Idea: Use the treasury link that already exists in MD: http://magicduel.com/pages/info.treasury.php Make a form and let players request their sponsorship, submit their quest plans, etc, through it. Support Ticket style managed by TKs or whatever That way you Mur have records, council have records, an automatic email can be sent to the tk's email, everyone have access, problem of accessibility solved, no excuses to be given out.

I totally agree with the fact that one should be contacted by ingame or official games manners. [PM's (serves as record), Forum PM's (also), MD official email (official things)] I think that if someone wants to be sponsored, he/she should have the opportunity to contact TK by any of the previously mentioned ways, not only one. ~B

So could be an option to have an options where players pick to email them the game's announcements? Or a new type of announcements spetially for that. That way the issue could be solved, but then again needs to be an option picked by the palyer. Since it could range a bit into the spam category.
