With Mp6, a lot of them have things to do, than sit in the park. I personally, would not enjoy being restricted to an area playing babysitter and making sure the kiddies play nice. As for the community project thing, it was discussed to have the people choose who would be best to run the park and such like that. Shadow was contacted only for permission. But I do understand what you mean, Dst.

I spoke with Shadow about having a staff, but.. somehow the verdict on that came muddled and I cannot remember exactly what it was at this particular moment. Basically, if someone could come up with a good solution/staff idea for it, I think it could be implemented. I brought up the idea of using Mya's advanced strip spell idea to him with hopes that would work, but once more,my tired brain does not remember the exact verdict. I think it was turned down.

I agree on appropriate rewards, but rather rewards associated with that land or neutral rwards, such as gold/ silver instead of creatures. But that is just me.

This is basically for anyone to follow: If you encounter someone who is violating the rules: You either A. Tell them in public to follow the rules [or in PM] so as to have valid proof. B. If they continue to harrass/violate, then you tell an LHO with specifics and proof. C. Things will be taken from there by someone strong enough/politically adept enough to deal with the issue. Yes. you can send things to us as Wanderer has stated. I am more a messenger, collector, and advertiser of the group. I fill in as Host when needed. for your stories, I prefer you send them to my forum PM box so as to keep better control of yourstoris and not lose them. i suggest you take yourquestions to wanderer and kyphis. as for the late night hour, I may have to have it on a sepeateday. I will speak to Kyphis and Wanderer about it.

You used to be stuck in GG once you go through the maze. However, if you click one of the pyramids it will take you to the maze once more. I agree with all stated above. There is no point. It would be like giving away an A+ to the student in the beginning of the year without them really doing any hard work. The real reward should be the fact that they can figure out their way through the maze and make their way to GG. I don't think WP incentives will get more players through there. Sure, it would be nice to have a WP, but thing is: What is the lesson that they are learning? It is just like giving away spoilers to someone who asked.

I dislike comments like that as well. Things like that are UNNECESSARY and plain rude. The things you were spewing in the chat while Burns and myself were around should have been warning enough that it won't be tolerated, Harion. This is a community game, we get that. But when someone like you and others like that are completely disrupting the rules that have been in place, including INSULTING people for upholding the rules is making you look nothing more like a complete bigot. You believe in no censorship? Well, sorry, but MD believes in less hateful relations between people and upholding the "real world" laws. Freedom of speech does not abide by privately run forums/games. And even in the "real world" you can still get yourself in jail for saying certain things. Open your eyes. The world is not a fair place, and if you don't think MD is, then who cares as long as you keep your nasty little trap from insulting those who have a mind to be realistic? Thank you for showing us that there are people like you out there. But now your comments are no longer neccesary.

@ Kyphis: Yes, it could easily be done with a pop-up. I think it holds legitimacy in this circumstance, really. If a younger player gets upset for capped or for losing, in some cases, then they have no one to blame but their self. I think that with this exception, instead of just allowing allies and citizens fight, it will allow more strategic players to show their stuff.

I agree with Kamisha on this one. For people who have an ally or a land, it seems more fitting that they would fight for their 'home.' A lot of mp3s an mp4s [from my knowledge,] do not have such a thing. In my experience in starting with Torch the first time, the only torch I could really get to was the one in Winds Sanctuary. I am not sure if that is how a lot of other non-allied people do it, but I think it would add more equality to the board. With the issue of mp3s and 4s actually competing in the contest and being capped by mp5s, I think that if they really want to go for the gold, and test their skills, [and are not an alt], then they should be able to. Their brazenness will be their benefit or their downfall, depending on how they play their cards. If such a thing were to be implemented, I do think that there should be a disclaimer basically stating that for younger players who are wanting to test their skills, they need to know the risks involved and cannot hold anyone accountable for competing in the contest as well.

I think it's safe to say that everyone in MD is facing the lag. I have it too, but it's not too terrible for myself, but the lag is still there.

Alright, Here's my suggestion: I will get getting a laptop here in a week. For those who are not able to make it to the first two Story Night times, [b]I am Willing [/b]to stay up late to accommodate for time scheduling with issues considering country times and other mishaps that come along. However... if people seem to take abuse of this generosity and being LAZY and taking away from my sleep, then I will happily keep Story Night at 2 time periods. It is not determined, but I will be speaking with Kyphis and Wanderer about this when they are available.

As I've told you before, Pashweetie: Kyphis chooses his Alliance members. He is very picky. This post is also very old, and in some cases irrelevant because he is not recruiting at FoF. We have new Alliance members already that are active enough and no longer need this thread open. I would rather it closed simply because it is old. Thank you.

Having only Ally members solves the issue of not having any one to fight as well, Harion. If you were an alliance member, or mp5, you would have been attacked. It's not that no one was willing to do so because you're a wee little player.

I do like the idea, but not for who all would use it. Amoran, Myself and a few others were talking about Dojo staff and being able to enforce the rules of said dojo. I'm thinking, if there was a staff built up again, they could team with the LHO or some sort, and be the ones to use that spell for the newbies who get attacked by the repeat offenders. And maybe not for one attack, but perhaps for a couple, seeing as how once that person attacks said target, they can easily move on to the next and continue. Maybe put a timer on it like all other spells, but keep it to eight minutes without the multiplyer. Maybe this doesn't make complete sense, or maybe it won't work, but it is my two cents on the subject.

From what I gather, it is actually rare for an mp3 to join an alliance or even for him/her to be in a citizenship. I think it fitting that the mp3 not be able to partake simply because they are in a learning stage and they may not know all that is out there to offer. While in some degree it may be useful for an mp3/4 without an ally to join other lands, I do not think it worthwhile in the long run unless they are in an ally. I do also agree that it is a bit spoilerish to enter a land without properly finding way into it, hence why during Torch I do not go into Necrovion. I do know there are wonderful places to explore, however, I do not think it is my given right to explore such places myself just yet. I am for the restriction. And I apologize if my ramblings make anyone upset/don't make sense. Kyphis woke me up with only three hours of sleep. Oh, question: But what about alt mp3s who are in an alliance? *edited to add a question.

My two cents: For being an Adept, I would recommend that you find someone who you trust, but isn't a newbie their self. Perhaps a veteren Mp5, or an Mp6. The person whom I am adept to is Pamplemousse, and I couldn't be happier. But that does not limit you to receiving help from others at all. Currently on quests, Burns has created a Newbie quest. I haven't done it yet because it deals with Willow's Guards... I already defeated them once, so I find it a bit redundant to do it again, but, I will find myself giving it a try. If you at least -Try- quests, you can make friends, and acquaintences, and get yourself out there. The more you participate, the more you have fun. There aren't just quests though either that give wishpoints or other prizes. Ailith is known for giving various gifts for the things she does. On her festival of Fun [Which actually was fun, and quite challenging if I say so myself, but was varied in different things], she rewarded people for their hard work. I applaud her for being able to do that, and for also making such a diverse festival. There are a lot of things that are in MD that aren't just brain work. Legend Seekers and Seal of Six recently had a Story Night, for all those creative people. The results aren't in yet, but still, I believe that MD has the ability to accomodate all learning types, and interests.
