell would become an important force, and MB would stand a chance. I think the chance to "see the world" should NOT be denied to new players. Removing a privledge would simply push new players further away and hurt the cause of growing MD.

Very soon the player list will be closed. At that point I will finalize people's 6th fact -- what secret desire each of you can fullfil. Remove all gender information from the clues. Use "their", "his/her", "the player" etc. People might even want to slip in some wrong-gender pronouns as misleading red herrings, and that would be okay. You can gather information any way you want but if somebody GIVES you a clue you did not have, you are obligated to give them back a clue that they did not have. This is the forced trade mentioned above in the rules, limit one per hour per player combo. 4. The winner is the first person to post on this forum that they can have their desire fullfilled by forcing [name] to [help you how] by [threating them with what leverage]. [/quote] Please understand, I was fighting february back when I was an mp3 200 days ago. I am pushing MP6 now, and have lost to him as MP5. This is a player who knows what he is doing, and apparently is proud of it. The issue is why certain players want to stay in tutorial mode (MP3), and what that does to the real beginners. Beginners are a dwindling resource for MagicDuel and the game is threatened with collapse unless we draw in more players, instead of driving them away.

All tasks span 4 places. 1. You must see the vision in the fountian at top of the hour (repeats on a 12-hour cycle). 2. You must find the place the vision shows. 11/12 of the time no password is needed. You must show up at that place within an hour, and do the thing required at the vision place to get the location of the riddle, and the simple password to access it. If successful, you are also told the place of the treasure. 3. You put the simple password in at the place of the riddle to get the riddle. You solve the riddle per the notes in MDA study room. 4. You put the riddle solution in the place where the treasure is.

They did not before the change either.

Inactive is a technical term given by the system when they have not logged on for 5 days. When the system designates them as inactive, they do not count towards the 30 needed to make MP6. So I have 35 adepts, but only 20 that are "active" and count towards the requirement for MP6. Actually, which ones of the 35 are active does vary from week to week a bit.
