The forum where threads are moved when the idea is either implemented or dismissed for the time being. If an idea has been dismissed then you are free to bring it up, change it and such, but it still may be dismissed again.

    A suggestion to make fight logs much clearer: one matrix per round, where attacking and target creatures are displayed in rows and columns, respectively. This can give a good overview of a whole round at a glance, rather than the current linear text.     I have noticed that after a certain amount of VP is reached, you can basically ignore that stat forever. Even with VP loss from loosing experience, I have not had to pay attention to my VP since I bought the last piece of equipment. I suggest that for more powerful items in the MD Shop (Or better yet, the spent credits shop), why not add a VP requirement and Cost to them? This would need to be scaled based on how many active days the item requires to be available, so that it would not disadvantage players grossly, however I do not think it would be hard to balance it.     I don't know whether the new Resource-Based Guilds have all been decided upon, but if they have not, I would like to offer up an idea. It is my understanding that the guilds will be, in a way, hierarchical. For example: 1. Primary (wood cutter, ore minor) 2. Secondary (carpenter, smelter) 3. I mean, I am turning to mp5 right now(yes I know, I myself think I am great to).. but the problem is, except for the mood panel on both the game and the forum, there is no way to keep on chatting. and even when you can't find eachother, it will be hard to keep track. well, it would also be a bit spoilish because it would be to easy to find everyone, with one big community speak and the ingame places will be used less as places of talking.     I was thinking that maybe there could be a storyline that has it where a "new area or areas" is magically unstable and randomly change locations. For example there is this new land mass (like Necrovion, Loreroot,and the other lands) that when a person steps into that area they enter a random location in that land mass. It could be where the rooms or areas change each time the person moves or the areas could reset each day. It would sort of be like picking up a jig-saw puzzle and mixing the pieces around.     With the addition of new RPCs and the giving out of titles and descriptions to other players, the fact that the description overrides the player's stats (VP, creature vitality, vitlality, etc.) is becoming a bit of a problem. I'd like to request that those stats be returned to those player's chat panels. The description can be moved to below the avatar on the first "page", and the stats returned to their normal place

    k i know there is an icon for avatars for those who translate etc, what i am thinking is one for those that speak different languages on their stats part of it. Something little to possibly help if anything... if someone is online and bilingual in a language that a new person only speaks then that person can possibly help with translating, or even helping the player. I've been seeing the languages alot in the paper cabin nd i can't help cause i dont know what language it is most of the time. Sometimes i use freetranslation.com to try to figure it out and reply, but that only works sometimes cause of the different characters used in some languages.

  19. Today is the day! I finally end my humble patience, kill my grace and rant. I find the development in MD sloppy. It seems like one concept/feature is implemented, and then there's a short period of time before the next thing. After a couple of releases an alpha stage ends and another starts, with celebration. I can see why that's appealing, because you perceive constant growth of a dynamic game. But is incessant movement from one area to another good growth? In my view, this type of game development introduces many novel quirks--but ends up in numerous bugs and bad presentation to deal with later, forsaking smooth gameplay with steady progression.     I believe that a mechanism to filter the list of players would be useful. This comes in handy, especially when you want to "hit and run". It will also be very important, I think, as Magic Duel scales up and gets many more players. In some locations, the list is so enormous that I have to scroll up and down to see players full profiles and then click on the next player I wish to examine.   21. In just a few days, the PWD contest will end. 1st winner will become an RPC. Others will not, at least for quite a while. Due to the contest, however, LOTs of new roles has been created, and many old ones has been updated. Some of them are unique and interesting, others are too megalomaniac and grandeur. So, I propose an officialization of the roles of these PWDs. The method is simple; using the tags that has been long used to give titles to people.     This is an idea as to uphold the community standads regarding the Dojo and other subjects. I sugest there be made a "Wanted List" where people who repeatedly break the commuity rules are placed. Once on the list the playername will be shown in another colour in the playerlog for faster and easier identification. For the people on the "Wanted List" they will no longer be protected in sanctuarys as to make it harder for them to hide. There should also be put bounties on their head (like a temproary stat or Vp/Ve boost, some kind of spell mabye) so that other players would want to chase them.
