I believe they still belong to MD, though artists can request them to be removed from MD... So if the avatar went to the shop after the inactivity, when the artist returns, he can ask for that avatar to be removed from the game completely. It's complicated because there isn't any legal contract we sign. (Not sure if I clicked I Agree to Terms and Conditions when registered... I forget things like these) If there is a legal contract that clearly states avatar ownership when uploaded or a note somewhere that says: When you upload an avatar, it becomes ownership of MD, then MD owns it and it can do whatever it wishes with the avatar. I believe this to be the case. It's 4 am and I'm not making any sense... I'll probably have to edit this post tomorrow to clarify it a bit. x.x

Also, for some strange reason, his count of chickens on the same ship. This led us to the conclusion we're on a collision course with pirate chickens... See, I was a part of two or three groups which where like this, and they all got disbanded after a while, because one person or the other made a big deal on the forums out of it... And I found that the best way to have a training group is training right in the middle of the MDP... There are ways to keep a rit for any kind of training up at all times. Sure, people will attack you, but I don't think you have to fear skill damage any more, with the priest aura, and other things. Just don't leave yourself idle when you don't have to be and everything will be fine.

You can have an avatar in your vault before unlocking the feature, but sadly you can't use it. In order to use an avatar, you need to unlock the feature in the Extra Features branch of the MD shop...

I was meaning to upload some of the avatars I draw with an alt to get some credits on it. I just wanted to check if it was ok. I checked the announcements and the only one that addresses this issue says that artists should upload avatars because of copy issues and the like and transferring avatars between alts being restricted. Thank you in advance.
