As far as abiding by this disorganized approach, I refuse. I am not going to stop gathering resources as they become available while nothing meaningful is being done to address the underlying issue. None of these restrictions will stop Ledah from doing what he is doing. Until there is an actual solution in place, I will continue harvesting resources whenever I am able.

To clarify as someone pinged me asking whether the grace period exists:

The grace period is 1 week so that those who don't read the post can have some leeway. If after a week you still don't know, that's probably on you.

The grace period does not apply to those who have read the post and continue to deplete, regardless of @Ledah claiming he didn't read it.

I think they might be new. The herb basket I got from the evo store has this feature (and I just confirmed by harvesting from a location with less 0.5 resources and it remained at 0.5 resources).
