lost spell

I used two opennecro spell stones today to increase the casts of the spell. I had some left. (can't remember how much) Now the spell is no longer in my spell book. I'm fairly sure the casts I had left were less than 6 months old. I tried refreshing, log out and back in, but that didn't work.
  3. Yes Yrthilian I considered he was told not to. I just wondered why he didn't reply to my message asking about it. Edit: thank you Grido, I posted this before I saw your reply
  4.
But it is also expect that she will not bring in someone into the land that is a know hostile
I have stated repeatedly, in public and to you Yrth and Grido in private, that I personally have no hostile intentions towards Golemus what so ever. Also you yrth told me you requested the council to unban me (unless I misunderstood your pm to me) Grido told me he would unban me on new years day if I was still in jail by then. As of this moment I am still jailed. Now we know the council takes it's time with what they do that's fine. But Grido didn't even reply to my question why he didn't make good on his word. Aside from any issues about use or misuse of power. Is this diplomacy? Is this the integrity of a Golemus land leader?
  5. I was under the impression that my pm to Grido implied the possibility of open communication about this. apparently I was wrong.
  6.
While as Maebius pointed diplomacy is a nice method to resolve things, your PM or prior questionning was both not- thus leading to a massive fist slamming onto the table.
Please explain this sentence to me, because I don't understand it. Are you saying my asking the fusioneers leader for an invite and my pm to grido was not diplomatic?
If as you said you respect us enough to expect us to ask you, why did you not ask us first?
As I said in a previous post. I felt that with the lack of official leadership in GG asking the guild leader was enough. In addition to that I sent a pm to Grido explaining my intentions. Neither him nor you later voiced any objections to me being in that guild. Furthermore the reason for banning me as stated by your retired king was that no Necrovian is allowed in Golemus. I was without a homeland when I asked for an invitation. And the duration of this banning is apparently undetermined.
  7.
That would mean we are afraid of people walking or recruiting, Pip. It is not xenophobic to reject someone who joins solely for his own benefits.
My problem is not with being rejected as a GG citizen, but getting banned for it. It's been four days now since I have been jailed. And for what? Any one of you supposed Golemus land leaders could have come to me and told me to leave. Or asked the Fusioneers leader to expel me from her guild.
  8.
I know I said might, because I could not be sure- you agreed with me. You could have prevented this however by simply asking yrthilian first, or did you do that and he reneged? In the discussion there was another interesting point brought up: If you bring diplomacy and asking as a method up, you PMed Grido, but never stated intent to back off if asked. The PM itself also only states intent to get land loyalty. The way it was worded, it was to declare intent, not to ask permission, which you seemed to take for granted. If you had asked and gotten permission first, it probably would not have happened. While personally I do not care too much about this, apparently the other GG people do feel it warrant a jail period.
I told Kiley I would leave the guild the moment she asked me to, or when otherwise I needed to leave for whatever reason. As stated in my messages to Grido, land loyalty was part of it yes. Admittedly I should have worded my intentions more clearly. If I had asked Yrthilian if I could join a GG guild for a while, his answer would clearly be no. Considering his reactions to anything Necrovian. Furthermore, he resigned and therefore I felt asking the guild leader would be enough.
  9.
And Maebius, in this case Azull himself said it: He did it to gain some land loyalty. Which, clearly being unwanted (I assume he'd realize himself earlier, but no later than after I pointed out yrthilian might jail him), would lead to expulsion. Obviously diplomacy would have been a better way to decide it, but it was not chosen, nor was the outcome clear- if Azull decided to take the risk of getting jailed, why would he leave the alliance which could only be forced from Kiley otherwise, who himself allowed him in?
As I said, land loyalty was only part of the reason. I never intended to stay long enough (+40 days) for it to make any real difference. I would have left if any Golemus official would have asked me to. Again, SS, aside from your warning that I might get jailed there was no communication with any GG official except that which was started by myself. On the day I joined I sent a PM to Grido explaining my intentions. There were no official complaints or summons for me to leave the guild.
Yes Maeb, but I'm talking about the ability to make someone a citizen without inviting him or her to an alliance. I've noticed several people with Necrovion citizenship around, who could have only gotten it after Jester's "downfall".
Necrovian citizenship, as such, was never removed. Only those in alliances that got disbanded lost their citizenship. However, for a short time after Jester's "downfall" I had the ability to grant NC citizenship (the Royal Signet ring) I used it only on a few who had lost their citizenship due to the loss of alliances before all king items were taken.
  10.
what chew told is correct

