I like to keep an eye on things in the game, especially now that some better players than me unfortunately don't have the time to play MD as actively as me. In the past I've raised concerns about alt abuse, for example what was dubbed "triangle trading" - where you use an intermediary to either transfer items to your alts or otherwise using alts to benefit your main - think using them to win a quest for someone else and have the winner transfer a cut/fee to your main.
I usually raise these privately but I've decided to raise this one publicly as I feel there are a few people skirting a bit too close to the margins for my liking - and they keep doing it, despite the consequences I have personally tried to heap on them over the last few years.
I believe Aamon is an alt of a player involved in this series of trades, with the spellstones (screenshots attached). Therefore, I am asking for a GM to run an altcheck - I hope I am wrong and I look like an absolute plum, but I have a gut feeling on this one.
Most importantly, I feel that Confused Santa is not giving us presents becuase there are naughty players around. I saw this and this looks very naughty. If we punish this maybe we will get our presents.

Surely if we all agree to come together as a community, in one place, one time, with one desire... surely a Christmas miracle will happen!
I am sure if we can arrange such a meeting we will get a competent elf this time... but can we do it?

Inside the Loreroot library, a new book has appeared! But to get to it, you need to complete a quest first.
To start the quest, simply "search" the stone in the lower left part of Gazebo of Equilibrium scene.

I would definitely tweak the creatures that are given out from it - removing most of the current B&W ones (except the Drach and Scout) - maybe improving the odds of premium crits and adding buildable or generally rarer B&W crits to the pool.
Crit slots are tidy, even if just a few every year.
Some common RP items, limited to a pool of "usable" ones, so ones needed for the toy chest etc.
PS: It should give out an achievement, like the Anni ones we had before - or maybe a collectible coin/ornament etc. instead.

Hello,
My name is Aamon and I am experiencing an issue with the combiner on the island. The specific location in question is the " experimental grotto" . I used 3 items that were needed to make paper as I am trying to repair the balloon. I first made "thin wood sheets" as the combiner said I will need them to make the paper.
I then put the rest of the ingredients I needed into the combiner and processed them and the combiner said I successfully made 2 sheets of paper. (See my screenshot attached )
When I exited the combiner it also showed in the chat that I made these sheets of paper. However when I search my inventory no paper can be found.
Did the paper disappear? Did it get stuck in the combiner perhaps? 
I am unsure of what to do in this situation and I would like to be able to fix this balloon here. I'll appreciate any help I am able to get on this matter. Thank you 😀

Pretty cool so far, seeing it in motion has been more interesting so far than any "end" result.

Seems very defeatist, and quite rude to some of your fellow mp3's. Its not entirely surprisingly that they dont want to train if your tone is as such.

I could name numerous MP3's that attained many great things as could nearly anyone else you talk to.

okay, disregarding everything mentioned before, I'd actually like to get this up and going, as far as I know, about 7 of those in the group (dunno if I updated this) are still here (after 1-2 months!) some even have their first wp!

It took me a few hours but I've now read the post, here is my feedback on your proposals.
I am not a fan of allowing MP6 to store up infinite amounts of heat. There are quite a few items and other mechanics in the realm that have been balanced around players only being able to hold around 4000 at once - you also already have Erolin devices. I'm also curious as to how it would actually work - would they only have 4000 effective heat for things like combat rewards? If you have so many people actively worshipping you and each spell costs 500 heat to cast you can already cast 8 spells - is it such a problem if some heat is nominally wasted? I just can't understand the purpose behind the change.
This is actually interesting. I'm not a particular fan of teleport spells in general, I think a few years back - or maybe even a decade ago, there was some serious talk about removing them but rewards for worshippers performing is something I can get behind.

For one, combat is not all there is to MD. I understand and have no issue with people helping others raise their Mindpower level, but it should not be done via MP7 or anything like that. The ability to attack MP3 freely has been abused before by people who are trying to help - themselves in that case. As it is, players can easily get to MP4 currently and if they wish to join an alliance can go down that path.

I love this idea, it's always good to give people choices based on how they want to play.
Single asterisk for more creative / descriptive roleplay, stock emoting for those more on the go or both for the more daring.
For practicality, I'm not sure about double asterisk for two reasons:
1) it's too close to single asterisk function so typos may cause unnecessary results.
2) This function, and I say this with the greatest of respect, is really for people who want a quick result for minimal effort. I would suggest a single symbol to cater for that: for example ? (ie ?nod)
Please note I am suggesting the single symbol, whatever it may be, just used ? as an example.

I believe it would be nice to have a few phrases in the chat, which we could use to better/more efficiently describe our emotions/opinions. 
Here is my list of proposed keywords which should trigger the phrase, along with the phrase itself. Instead of the PLAYER, imagine the name of the one using the phrase. 
As a side note, it may be a nice idea to use some other special symbol to surround them, other than the '*', so the trigger words are still usable in simple asterix descriptions. Maybe use double asterix for this? **nod**

There are also a few phrases which I am not sure if to use. Since I do not know the gender of the player, I went with they.

flex - PLAYER shows of their mighty muscles. 
 
I would be happy for any feedback:) (and thankful if anyone who is able to implement this does so. Still, it's only an idea. )

Some assorted observations/thoughts:
Once upon a time it was considered the case that MP6 Protectors had "life and death power" over their worshippers. I think we should make concrete these life and death powers, and also make it clear that worshipping a Protector has tradeoffs. Some players are using their Protector abilities for general aid to newbies. I think this (#2) should likely be a separate function, and Protectors should more "factional", e.g., a group of players aligned on a mission should raise up their own Protector and that Protector should serve their faction before all others. If #3, then I think it likely makes sense to restrict Protector spells to these Protectors (no spell stones). If #4, then I think it also makes sense to give Protectors more powerful spells. If #5, then we should also have ways for opposing factions to hurt/disable Protectors.
