1.
Exchanging WishPoints between you. WP should be rewarded only for good reasons.
"Good reasons" really depends on who's deciding. Personally I feel that yrthilian's reasons aren't always satisfactory, but it's up to the community as a whole, or if they decide to step in; the council.
You can have multiple accounts, to try out story, to experince new ways of play etc ..., however if you are detected that you are using them just to help one of your main accounts , all of them including the main will get banned.
I've never seen Nimisha or the Libs out and about and actually playing the game, so using them to bypass the WP limit seems to be infringing upon this rule. Of course, I rarely see yrth himself out and about, so I'm not sure. Anyone seen them?
You are free to do anything in the game that is tehnicaly allowed. If you consider that you discovered some sort of exploit or a bug, report it to a moderator.
It is not technically allowed for yrth to give a WP to the same person twice without giving 25 to others first, yet he's done it using alts. As a note on the two WPs he awarded himself (to make items for Inno's player PL, I believe); When Alyon used three accounts to make three different items for his main, how happy was the community? The differences with this case are: A) Yrth awarded himself a WP, meaning he didn't put in the effort of solving the broken pattern puzzle. B) Yrth gave the items away (as far as I know) C) Yrth didn't have to collect raw materials (again, as far as I know) D) Yrth made the items himself rather than going through Udgard (though this point isn't that relevant to the event at hand, because Udgard can't make gems n' stuff) If I've missed something, please point it out
Any repeated complain from multiple unique users will get some kind of unwanted action on you, try not to offend people, or to cause a mess in general
So, it's up to us (unless the Council steps in). What do you all think?
  2.
So what you're saying is to have the option when becomming a rebel of following another rebels ideals (from a list of independant rebels in the land) or be an independant rebel yourself and so every independant rebel would have a list of followers and if a rebel has a very big number of followers, in respest to the citizens of the land, that would be a good indicator for changing leadership of the country If I have understand your idea correctly I find it quite interesting
Yep, that's about it. Having this page also allows for the general public to make more educated decisions, because they could read what each candidate thinks they could do better.
  3. If someone were to ask the general public this same question (probably with some re-wording like glorified/purposeful death instead of worthy, mundane life instead of meaningless life), most people would most likely answer no, and because of that I am tempted to say yes, but it really depends on the circumstances. For example, if I'm 80, I would probably say that I would've rather had a worthy death earlier, but if I'm 20 and taking life as it comes, I would probably want a longer life. In any case, there really is no way to guarantee a completely meaningless life. Even dudes that live alone in the mountains have purpose, even if it's just surviving for tomorrow. When he dies, will anyone notice he's gone? Probably not. Yet, he still had purpose, and purpose is something that many people have trouble finding. To conclude, my answer is basically neither (or both...whatever)
  4. 1 - Become more patient Yes - Just needs some focus No - I'm horrible at focus Why - I've grown impatient with my impatience 2 - Solve my Rubik's Cube in under 30 seconds (consistently) Yes - Need to memorize more OLL/PLL and work on look-ahead (in other words; last layer technique and prediction of what comes next, overall doesn't take too much effort) No - When I solve currently, I either use a different method for fun, or solve without thinking (see pattern -> execute moves) rather than working on look-ahead (see pattern -> execute moves while watching for what to do next) Why - Personal goal I guess, I doubt I'd enter any tournaments or anything 3 - Read more Yes - I've read less and less, I miss it really No - Distracted by other things, also don't have any super good books Why - Intellectual challenge in some cases, or simply good writing in most.
  5. I dislike the percentage idea, it does not accurately represent differing opinions and such within a group of people. The only thing I can think of at this time would be for rebels to choose a candidate for kingship that they support upon becoming a rebel; if every new rebel chooses themself, nothing happens, because all rebels need to accept their candidate's rules, direction, etc. Of course, that does still make it possible for generalization of the many opinions, but Iunno.
  6. Awiiya is allowed to be angry, but would he like you arguing in his name? All you have mentioned in your attacks so far is Awiiya's feelings on the matter. On a somewhat related note, since when was Awiiya so important that when he's angry, the one he's angry at is automatically a bad person (or rather, bad king in this case)? Thinking about it, if Awiiya can't forgive Jester for such a thing, then how can you value his moral opinion over anyone else's? The worst part about this whole thing? Jester took Awiiya back in 5-10 minutes or whatever. It wasn't Mur, and it surely wasn't you two. Awiiya's angry about a 5 minute visit to Necrovion? Then perhaps he takes himself a little seriously, because according to you two, he's absolutely furious over this small thing that will most likely be forgotten in a couple weeks or so. As a note, the above is nothing against Awiiya, simply the way Curiose and Kyphis represent him.

