Its badly worded by Mur, It means unique as in, non common item, I believe. Common items are meant to be purely for use and combined into something else. Unique items are items that could have affects added to them, etc.

All common items will have the same image. If you wish to put forward an image for the black rose, we will consider it. Email it over. Common items shouldnt be able to have an image uploaded per item, avatar people please deny all images for common items until we remove the ability to add an image.

All items will be reviewed, spell checked, grammar checked and capitalised properly in the coming days. Items already given out will have descriptions and titles modified.

If there is anything you feel is unfinished, and feel it should be worked on, please state here. Learning from the last topic, do not just say "X needs work" state what and why you think it needs work. MD is constantly in flux, some of these "unfinished work" could be seen as new features/developments on features which is why you need to explain what and WHY. Trolling posts will be removed without warning.

What do people see as "the point" for stages? To me, I dont see that they affect anyone really, they are a name to which we attach announcements. Its all well and good arguing whether we have moved to "the next stage" as a point of intellectual debate since we like arguments. But whats the point? Surely, if you want it as a "unit of advancement" then every announcement made, every ruling decided, and every offensive comment Dick Dastardly makes, is an advancement in MD?

Surely it was a 'working' game already? we had combat, roleplay, quest making abilities? We are in perpetual beta unless people have forgotten that, it was named to changes as we fully intend to keep adding, changing, modifying. MD changes, in a years time it wont be the same as now. Its changed a lot. I see each stage as a major iteration of change. And I dont see A25 being fully developed when Mur is the only one working on it (under his own choice) and tells people that he doesnt fix bugs for a while atm. Im not planning ahead to stage 15-20, im saying that I feel that there are going to be a large number of big changes before MD is at a point where we will comfortably start pumping money into advertising. But what Mur does with his money is entirely his thing, so if he decides to start tomorrow, then its his choice :)

I told that these were to be fixed by archivists before being implemented and therefore we shouldn't change them... Would have asked people to fix them up if this wasnt going to happen...

On a slightly more professional note: Kyphis read through and approved all descriptions for spelling/grammar, If something is amis I think he should be the first to reason why it wasnt changed :)

I see that happening at Stage 15-20 at this rate tbh. Lots has changed but we are still a very far way away from this.

That error should only appear if you try and cheat the system and buy an item you do not currently see. I am unsure why it is appearing. Its quite possibly its caused by double clicking.

The refresh will have shuffled the page too. This was an issue with the item shop that I only recently just fixed, but from what you describe Mur didnt use the same fixes, It shouldnt be too fast so I will look at fixing that. As a note, the number of credits you have is shown at the top of that page

Give full procedure to repeat this process please. The most recent changes stop refreshing causing you to buy items, but its likely Mur didnt implement this on the new item shop.
