you can do both however, i'd think that after a long absence it would be better to create a totally new char, unless you still feel related to your old name/story or have valueable things on your old acc... like creatures with huge age =D

i HOPE that we'll agree on stopping the dojo for mp5, that's just not its purpose... mp5 should be advanced enough to gather xp, losses, wins, whatever they need anywhere in the realms, specially seeing the fact that nearly no mp5 ever stops in MDP unless they are out of ap...

even IF RPCs got good stats boosts, which isn't the case, they are still weaklings compared to the grinders elite, like Lifeline, eigger, dst, cless... those who have some really good stats so, it makes really no sense to seperate them from the 'normal' players... it wouldn't even make sense to disable spells, they'd need them to stand realistic chances xD however, i don't see the point of your idea anyway... we know who the strongest persons are without making a contest for it LOL

you get your bad rep for permanently spamming topics without even trying to read what other people have said... or, in case you have read it, ignoring whatever was said... and you also get your bad rep for post-hunting with nonsense-comments like the last one b2t: i like that BloodPrinc is unbanned, but i dislike the precedence taht was set... now the dojo needs to work out something really fast, since all the world knows now that any harsh punishment like banning, dreaming etc. (etc.? idk, maybe sending to Golemus? anyway, you get the idea) will most probably be lifted by public vote... again, i suggest setting up strict rules and hard punishments without using spells and such, like, telling off at first instance, one hit with regens on second violation, 3 for third violation, permanent xp-bashing whenever they pass through dojo if they still fail to understand... such things... am i evil? yes i am can we do that to the poor mp4? you'd wonder how little people know, Fenrir *laughs* specially since the dojo started, you don't need to beat anything up, you just ask for an easy rit, or you tackle only people who are known to set trees... i think if i created an mp3 now i could reach the mp5-cap without EVER setting a rit LOL b2t: i think provocating the dojo staff ain't the right thing to do, but i guess that the dojo staff needs means to deal with repeat offenders nonetheless, and as those are not inteded to be hardcoded, how about hiring a few mercenaries with a bunch of trees, if the dojo-people themself seem unable to get the job done? i hope we all know how painful it is when some people think you deserve punishment, and from what i heard there are some LHO in the dojo-staff who have a movelock for their LHO-work... two weeks with neg vp is almost as bad as two weeks in prison for mp5 newcomers, and truth be told, the community can't hurt the veterans really if they decided to work against the dojo... i'm sure you could turn it in some way to make useage of LHO-spells on dojo-violators morally right, as they are there for Live Help for players who need help, unlike the RPCs and Admin-spells, which are there to observe the greater rules of the game...

me thinks that he hasn't cheated, used bugs or exploits, abused alts, or broken any other rule of the game... three thumbs down for banning Blood Prince from my side...

i kind of like the dojo, because it worked with social pressure, but now, i dislike it and will use it on my terms... meaning to say, 'idle-checking': i'll give those idlers 60 seconds to answer (that seems reasonable), and who fails is dead *mwahaha*

i'm sure that most people who don't know about the dojo would gladly read every scene, just because they hope it might help them... which is not to say that all who know about the dojo care about the dojo, not at all, but it seems that almost everyone knows about the dojo on their first day of free roam-mode... thanks for the offer, but i'll rather stay off-staff-helper

and you think right there, Tom VE and VP for mp3 are set at a certain value to allow them to buy certain creatures and not buy some other creatures in tutorial, and i guess mur didn't think that someone would actually buy things from the shop on mp2, mainly becasue it's pontless, but also because the stage is intended to last only a few hours, 24 at max... you shouldn't reach the age req. for any of the potions in mp2 normally LOL but Mur is a nice guy, i guess he'll contact joykill once he stumbles over this thread and they'll work something out

i like the idea in general, but what i'd like a lot more is simple: either a disabled personal page for RPCs or a Personal Page that includes the Quest Page at all times, for right now, some of the best questers (looks at Akasha, Cryx, and Gargy) have their profile hidden (no, not a nice profile page, plain and simply a hidden profile with almost NO info on their pages)! i wouldn't need a list of any kind for the RPC-quests if i could skip through the link-list to their profiles and check out if the quest has changed... nonetheless, it would be helpful to have such a list for the quests that are not set by RPCs, but that could easily be done if people cared to do it... for example, the Paper could contain a quest page, specially since Garg and Grido were given the power to change the public page and can put short notice infos there [quest xy over, quest ab began](i hope i understood that right xD), if people only cared to tell that they have a quest online -.- you could obviously say 'uh well, nobody reads the papers, why would i set my quest-info there?', but i think almost everybody would take a look into it if they knew that they could have lists of all available quests on the last page [product-placement? possibly yes ]

i suggest you make a list of things and post them as attachment if you really care, it's going to be easier that way

those spelling and grammar issues are all over the game, in time, people stop caring and start reading between the lines xD

well, you obviously shouldn't take the elixir more than once the bug here seems that the elixir was still displayed after you took it in the first place... how long did you wait between the clicks? and did you update in between? it normally disappears after you update your screen, or after some time... i clicked it 3 times when i first found it, too xD

have you tried refreshing? the heat counter takes like ages to be updated, i usually run about with 0 heat and then all of a sudden go up to 2500 about 50-90 secs after i took my first step... EI is not related to heat as far as i remember, your briskness will boost the heat you get and you lose it 1 per second, no matter what immunity you have

i think the great issue with university is simple: there are no teachers willing to do it... this game is full of most witty people from all over the world, who cover vast fields of education, jobs, religions, etc.etc. so whenever you want to teach something, it's either so deep in details that nobody will be able to follow and most won't be interested, or it's a very general lecture and most listeners will most probably know more about it than the teacher tells, and when he goes into deeper details for the ones who already know a lot of the matter, he will lose the interest of the rest, and BANG! chaos. for example, i could tell you all about the mating habits of the european swamp-fly (i couldn't, and i have no idea whether that creature exists, it's an example ), but nobody would be interested, or i could tell you about flies in general, and some insect-nerd who listens would then start an experts-dialogue with me and all the rest would get lost on the way... it's very very hard to find a topic of general interest, and have a crowd listening to you with totally different knowledge about that matter, and all that in a lanuage which is neither the teachers nor the scholars native tongue... it can only turn out to be a mess imo... that's why lots of people offer private help on the game and lots of people get engaged into highly philosophical, political or scientific discussions by mere accident somewhere, and nobody holds a prepared lecture on things with the intention of catching masses... it just workd better that way
