Ave, Altho i'm making my own life harder i think there should be a cap on how much profile heat a player can lose in one battle. Simple reason being the fact that this forces the high VE players to still have some effort and sense of consequences. i'd venture 3M being the limit

Since I don't know where else this would fit better, I figured "New Ideas" is a good option. Please feel free to move it if it fits somewhere else better. In a nutshell, I wanted to suggest that functionless or purely experimental clickables, scene add-on art or simply scene titles could be hidden or removed. As examples: Scene description/title at Defensive Quarters exterior (stating it's a testing area and that weird notifications should be ignored); Chewett's clickable box thing at Marind's fishy fountain (Marind's Roundabout? Forgot the name of the scene); the dynamite at Fenth's Press; the weird rain collectors at War Hold. The list could go on and, if necess…

Basically, the idea is that it would be nice if Quest Makers could set up a clickie which would trigger a spell if you did it in a certain way. Maybe if you make a mistake, a Lock in Agony Spell is used on you, setting you back in your adventure. So you could store Spell Stones in a Clickie somehow, and tell it when to use a cast from it.

In a nutshell, hopefully as clearly explained as possible: I like the new Role Tags interface (button from the dropdown panel on the right side). So I had an idea: How about the ability to assign a specific avatar to a role, visible only when that role is selected as main? It could cost 2 credits when you initially assign it (or when you want to replace it with a new one), but then it wouldn't eat up credits when swapping between roles (in other words, if I have 2 avatars connected to 2 roles, when I swap between the 2 roles, no credits are subtracted for changing the avatar. However, if I want to swap the 2 avatars for new ones, then that could cost credits). …

as you can probably found out already, i want to grow some rocks... it will be a slow process i admin, but, i got time. In fact, i have unlimited time, but thats a tricky story. So... artworks are in progress, but, what should a pet rock do? I know what a wild rock does, but a tamed one? hmmmm....... Who has the most creative, cute/funny ideas about how to code my future pet rock herd, assuming i will get one (and i have high connections, i might) , will receive a tiny baby rock to raise for his own, when such a thing will be created. (long term, will take time to code it but more time to gather the rocks :P..plus i have a pending imaginary cow waiting as well…

Would anyone be interested in being able to filter out announcements as follows: - see only Stage [insert number] announcements - see only announcements posted by player [insert name] - see only announcements containing specified words/phrases - see all but System announcements - see only System announcements - in light of the new Like system, see only the more popular announcements (n+ likes) ?

I was looking through the common item posts and announcements and read about how, at some stage, "recipes" could be created to make new items -- second tier, I guess you could call them. My idea is that the anvil (which is and isn't a clickable) at the Weaponsmiths could be used to automatically create such items. When the item recipe is accepted it would be added to a script in the clickable. This would then allow the user to select the recipe and have the item created instantly, should they have the required "ingredients". This means you could have more than one recipe for each item. So the same item could be created but out of different components, though b…

Summary This idea would use resources, items, and totems for its “combat” rather than creatures. Each land would try to defend it's borders, build totems to increase its power, and attack other lands. Totems This idea is central to this new contest idea. Totems would be able to be built by land citizens and knocked down by citizens of other lands. They would have multiple stages each, with each stage giving progressively higher benefits. Examples of benefits are increased resource regeneration or torch stat growth, access to higher level cauldrons for better items, better resource gatherers and so on. A special Totem would be the land gates, which when buil…

As title says, I'd like a feature (purchasable from the Extra Features section of the MD shop?) that allows a player to choose which item pictures are displayed publicly on their item page. For instance, I could choose to hide the artwork for the gold/silver coins. When someone clicks the "I" button (item page? is that what it's called?) they will see the coins in the item list, if they scroll, but the picture for the item itself isn't displayed. Aesthetic purposes only.

So this is a new idea I think would be a good addition to MD. Here is what I was thinking. I want to take a personal Autograph and make them into an item used as a contract. {example: player A and player B make a deal with one another to buy a creature or to do a favor. But player B doesn't have the time to do the favor or the money/items to trade for the value or just a simple promise of something. So player B gives Player A his autograph in a contract as a promise for payment or promise for favor.} Here is how I think this could work. Lets say a land leader makes a promise to another player for any reason. But the land leader does not have the time. So they com…

I am posting this cause Bfh encourage me on this. I was thinking the bird creature you can recruit in MB should be moved to the nest you find on the side of the cliff when you go underground. I feel it is only right. Here is my logic to this. When you recruit the creature (I believe its called a winder wild mine I named differently) it starts off as an egg. So why not recruit this creature from a birds nest cause it is after all a bird. The nest that is there currently has no use. I also feel this would help spread out the creatures a little bit and make it more of an experience and also make more of an adventure for new players recruiting this bird creature. I belie…

Currently the links reset to be useable every 24 hours from the last time you used them. This is detrimental to the concept of getting everyone to vote daily - They may not always be online at the same time, and even if you kept a regimented watch, eventually a day will get missed. My suggestion is that the links reset at 00:00 ST each day so that people can vote everyday without fail should they choose to. Z

Why not have an achievement designated to be given to players who have made X number of quests, or even have a few spells (useful in quests) which would be given to whoever earns the achievement? :D Some exist, some may be coded (if people agree), eg: 1) bringin 2) makejumplink 3) ... This would be a good incentive for people to make good quests.

