One avatar per person keeps the cognitive load to a minimum, adding another will likely increase it sharply as well as increasing time to recognise. Simple example is forum avatars, people learn to not read the names but associate the picture to a name. It would be highly confusing if someone had the same forum avatar. I see many people commissioning a set of avatars for this feature or aeo's

Would it be a little bit of a disjoint to have avatars which are different "people/things" when idling/normal? People associate people to avatars.

Potentially, some people have come to me voicing concerns some people want the role for the spell. For starters the concierge will probably not be given the spell.

People change their votes to vote tactically and not truthfully The first new concierge would not be getting the spell which I believe is a great attractor for the role so please only put yourself forward If you want to do the job :)
