I use what ever I want to use. I am not taking this to trial. Why? Because I don't care. I am not fighting for a punishment. I am not a vindictive person dst. Sorry, but that's your job. The use of the spells are not restricted in any way. Just because you're an "LHO", if you wanna call yourself that, doesn't mean anything. You are absolutely no different from any other player DST.

The item was used for a personal, vindictive reason. It's like yrth getting a penalty point for forcing Eon to join GG, and then punishing him.... He did it once, and then got it trouble. Somethings shouldn't be abused, LHO tools are one. King tools are another.

If she used the spell to silence me, what ever. But she used an item to be used against people for extreme cases. Mur explained he will be adding "filler" wishpoints soon. So, the more powerful wishes, like the ones you mentioned, will still be hard to get.

Just to clarify, because that wasn't exactly clear... If you use 4 WPs in the WP Shop, and 2 to create items, does that mean you will unlock the Sixth level of the WP shop?

From what I remember, Item transfer between alts is okay. And there was a precedent for this as well with MRAlyon. He had created a bunch with his alts and then gave them to his Main.

Why did these submissions require a WP each? Isn't that a bit much?

If there is an issue with this, I would be glad to take it up with the council or Mur. I earned that wishpoint, I spent it on a wish, and I did someone else a favor. It's like saying I can't sell a BW Joker for the joker's price instead of the aramors price... Sounds silly to say no I cant.

Windys are the strongest creature in the game. A more powerful version of the GG Drach. And I believe they get boosted as well.

Willow's Shop in big letters, and underneath it says "~~ Weapons ~~". The Weapons part is the subtitle. I agree that she should be punished, but that is not your decision to suggest a punishment dst. You're not a noob either. You are not the judge, the jury, or the executioner. Just the ever watchful eye. It says right in the WP description that you can't use Playernames. How she could make that mistake, I have no idea... Edit: Yes, I just remembered Jester's, and then Awiiya's scenes but I think those are ACTUAL scene titles and not subtitles...

If this isn't allowed, then I wouldn't have done it. But as far as I know, it's perfectly allowed. No rules are broken, and I REALLY doubt the value of Windys will decrease JUST because I sold a single upgrade. Thats ridiculous. You may not like it, but I did it.

I agree, but at the same time, I disagree. None of the WPs in the WP Shop that can be aquired within the first three points are anything that can be abused to the point where a new rule, or addition to game mechanics needs to be made because of them. The only thing that could be "abused" would be the spells in the later parts of the Shop. The B/W Joker isn't going to make anyone over powered, and they aren't exactly worth much. The GG Drach > Windy WP isn't accessible to REALLY late in the shop. This achievement will only lower the value of WPs, but at the same time, this is MAGIC DUEL. WPs shouldnt be these incredibly hard things to aquire unless you're friends with the right people. Players should have SOME basic spells to play around with. It's the point of the game, right?