Though I'm not entirely certain if this was suggested or not before in the same form (I.E. I might just be a pain in the butt for mods and "repost" an older topic) I had this idea. Would it be acceptable (by all non-spoiler, etc) standards to have a "creature artwork" gallery feature, similar to other games? Right now, this is how I envision it working: Availability: Free (everyone has it by default) $$ Shop (Extra Features) Once the feature is unlocked/purchased , there are 2 options: It is completely blank. Has ALL the creature families and levels mentioned in it (but they're blacked/greyed out or contain no information whatsoever.) In order to unloc…

We live our lives following a number of ways, believing a number of ideas, collecting bits and dust to create our selves. Many times we think about the past or the future, acknowledging Time. There are people (to whom I refer as 'stupid') who live only in the present. They think very little of the future (usually, that's in the line of 'tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will...') and memories are so faint that a breeze of present will shuffle them and send them away. Not everyone needs a timeline, though - like some tribes in the Amazon. Maybe some inventions can be made, but..do they really need them? Or the aboriginals in Australia - brits found them roaming the land…

Hello everyone. I have been trying to figure out a way to use my Autograph item in game. I have came up with my own personal charity. Once a week I choose some one that I see fit and I give them my Autograph. With this Autograph I allow the person I gave it to , to pick 1 item out of my inventory (other than my coins and personal items and my chewan) for free. So far its worked out well. Magohi was the first to get this offer. I passed him my Autograph and told him he may pick one item from my inventory for free now or in one week. He waited the whole week and so my offer did not expire I told him when his week was up and he picked sashas bottled em…

I was thinking something like combining a few totems of the same type to create part of a totem pole crit where each section would give a type of aura or stat boost to other creatures in a rit. Asthir was thinking more like it would be an equipment item item slot that it'd go into.

With the new "rules" (if that's the correct term to use) about respect and such I'd like to propose a new method of "punishment" or "law enforcement" for those cases where a "resolution" can't be given. The Warden A title that should make even the strongest of players tremble at it's speaking! This person would work alongside judges to make sure the fate or punishment of a player is carried out. The main purpose of "The Warden" would be to transport prisoners to and from the prison. Once there, The Warden oversees their stay and has "control" over them - like how dream weavers may have control over those they put into dreams. Behave badly, try to escape, t…

Recently, there have been a couple of, what I'll refer to as realm quests, such as the current "Mystery of the Orb", as mirus has described it. I propose that future things like this be entered into the AL. This would allow much more realm involvement than the current global message only method does, because, if you idle in populated areas, such as the GOE, you may not even know that anything has happened if you don't see the original messages.

Chewett: It would be interesting if spells degraded as they were continually pumped into spellstone Chewett: As a result of completely "forgetting" their uses, each time you pump all your knowledge into a stone Chewett: Slowly over time, losing more and more true knowledge of the spell.

While I love the idea of viscosity, the way it's implemented is terrible. Not only from a gameplay perspective, but also when looking at it conceptually. As such I will propose a few fixes to integrate viscosity more with MD as well as to make it less destructive from a gameplay perspective. Part 1 (Averaging out viscosity): The first issue is the Viscosity Dead Trap. Basically when moving from one scene to another, you have no way to know how much taking that same step back will cost you. A scene with -80 viscosity can be followed up by a scene with 40 viscosity (and yes, that is very common, especially in MB) making it easy to leave, but hard to come back without a…

Currently, Rainbow Candy breaks into 5 of the 7 colors of the Rainbow. Suggestion: add Indigo and Violet to the "melting" possibilities. Effect possibilities: - Reduces attack cool-down timer by X% for Y minutes. - Gives X Exploring Points. - Poisons consumer, lowering stats A/B/C/... by X(%) for Y minutes. - Doubles the Regeneration timer along with its gains for X minutes. (20 minutes cool down, but you gain double than what a regular reset would yield) Effects can be combined to achieve more balanced ones. Additional ideas are more than welcome. :P

Currently, when you buy the Notes on Gossip feature in the MD shop (ID 13), you can only view it once. I propose that a way be added for those of us who have already purchased it to view the notes again.

Just a suggestion for the future if reshaping the interface ever comes on the que for projects to be focused on. Problem: Many players acquired considerable amounts of various items, be it resources, common items, etc. When you click on their items list, you get overwhelmed, and I believe we lost the connection between the player's character and items that should enhance the role of the player. My suggestion to solve it: On the appearance of the items list, at the top of that side bar part you would have three small-font-written options to list rare items, resource bag, or 'other' (which would have everything else - coins, consumables, common items... etc.). …