The award should be judged on how well the people in question help people, not their position or reason for doing so. As well, if anyone is "bursting out", it's you, Sparr. Grido is quite polite in his post.
  8.
Im sure that if something indeed reaches a critical mass, the council or mur will step in and prod something into happening. Either that be an election, or some other method of dethronement/punishment for the rebels for a failed rebellion
How can you judge whether a rebellion has succeeded or not? For example, not all of the Necrovion rebels simply want Jester dethroned. Anyways, isn't the point of the rebel system to make citizens able to do something WITHOUT Mur's help?
  9. Newer players may use IE and have no idea what's up But yeah, IE isn't great, just sayin'

KC has power over gates open/closed state, and you, phantasm, haven't done much to stop him. You didn't call him out on this bit, for example: Knator Commander: I can keep the gate closed only for a limited time, maybe a week, if i don't manage to finish the mission, it will be impossible with the gates open Not have you acted upon this, as far as I know: Knator Commander: If you do not force me to use the jail orders, and everything goes smooth, you can have a representative to ask me periodically whats going on, ..of course I will tell only what I can so you won't freak out, but its better than nothing i guess And so, he's got the power not only to change the gate, but to jail you if he wants to, giving him power over you. Closest thing to a king the Tribunal land has, and as long as you remain inside, some of the people as well. Knator Commander: If you plan to stay during this mission, you should be warned that I have authority to reinforce military law on this land _for a limited time_.
  11. For the last few weeks or whatever, I've been watching and involved in the Necrovion rebellion, and have noticed a problem with the rebel system in general; if one is to rebel, they can't actually do anything without the help of Mur. The only thing that has gotten done throughout the Necrovion rebellion is bickering that hasn't gotten anybody anywhere, and Necrovion remains stagnant. If all GG citizens were to rebel tomorrow, would it actually get anything done? Or could Yrth simply say "Meh, I don't need you people" and continue his business? So, I propose that either the rebel system is changed or taken out until such changes can be made. Discuss/suggest, but don't make this into an argument about Necrovion rebellion, please; it's about rebel system as a whole. Thanks.

  17. My problem with the Most Influential award is that sometimes influence isn't easily seen, because there are many things done in MD behind closed doors, as I understand it, and knowing that, then one could assume that there is some measure of effort to keep such actions unknown, and so how can we accurately judge what we don't even know about?
  18. There is a way to solve the honour problem, though it's something of a spoiler, I s'pose, not really sure. I'm sure somebody in Loreroot could help you. I would suggest looking at how honour works if that doesn't work out, and also experimenting with defense rits that help you manipulate whether or not you get a loss from being attacked. (I'm not sure if it's possible to get absolutely no losses with a defense rit, but it's easy enough to slow them down with some experimentation.) I want to add, in case you don't know; the Sparring Grounds rules do not affect MP5s at all.
  19. While I am of the opinion that it would be good for some information to come to light, those who have it will most likely not be willing to share. That's just how it is, I s'pose.
Pretty sure a few of them are in that cannot do list. As far as dst's godmodding how come the only time i see that stupid spell she has being used is when she is being made fun of? Coincidence? I think not.
First of all, the only thing you did was paste the rule list and say "You can't actually do some of these things." Your point? Secondly, she was given the chatlog spell and she uses it as she sees fit. If that is a problem, Mur would take notice, don't you think? Or wait, you think Mur is super-biased toward whoever kisses his ***. Does that matter? Mur is as human as the rest of us. Even so, he's much more fair than most of us.
As it does state in the GAME. You are free to do anything in the game that is tehnicaly allowed.
You're technically allowed to swear all the time, abuse alts, abuse silence spell, abuse bugs, give out free WP, etc. You are free to do these things; but you will be punished nonetheless. Besides, if you really believed that you could do anything technically allowed and get away fine and dandy, you wouldn't be yelling about dst's "godmodding". As another point, how are people supposed to warn you beforehand if they don't know what you're going to do? Do you expect people to read your mind? I'll put it this way; how often did you take people to the drach lair to train while you were RPC? Not very often, I'll bet. Don't assume the rules are different.
Excuse me? Up intil earlier this week, I have not been able to attack anyone without being wiped out period. Let alone battle experienced players. And the fact that you claim that I "hit you every regen cycle" is ludacris, and an outright lie. I have seen you once in the past 2 months, and attacking Keith Moon has only begun recently, as in the past week.
There are at least a few people with non damaging rits on at any given time. If you actually TRIED to attack people instead of relying on GGG because you're too scared to attack people, then it's not anyone's fault but your own.
  24. Pipstickz replied to dst's topic in General Forum
This seems as though it will degenerate into a pointless forum war that may end the same way GGG did, so I will say this: Everybody has a right to an opinion, but at the end of the day, it's easier for dst to enforce hers than it is for Seigheart to uphold his, so while all of you are here shouting at each other, dst will most likely be hunting GGG defenses. As for the Seigheart-Fenrir comparison, again dst has the right to an opinion, just as you all do, and she has expressed it. It is clearly a personal issue between them and has nothing to do with the topic that most people choose to follow for this thread. (Technically it is fine, seeing as it is in the topic post, but it can be ignored.)
  25. Pipstickz replied to dst's topic in General Forum
The GGG is a community issue. While there is no official rules against it, but a group in the community has decided that they don't like it, and they will enforce their will, I believe. Something that IS against the rules, though, is spoilers, and if I am not mistaken, the code for Marind's Balcony is a spoiler, even if it is a small one.
