He has issues with being patient, which I can assure you started while in womb. He tried to come 6 weeks early. When he was "stopped", he took a "fine be that way" attitude and was nearly late! We don't always tell people when they're being tested either. Rewards and punishments generally go with the completion of the tests. If you spend money, he's more likely to watch you to make sure you behave yourself. Some of them were abused and the situations were dealt with and adjustments were made (ie not being able to attack your alts). Someday someone may make the wrong complaint on the wrong day and the button will get pushed. Then all the alts will go 'poof' and you won't be allowed any alts. Better to silently observe and gather your information than to make a big show without a mountain to back you up.[/font][/color]

It would save others from rescuing people because they were asleep when a meeting ended (like the last land meeting). It would also help newbies that wander into the maze. Regardless of the apparent ease this presents, people will generally try to get out of their stuck situation. Younger players may try to get deeper into Tribunal knowing that they have an out in a realistic time frame. It would give non-alliance people a "jump" option. The non-alliance people are the ones that would benefit most from this.[/font][/color]

It's not an "every day" spell like attack lock or move lock which can be acquired through the wish shop. It should be held to a different standard in my opinion. [/font][/color]
