Considering he's the Demon king of the East, and the TK ally is also of the East, pretty sure he does, by extension...

He is also the creator of the game, so he can do what ever he wants.

But he has no direct influence on the alliance. He is an absentee leader if anything. He might poke and prod once in awhile, but he never interferes.
