New Ideas

I clicked on my adepts thingy and damn it was a long list. thought i only had 4 adepts but i have like 40 inactive. Maybe like a ratio counter at the top or something is what i was thinking of. like 5/40 or something. This way you know how many are on that page.

ok, so here is my idea: what about a creature stable like some sort of bank where you can put your creatures, without sarcificing or losing them in any way. they still get age, but cannot be used in combat. therefore you can't attack, but can't be attacked either. the stable should have as many creature slots as you have. oh, and they shouldn't lose XP, won fights, whatsoever. and during HC the creature stable would be unavailable, so that everyone participates. i'm expecting LOTS of negative criticism, my reputation will probably get to -80, from those that fight.

Okay, the other day I was thinking of when I planted my Maple seed, and I noticed that I really wish we had Magic Duel years to go along with our Days. I could use 2009, but I don't really want to. Is this Magic Duel Year 3? Year 4? It would be a great addition. Awi

As mur spoke of in one of his long messages it was some time ago, and i had forgotten until just now, but i think that if we had a lot more more players online at once than we currently do, it wouldn't work to have to scroll down a page something like twice the current length of a mosly empty md page, and the chat in that case would be hard to read, however if it were in a 3D environment, you wouldn't have the problems with the chat being over crowded, as you would only pick up the people within a certain distance of you, and it would also open up more roplay oppertunities, as isn't that what this game is about the roleplaying? although we would have to figure out how to …

First let me Say I Love the new Cloud Feature for Mesdages, it looks Cool, and will allow better sorting of Important PMs. Just a couple of things I thought of that could make it even better. 1) You Should be Able to Star Messages while Reading them... Currently you have to Be viewing the Whol list to Sort messages in any way, and Can't do a thing (Other than Delet, or Reply) when your Reading the Message. I'd like to Use the Stars to Pull my attention back to PMs and Later Sort them in a Cloud, but Rereading and Rescolling through the List is kinda repedative sometimes. my memory is normally good on things like this, so i dont believe it's been brought up before, on the forum at least i would quite like a way to organise, or group my creatures on my creature page, atm it's done by their ID's, but it would imo, be good if i could group them how i wanted so like if i wanted all my trees to be together on the page, or if i wanted to group together all the creatures i wanted xp/wins on if you get the idea

Since we have a spell to disable armor in the wish shop why not have another spell to disable the tokens so it would make some god like players come back to earth

An other ideea i was thinking of doing later, when wish shop will be more complete. A central resource with rewards of all kinds, where quest makers, non-rpc including, can pick rewards based on previous rating for their quests, and use rewards from this resource FREELY to give to other players for solving their quests. I was thinking today that many people spend well over £200 pounds on the MD Shop.Good thats keeps the game running, brilliant . Then I though(I know dangerous ><) Why don't we have a day where all things bought from the MD shop are deactivated for that day, who knows, if it is possible it could even be turned into a competition!!!! Just an idea. How about add an option which you can organize the positions of your critters on your creatures page?

I know this idea isnt originally mine so Credit for the main part of the Soloseum goes to Master Wodin but heres my idea for taking it to the next level. Havin a Coloseum Tounement once every six months at Champions Dome. During the torniment we ahve specific rules, only people of the same Mind power lvl are able to fight one another (meaning MP3s can only compeat with other MP3s and so on), regular players can only fight regular players, PWRs are only able to fight PWRs and RPCS are only able to fight RPCS. now this is where the whoel new level comes in...have an area where people can bet items, coins, creatures and credits on who they think will win during each fight …

I'd like an option to turn off chat beeps, and another for whether or not to autoplay place music. Other ideas for the settings page can be posted in this thread.

we got all these docs and things and i just thought how about one specifically for announcing messengers you use? it's obvious most of us hat through messenger and just having one you can read and say "oh he's on yahoo" or whatever would be cool.

i had an idea that would require more work for the artisan guild...something i'm sure they would appreciate. on the rpc list i counted 31 characters, and i'm sure they have avatars. i think it'd be cool if an image of these characters appeared in the areas the rpc's are located, when online. posed in a different way in different spots. maybe 1-3 spots per rpc, depending on locations their characters usually inhabit. this would take a decent amount of work on various ends but seeing them in the scene would have a visual impact. one step further would be the LHO's, it would be more apparent for newer players that these people were indeed important and designed to …

currently i'm at MP3. it's my understanding that differing MP levels can't attack each other. i can understand the reasoning. as of yet this hasn't happened to me, but there will be a time when i'm a higher MP level and some lower level player will be annoying. i was wondering if there could be a feature where different levels could attack each other, but there would be no win/loss from the fight nor experience gained. the attacker could lose honor. players would still lose the VE from the creatures they lost. this would make the attacking of lower MP levels scarce as it brings no real rewards. but gives the option of silencing an annoying player that would other…

I would like to see a mobile friendly version of md'. One that doesn't use flash. While I am on the go or somewhere without my laptop or at work when it isn't busy I would like to do a little bit of md'. As of now I canny view my creature list, I can't read my mail or even talk I'm chat. Fighting isn't a necessity but it would be nice aswell.

Myspace and other big sites have an option to enter your user and pass of your gmail/yahoo/hotmail and the site will automaticaly show you a list with emails you have in your addressbook so you can select the ones you wish and send them a custom invitation to MD. You get a credit reward for all that register as your adepts and reach the next MP level. In addition to this i can store a hash of your addressbook emails that you send emails to and give you a fied credit reward (i am thinking of 0.20$ credits for each email adddress that gets a click back to the site. Its needed to keep a signature of the emails on the server to prevent using the same email address twice. …

I would like to see an umbrella system set up for our accounts. Instea of having thirty different accounts why not have a single account where all your characters are put underneath that way you can keep track of your alts.

Hello, i would like to suggest a active timer on each creature in game ok, this may be a lil bit Hard, so how about just when we go to creatures menu, click on a creat. and somewhere there in their personal description would be a date with a time of made purchase?

The majority of MP5s are alliance members, and there really aren't that many people on anymore. Now, I checked through the new ideas and didn't really find anything, except for perhaps treehill's (the link was broken though). For those of us not in alliances, there are a great many pains, and for them as well. Firstly (and I find this incredibly strange) I can't become permabalanced as I am not in an alliance. I have clicked many personal hate lists since I started playing the game. I must say (almost) nobody uses it for what it is. If somebody does it is only to put like a smal sentence... saying: I hate authoritarism, chat spam, and people without personal papers. No body use it...So... what is the point? My idea is that the hate page becomes officialy something else, like a diary or a show off for wining battles or a place to tell a story... I don't know...something else. other than for neatness/tidiness i cant really think of a good reason for this, but perhaps someone else can think of one, just thought i'd throw the idea out there. my idea would be to have a button or some such which would hide your inactive adepts when you clicked it thoughts?

I would like to see a new addition to the game that allows you to pick and choose how you wish to receive your experience/wins. Instead of getting 6k for each of your creatures, perhaps you can exchange that for wins when you set up the ritual? So for every 2.5k exp they gain, the will gain an additional win. I know it is flawed because of the Burst Rituals, but throw out your ideas!
