I am looking to purchase the use of a Wishpoint for the creation of an Item. If you have a spare WP I can use, I would like to essentially buy it by having you create an item for me. If this is not allowed, please let me know, and close the topic, otherwise, please keep your flames, and what not to yourself. Only those who wish to offer the use of their WP, please contact me.

Well, the idea is that, if you join the K Doc, you must submit your own piece of information. You can't just mooch off of it. Right? So... instead of it being completely free, which people will take advantage of it, I decided that people should earn the right to view it. AKA, the K Doc. From what I know, K Docs are hardly ever used anymore, so I wanted a way to get it started up again. For instance, I have had over 20 people as me for my resource map. I declined pretty much all of them because they offered nothing in return. (I never wanted items, or creatures or anything tangible) I was hoping they would trade information. And Awiiya was the first and only to do so. Wait, aren't K Docs locked? O.o

Now, I got a message from Lost Soul with an ITC from Princess Katt's account. He wants me to pay his main account Lone Wolf, but I am unsure whether this is allowed or not. I have no problems with this, but at risk of being accused of circumventing the Item Transfer Abuse Law, I wanted this clarified. Is this allowed? Should I pay Princess Katt, or should I pay Lone Wolf? From what I understand, the memory stones were given to her to hold to seperate them, but I don't know if this is a legit excuse or not.
