If I am not mistaken (I might since my memory is not so good) Savelfuser stopped playing and nobody continued his quest (not to mention that he gave different answers to the same question which delayed the players in reaching the finish).

I don't want to be mean but this is the second "big" quest LR announced and the second that so far seems like it failed (ok...it didn't even started but it was announced a looong time ago and even by now nothing happened. Not to mention the recruitment: you did it once, the you did it the second time, topic opened, topic closed...that doesn't look too good). And in case you were wondering the first one was the Medusa Amulet Quest.

I haven't seen any players with the Darkside alliance logo which makes me think of 2 things: either the members are long gone (stopped playing) either they are well hidden (ready to appear when time will come or whatever). I am inclined to choose the first option (sustained by the fact that you get the errors which means something is not right in there). And there is no point in reviving it since it was used for tests (this assuming again first option is the correct one). Nowadays to start an alliance requires lots and lots of hard work (look at CoE and the pirates alliance -which is not even now a full alliance with logo and everything). To summarize: let it go for the moment. Consider it as a left over from long gone tests.

You checked that in the Wind Sanctuary in Marind's Bell right? (in the alliance's thingy inside the sanctuary). That is an old, inactive alliance (it has no members and it hasn't been used in more than one year- the time I started playing). It was created when alliances were first tested. I don't know for which reason it stayed there although it should have ben removed.

So...all this eventually turned into a forum war. Sad. The game offers so many options and you choose to fight* on the forum. I am disappointed. *i wrote fight but i was not thinking of actual battles if you get what i'm trying to say...

I cannot help you Z but I can only (maybe) try to make you feel better: sorting clods are full of bugs . So you are not the only one who has issues with them. That's why I stopped using them after 3 weeks of testing..

After seeing your posts and thinking a bit I came to this conclusion: When I started the game it was a combat based game. That's what really attracted me. If it will change to a RP (and it seems it will) then players like me who like to fight will have no place in this world. In this case there is no reason for me to stick around. It seems a reset will have no effect on me so...bring on the reset! MD is a great game too bad it is full of subjectivity and one day this will turn against it (if things don't change). If you don't have good connections or if you disagree with the "chosen ones" then you will remain a mere player. Again...bring on the reset!

To be perfectly honest I don't know what I will do in case of a reset. Most probably I would quit cause I invested too much time and effort in this account to see it taken away and I don't know if I have the strength to start over again. Someone said (I think you Burns) that we'll carry the knowledge. Indeed but unfortunately the day has only 24 hours... You need time and this is what frightens me the most. So I voted: Hell no! Are you crazy?

Burns, martirism IS about damaging yourself. And you WANT to do that from time to time.

Let's be honest: 80% of HC winners did it with help of others and occasionally bugs( remember the offline attack?). What happened this time? Someone (one or several) "big" complained? Remember Renavoid won while he was not supposed to? (RPC were able to compete but were not allowed to win). And this is just one example. When "small" people complained nobody took them serious. I am starting to get sick of this thing. You STATE that it's an unfair game but then YOU complain that is unfair? Isn't that a bit hypocritical? I say it's a LOT. Anyhow...HC starts to stink. Big time. Glad I am done with it.

Can we all know NOW how MRV and Lightsage cheated last month? Cause I don't know but I have the feeling that they did what others have done since I first won MD. Why the mystery behind that? If you want a "fair" contest then be honest. Don't hide behind things like: few know and Mur knows and bla bla bla bla.

I don't think the amount of time was one of the factors. I could not estimate how long it took me. Also it was not relevant since there were people like me who just did a few clicks then did something else and then returned to the clicks bla bla bla bla.

Another dumb question from my side: why do we need to vote? It's not like Raven's title will be granted based on our vote. If Mur wants it we cannot say no and if he doesn't all we can do is rant about it (and from previous experiences ranting doesn't work ). From my point of view this discussion is a waste of time and space. If Loreroot chooses Raven as "king" the others will have to deal with it. If not then others cannot force Loreroot to choose him as king (get my point?). btw: king sounds sooo..tyrannic... btw2: what's an archon? I already said it sound like the name of a vegetable but as far as I remember Raven was a carrot not an artichoke. Or...going back to roots? Or even better: evolving from a carrot to a superior vegetable? ^^ btw3: btw2 was just an innocent joke

I agree with you Arrow that is not necessary to celebrate your closure to death but it seems people need reasons to party... Le: did I say HB to Ailith? (hope I did...)
