1. Here is the first of the memorials. I have a long list of people to do, and when I'm done I'll compile them all and put them in game. More information on that to follow. Please fact check, spell check, grammar check, or just tell me what you think. Thank you Awi -------------------- Deetn During the early periods of Magic Duel, when all the land fought each other and there were no training fights or dojos, one warrior struggled to become the strongest, the best, and for a time he succeeded. Deetn was this man, one of the first truly great warriors to master rituals and creatures. Whenever a new creature was discovered in the land, Deetn was always the first to train this creature to the next level, and the first to master its techniques. Dedicated and unfaltering, he trained until his mind was weathered and fit for battle, and became the first and only mp8. In this period when there were no restrictions on fighting, and anybody could attack anybody, many tried their strength against Deetn, attacking his defensive rituals over and over again. He was legendary for rarely ever loosing a battle, and when he did it was only later in his life when he fell from glory. The sword of all warriors grows dull, and in time Deetn too began to stop fighting and stare into space more and more, talking to nobody. Adding to this inactivity, Deetn suffered from the win-disease, which was where the strong warriors had far too many wins than losses, and as a result could not fight others without loosing honor, but also could not give away wins to others because it was not in their nature to give away fights. As a result, they stagnated, unable to attack anybody else. In time, Deetn faded, and one day disappeared altogether. There are various myths in circulation, but his current location and situation are unknown.
2. A public document in a K group cannot be opened. When you click the link for it, nothing happens. This should be resolved asap, because currently it makes K documents rather useless, except for the private sharing of information. Thanks Awi
3. I do my best, but it's VERY difficult to keep up on all of the events and nuances of the alliances and of MD as a whole. And so, I plan on asking for some help from the alliances. I'm going to ask them in person, but I would like at least one person from each alliance to be constantly supplying me with information about their alliance. This would take considerable pressure off of me. The person who is to be appointed should be one of the most active members of the alliance, and can be the alliance leader them self. In any case, the public result of this will be my K document. Every time I receive updates from the alliance, I will refresh my K document, and so it will be a constantly updating list of each alliance's activities. I am also hoping to create a central place where the dogma's, purposes, and other necessary information about treaties will be available to the public. Not sure what form that will take yet, so stay tuned. And for all those curious, the memorial is progressing. The first is done, and will be posted on the forum for review later today. That's all. Awi
4. Two elemental parts, to the whole The man first identifies both. On ancient lore, a forgotten scroll Of the tales of fluttering wings of moths, Against the fate of poison grim Given from the tip of the alder's whip. The second a softly sung hymn, To ease the death and sail the ship To a land of health held pure The man stood up, poetry without lying, Successfully avoiding the lure Of death, and nevermore is dying. On all three protection numerologies. Awi

Alliance List

I will post when I change the list. And hopefully I will be getting this list in my K document, with information about the alliances soon. By soon I mean within the month. A long time, but it's a lot of work. Peace is now the leader of Necrovion, and Marvolo is second. Awi
6. Not to mention that Mur himself uses his hate page for Public Decisions, and not things he hates. Awi
7. No problem, drop a line when you need an interpretation of dst. Seems I've become her Public Representative lately. Not that she can't do it herself, it's just that she's cool enough to not need to say anything. Awi
8. I believe it is Simplyzero's hold over the Dimensional Shifters that will come to an end, not time. Awi
9. I haven't gone completely insane, it was sarcasm. Awi
10. It is a nice story, but why is there "world of warcraft power leveling" links scattered throughout it? Awi
11. Beloved, by Toni Morrison. Good book, I recommend it. Awi
12. Kriskah, if the webcam picture and the forum picture he has up are anything to go by, then I would say Fenrir is male and not Rachel Kremer. This is more proof that what he has done is NOT his. Awi
13. There will always be a Bunny statue in my heart, MB. Awi
14.
Why? Cause I know I can do it anytime and I know how to do it and because I am starting to get bored.
Awi
15. Oh, I like the idea of getting bronze, but I think it might push the game TOO much towards a currency. There is a reason why heat is not being used as currency, it is far too easy to get. And as for the value of silver and gold, I myself will never accept silver OR gold for anything I have to sell. The instability of it is too great. Who is to stop everyone from deciding that it is useless, and then I will be stuck with useless silver. Awi
16. The purpose of the Ancients list is not to tell why they were GREAT, per say, but to say why they are worth remembering. A RL example, Hitler is widely regarded as one of the most evil people, and yet he is also remembered by many, and perhaps should be remembered, so as to not repeat his mistakes. This is a similar case. Whether or not Big C was a nice or fair person, he made an impact on the game, and should be remembered for that. Awi
17. It is known as the Labyrinth, and can be found just beyond the MDA gates to the left. I wish you luck. Awi
18. Yes, there is an interior. It was the place for a meeting about factions not long ago, in fact. Awi
19.
Why do you like creating chaos and mess? At the beginning simply because I was able to. Now because I am able to and it's fun
Awi
20. Actraiser Wodin (To be fair, he should have an obituary separate from Big C) Aqune *Perrobotillo* Ady (?) Awi

22. I cannot speak for the archivists before I joined, however if you were to ask me about something, I would do my best to provide you with the information. I believe any member of the archivists would do the same. Awi
23. Hardy ha. But seriously, our doors are open, and if someone ever needs information on a topic, just ask. We won't research for you, but we will provide the files for you to search through. And of course, the information is always accessible. Awi
24. Legend Speakers are not as active as Archivists, and they have less members (No offense to Yami, Keith, Xin, and any other Legend Speakers out there). Furthermore, it is OUR duty to archive information and keep it alive for the MD community as a whole. If the Legend Speakers would like to use our information and tell the story of said veterans, then so be it. However, I think it should be the duty of the archivists to archive information of this sort. And we have 9 members, at least 4 of which are ready to work. Awi
25. That would be the point, actually, Fenrir. It allows people to buy MD Shop items without actually paying for credits. That's not to say that MD doesn't get money. Whatever you buy from the MD Shop is payed for when a player buys silver, and then is cashed in when the person gives the silver back. So it works like this: You buy one silver coin for 1 credit. You can take that silver and get 1 credit back. Has your balance changed? No. There is no way for you to buy silver, then turn it back in, and somehow gain 1 dollar. A problem I foresee: abuse with multiple accounts, and I mean this seriously. That's not to say that it isn't already done... but if you have 10 alts, you could gain 2 credits a day (10 days for 2 credits via free credits x 10=20 credits in 10 days=2 credits a day). So, you would need to make giving silver difficult. Perhaps an age requirement of 100 days to give silver at all, or some honor or AP cost, or you can't do it all the time, or something similar to that. Awi
