He doesnt speak, but does listen. He tries to pretend he doesnt care, but if you ask nicely he will normally be kind back.

i am intending on using these stones prettymuch as soon as i get them, so splitting them shouldnt matter too much if you dont mind me having more than you are giving me for a week or so while dealing with them all.

The imbued stone "Should" have 3 casts avaliable, but if this is incorrect when they come to use it we can come to some arrangement, iv never used such a stone, but i am sure i had 100% of casts when i imbued it. Because of the nature of swearwords and words in general, they mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Here in the UK, many words are casually used, wheras if you were to go to america and use such a word, people would be surprised. Also, because some words can be used fine in one context but not allowed in another we have to moderate based on each situation as it comes up. As for my template for asking people to remove offensive words, its one that i personally use, i have several different templates for different matters because the same issues come up such as asking for new forums, edits or moderating posts. The current template for swearwords is this: [quote]your recent post: <link> includes the word <word> which is not premitted. Please remove it or we shall remove it for you. thank you. [/quote] It has been used extensively without complaint, but if yrth has a problem with it, i am asking if anyone can suggest a better way of writing it as so yrth and others may not be annoyed.

Right, im going to make a decision based on this that im going to close this. No punishment has been dealt out, it will be soon. And it most certainly does look like POE is only being punished for escaping jail, a minor crime in comparison to what jester is up at. When i removed your accounts i stated quite clearly that you are only allowed one account per person. Not per IP. I have previously removed accounts who the owner has initially agreed it was their alts, and then when the other account is useful ingame, they claim that i removed accounts just because they shared an IP. I could not possibly know if you are indeed two different people if you did not tell me, therefore i said they were alts. Iv seen a lot of people "claim" that they live with someone else, share the same IP and such just so that they (ab)use their alts. If you are genuinely two players, thats perfectly fine and you should have stated that when i was talking to you about the removal of your accounts. Recreate the other account and send me a pm regarding the new account so i may add it to the allowed list. you should NOT be sharing accounts, one account is treated as one person, if that account does something bad, both players get penalized. As for the Firs/Yrth situation, i could name numerous other well known players that have had a similar IP at one time. The only difference between your and their case, their normal non shared IP outweighs their times when they have shared the same by one by several magnitudes.

So, nearly a month after i said i would, i have done what i said. All forums that have not sent me the correct settings will now not be accessable. This means that if you can see a forum, but gives you an error saying you cannot access it. It means your "leader" of that forum has not sent in the required data. If you want the forum to be "reopened" you need to contact me with the required data. If you have already sent the data, just bump the pm i have, i got a lot in and possibly might have missed one, But i did a double check before disabling them. I actually feel that being announced in the trigger box, is a less harsh punishment than being in the announcements for ever. The trigger box is only temporary and people forgot. You need to remember that grido didnt write the announcements, Mur/council did it. Grido dealt with his side. He could have asked for the more pernament shame of it being in the announcements but he didnt, It just so turned out that it did get in the announcements because of mur/council So, basicly im saying why create a poll when the previous one was rather clear even though it was biased against grido? The community spoke, But perhaps you didnt like the answer.
