And while it certainly is interesting it seems to suffer from opaque design/interfaces and general accessability. I found several bugs and/or problems. I tried to access the forum to find solutions. Then I stumbled upon a thread trying to help with pictures, only to find out that I'm not allowed to download them... As christmas celebrations are drawing to a close with many quests finishing off, I create this topic to ask you what you thought of this years events. This year I organised christmas differently by adding the overarching christmas points and a better reward scheme for questmakers. I also personally contacted each and every questmaker, helped organise rewards and a variety of other tasks. I have developed a clickie that will be used to store information about on going quests, contests, Market, Events, and other things. The idea behind this is to add a more in game feel to the quests, market, and so on. It would not get rid of the idea of the forums to keep track of who won a quest, scores, why, and what reward they were given. People wishing to add their quests, contests, and events would need to contact me with the Quest/Event Name, Who is the main creator, if it is a land or alliance based quest/contest, any requirements, time restrictions (like if it only lasts a set time frame), and rewards. Okay people, I finally found the solution for those of you who are annoyed with MD sounds. Be it chat, items, spells or attacks, this method will block them ALL. Unfortunately you can't be picky and block everything except chat, it's block all or nothing. This is for FireFox users. Download the BlockSite Add-on Restart Firefox In BlockSite add-on options add this link under Blacklist "magicduel.com/img/interface/sounds.swf" Refresh the MD tab Magic, sound is gone. MD uses that file for all sounds, so you block it and all annoying MD sound is gone.

There are no official contests that are held annually, something that players can look up to and prepare. Christmas and MD birthday are great, but you never really know what type of quests/events it will bring. Combat tournament (statless, tokenless, more requirements optional) is a natural idea. I was thinking that it would be held two times a year, maybe three (once in every four months). After having a having small epiphany tonight I have begun to plan a few months of travelling. It'll happen close to the beginning of next year (probably Feb/March time) but as of yet I'm undecided where to travel. I am migrating md to a better server, this process will take a couple hours and will probably end up with a lot of errors (lets hope not) Same process is going on for the other server with bmmo, so basically everything is down right now,and no, there is no way i could have done that without it being down during this.
