Yes, some of the things I found in CotS's PL are kind of disturbing... For instance, being called a "Loser"? Like WTF. As far as being a Traitor, Child is no such thing. From what I have heard, he was TOLD by Pip to join the CoE. And to hand over the alliance to him. He, from the very beginning, had no intention on being loyal to the CoE.

It was not the council apparently, but someone who has access to an account that can send anonymous messages. I got another letter from said person, but was asked not to post the letter as it contains some information to which they do not want others knowing. They claimed it wasn't an official warning, and claimed it to be due to their lack of knowledge of the English language. It certainly seems like it was supposed to be viewed as an official warning...

But that means that if I continue silencing him, that I WOULD be punished. I just want a clarification on this. If I am going to be jailed for silencing, even if the announcements say I wont be, I want to know why. If not jailed, what other punishment could I recieve?

I think he is trying to point out the "flaw" in the logic. If you can't gain skills when you're capped, why should you be able to lose them? The answer is simple; because you can lose heat.

Hmm. I like this idea. How ever, if caught with them, what happens? Does the person suffer stat damage? Or something to that effect? Smoking a Nightshade blunt could add positive effects to say combat, or ap counter. But if you get caught with it on you, you can suffer maybe perm stat loss? Incredibly interesting idea with an entire plethora of ideas to go with it.