The land holds the power, not Yrthilian as person. Yrth just does the stuff. Just wanted to make that clear, Yrth didn't decide how to deal with that on his own, and never wanted to because he doesn't take the decisions alone anymore.
With reference to the above and the aforementioned lack of communication towards me from GG land leaders, I formally ask to be released from this unjust ban that has been put upon me.
  11.
necrovion shouldn't have any position in GG and only for get GG land loyalty points!!!
Gaining GG land loyalty was a consideration of course, but by no means the main or only reason I asked to join a GG guild for a while. For 7 days nobody of GG except SS said anything about it. And then only to warn me Yrthilian might jail me if he learns of it.
aswell as imho these tools were given to highly respected players who wouldn't use the tools as a toy and only as "they" seem right for their views of their land.
Perhaps, but Yrthilan could have just asked me to leave and I would have, without the need for something like this. I told him this in private after he jailed me. His reply however was that I would not be released. This seems a bit excessive to me, since Yrthilian has no problems with GG citizens using illusions to gain land loyalty from other lands.
  12.
So, do you think a legislator armorer or how to call it, role, is needed?
Perhaps I'm getting ahead of things here, but I have been thinking about the concept of "collaborative fighting" for some time now. I believe each land should have at least one "expert" in the use of legislator items. So I propose not one but four, one from each main land.
  13. Happy B-day Pip
  14.
Any of the citizens could have spotted that announcement and talk to their leaders about it, none probably did, so its not just the kings here. Kings were not supposed to be "one man shows". However, together with the authority they take also the responsability so i blame who i can so to speak...the leaders.
I did speak to my king about this repeatedly. He however kept telling me he did not have this spell yet. This goes for a number of other things as well. Things I would have liked to have done but that needed the consent of my king. I'm not complaining here and this is not about Eon. I just want to point out that some of us did try to do things. But I for one get tired of trying when being told no repeatedly or when nobody want's to join in.
  15.
This from Eon: "I was watching the fight logs constantly. I never lost to the "dead army", I beat it. Unless a highlighted fight log now means that I lost the fight.
I don't get a fight log when using the dead army so I can't verify. I thought I won, wishful thinking on my part I guess.
  16.
Its just being reversed by viscosity, as the announcement said. If the Viscosity was positive, you would lose heat. Negative viscosity on your homeland causes you to lose heat there as well.
Idk. maybe I just don't get it. It just seems odd to me.
  17. Yeah, I forgot about that one Pip Maybe a mod can merge these posts.
  18. Not sure if this is actually a bug or if it's supposed to be like this. I did some walking around on Halloween. The average heat I collected in different locations seems contrary to what the announcement says. (I am a citizen of Necrovion) Marind Bell [heat raise] Heat raised by 72, influenced by viscosity (-80) and land (outland x1.00) Golemus Golemicarum [heat raise] Heat raised by 80, influenced by viscosity (-80) and land (outland x0.00) Established Housings [heat raise] Heat raised by 56, influenced by viscosity (-80) and land (outland x3.00) Loreroot [heat raise] Heat raised by 72, influenced by viscosity (-80) and land (outland x1.00) Necrovion [heat raise] Heat raised by 37, influenced by viscosity (-80), land (home x1.00) and briskness (437)
Ann. 1914 - [2011-07-11 04:54:15 - Stage 10] Heat based on land works in reversed way than till now. You will gain heat on home territory and lose when outside your land...in general. This can also be reversed back based on location viscosity. Briskness will count only on moving on your own homeland. You will see exact details on each move, below the chat, in the notifications area. This has also some subtle concept implications to why and when heat increases in relation to your surroundings and actions, (I let those for each of you to figure out).
19. I second Z. on this one. Thanks
  20. Okay, maybe it doesn't really fit with the others, but I couldn't resist.

    Tipu vs. Grasan
That.. was a -complete- waste of time. It also makes me wonder if you are any older than say. 10.
And yet you spent more time on it. Tipu, you know I won't argue with you about taste. But you always make me laugh somehow btw. how is evil Bob?
  22. There are still loyal Necrovians left. And yes, some of us are still official citizens even . That we are not seen to take any action, doesn't mean we aren't. I dare say it's the Necrovian way to move in shadows. (or should be at least) For now we have no desire to publicly document what has happened or what we are doing.
