Hello. I've just received notification through paypal that my automatic payments have been suspended. That is probably because I forgot to put enough money in my account to cover the payment. The fact that the automatic charges have stopped is fine, and I would actually like to keep it that way. There is one thing that I have to take care of though. I still have my server supporter medal. Should I e-mail contact@magicduel.com to get it taken care of and to ensure that the payments remain permanently suspended?

Good day everyone, I'm a returning player, who stopped playing 2 years ago. When I logged in again I saw I couldn't use most of my creatures, because of the MP restrictions. So I decided to start again on another account (this one), but now I still have quite alot of aged creatures on my old account, or main whatever you want to call it. If I sell them, is it allowed to send the profit to my current account? Thanks in advance. Innos

With the new MDA entrance cost a player needs at least 39 active days before they are able to enter. (Without any tricks to gain AP and visc at -80) Therefore new players won't be able to get their papers. Is it supposed to be like that? Over a month of active days without being able to get your papers seems a bit long to me.

Hi guys.. I have a problem about my avatar. I have uploaded my own avatar but after a few hours i realized that that avatar does not have any "MD" letters in it so i tried to upload the new one (with MD) but to my surprise my avatar (the one without any MD) got approved. I understand that avatars are unique and should not have any similarities at all so i was wondering, should i upload the new avatar or is it legal for me to use an avatar without MD in it? Is it possible to change a certain item's description and name? I mean, the items stays the same, i just want to rename it with my name in front of the name of the item for roleplaying purposes. Same reason for the description change. If possible, how and what would it cost?

I have several creatures that need me to advance in MP to upgrade. Unfortunately, that advancement in MP is to MP6 and there are already enough people trying to obtain protector status as it is. I was wondering if the Wandering Adepts Association or the Hiring adepts union, or whatever it's called is still active or alive. If so, will someone direct me to their topic? I can't seem to find it. If not, I suppose I'm out of luck.

Okay, a few questions that I'm currently considering, being the holder of the Reality Coagulator Re caller... Fenths is not like any other resource, and the reason is : the item with which they are collected is not 'shared' thus, Reality Coagulators and Fenths should remain free for all. Am I right or wrong? I would just like to know, no personal gain intended ( I was offered to be paid for them, but still gave them for free =P) last I remember, Mur said we can't sell them, but was that only for testing period? Due to the new updated many players (including myself) will be running around with one, two or three wish points. The question I, and many other people new to the WishShop have. All wishes seem to cost exactly 1 Wishpoint... BUT there is another wlue to the right of it simply titled "Wish"... What does the second value mean?

Hey everyone, So a little background: I am an MP3 (I have been for a while) who has at least some understanding of fighting, though of course I am still learning more. At this point in time, I can move on to MP4 when I want to, as I have met the requirements. I want some advice on if I should or not, but it seems that people so far have not given me advice or are very jaded on their reasons for sticking at MP3. okay, ummm so my brother is leaving Magic Duel, and he has about 7 silver coins in his inventory, I was thinking, can I GIVE THEM AWAY like let's suppose on a quest of tournament to a winner? Happens when I open the page topic / thread in the forum, not always occur on every page and sometimes returned to normal after I refresh but occurred again when I try to access the same page, and even sometimes the refresh did not work until I restart my browser. Today, during training, I bursted quite a few times. A number of those bursts (three, I believe) returned with a 0/14 bursts message stating that "Continuing on this path will get you banned." I would like to know if I am in any danger of being in trouble or possible banning. **NOTE: I didn't put this in the bug section because I'm not even sure if it is a bug. If it is, feel free to move this there. I'm honestly only concerned with my own well-being at the moment, which is why I posted my inquiry in the questions section.**
